financial performance but also relate to the company's sustainability of the environment as a responsibility for the environmental impact of the company's activities. Alignment of corporate responsibilities can be seen in the company's concern for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). This study aims to analyze the role of ESG Risk in moderating the relationship between investment decisions and stock returns in the ESG Leader Index (IDXESGL) group of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method in 30 companies for the period March 2021-September 2022 with 4 IDXESGL index evaluation periods so that 20 companies were selected and the total observation data was 80 observations. The research data were analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The results of the analysis show that ESG Risk moderates the effect of investment decisions on stock returns. Therefore, the better the company's ESG performance (the lower the ESG Risk) will strengthen the effect of investment decisions on company performance as indicated by an increase in stock returns, and in the future the company will continue to grow in a sustainable manner. Keywords: ESG Risk, investment decisions, stock returns

Abstract

The research method used is positivistic, descriptive/explanatory causality, data collection using a survey method with a sample size of 648 Simpeda General savers and Simpeda KPE savers selected by multistage proportional convenience sampling technique. The google form questionnaire was distributed via whatsapp group and 400 copies were printed. The 676 copies of the questionnaire that returned after being verified were selected as many as 648 copies according to the initial plan. Data analysis using path analysis technique, data calculation using SPSS Version 25 application.The results of the study found that the quality of e-channel services had a significant positive effect on both satisfaction and customer loyalty. The quality of face-to-face services has a significant positive effect on both satisfaction and customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the loyalty of savers. Satisfaction mediates the significant positive effect of E-Channel service quality on saver loyalty. Satisfaction also mediates the positive effect of face-to- face service quality on saver loyalty. The results of this study are useful as a basis for managing decisions to increase saver loyalty through efforts to improve service quality (e-channel and face-to-face) in the context of increasing saver satisfaction at this bank. Keywords: Loyalty, Satisfaction, Service Quality, e-channel, face-to-face, savers

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there is economic growth that shares a brilliant perspective, for any party or company that can compete with other companies in the same industry, whether it's a product or service business. In addition, the company certainly wants to get optimal results or in other terms wants to benefit from these business activities.In accordance with the circumstances, the company must be able to have the option to adapt to changes. With the changes - changes will directly or indirectly affect the performance of workers and will also affect the state of the company. The influence of a leader's leadership, organizational structure, and work environment is very influential on the performance or work performance of workers is very valuable for a company both internal conditions and external conditions because it will affect the goals of the company's organization. Human resources in an organization must be maintained competently so that equivalence is developed between the wishes of workers and job claims. It is not uncommon for many workers who are actually highly capable of energy, but cannot perform at work, this situation is possible due to work environment factors. Abstract

Organizations must continue to develop in order to provide customers with the highest possible standard of service given the competition among training institutions in Banjarmasin and the variety of training topics that will be covered at Yayasan Pusat Pelatihan Motivasi & Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia AGAPHE Banjarmasin in the months and years to come. In this study, the Foundation Training Center for Motivation & Human Resource Development Agaphe Banjarmasin's training program is being examined to see what impact student satisfaction has on students' commitment to it. 194 people in all completed the survey for this study. SmartPLS software was used for the data analysis. The findings demonstrated that assurance and empathy dimensions have a favorable and significant direct impact on trainees' levels of satisfaction, while assurance and empathy dimensions have a favorable and major direct impact.  Keywords: assurance, emphathy, responsiveness, satisfaction, and loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and solvency partially and simultaneously on firm value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The sample of this research is 19 companies that have met the criteria that have been set, the sampling method uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique and data calculations using SPSS v.26.This study provides an illustration that the distribution of data that is used as a reference in the study is indicated not to be properly distributed, because in the recapitulation of the financial annual report there are several companies that do not present complete financial statement items, this affects the analysis of the processed data,The results showed that partially the profitability variable had no effect on firm value, liquidity had no effect on firm value, while partially solvency had a negative effect, and simultaneously the profitability, liquidity and solvency variables had no effect on firm value. Keywords: Profitability ; Liquidity ; Solvency ; The value of the company ; Banking

Abstract

In this study, the Banjarbaru City Public Service Mall will be the object of this study. The research aims to analyze the community satisfaction index (IKM). Provisions regarding the community satisfaction index (IKM), according to the Minister of Administrative Reform where there is a decree number 14 of 2017 concerning general guidelines for compiling the community satisfaction index for government agency service units. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method approach, with measurements using a Likert Scale. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents, with the sampling technique of probability sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study were analyzed beforehand by testing the validity and reliability tests then processing the data with a data tabulation system to draw conclusions about the community satisfaction index. The overall community satisfaction index for all indicators obtained an IKM value of 3.94 and an IKM conversion value of 78.8 which is in the category of service quality B and is in the good performance category. This shows that the services provided by public service mall officers are carried out properly. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital (X1), Good Corporate Governance (Z1), Competitive Advantage (Z2) on Company Value (Y), at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. The research was conducted using data for a period of 6 years, namely the period 2016-2021. The data source is secondary data which is analyzed through Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results show that there is a significant and positive influence on Intellectual Capital (X1) on Competitive Advantage (Z2). With a total influence of 71.3%. The use of Intellectual Capital in the company is able to increase the company's superior value or Competitive Advantage which makes it a characteristic of competitive advantage in the eyes of shareholders and industrial market players compared to other companies. Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, Competitive Advantage, Company Value

Abstract

Analysis of Perceptual Mapping and References to Religious Tourism Visits in Banjarmasin City during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Study on Tourists in Banjarmasin City). Supervised by Taharuddin. This study aims to identify and explain perceptual mapping, visit preferences, and predictions of destination religious destinations in Banjarmasin City with perceptual mapping analysis and tourist visit preferences. This research is quantitative research using SPSS for Windows version 26 with a Multidimensional scaling analysis method. The sample in this study used the Matchin & Campbell formula with a sample of 150 respondents. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis, perceptual mapping analysis, and thrust one-case analysis. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Environment with Motivation as an Intervening Variable on Teller Employee Performance at Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with the type of causality associative research. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling method on 32 employees of Teller Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin. The google form questionnaire was distributed via Whatsapp to each respondent. Data analysis using SmartPLS softwareThe results showed that Organizational Culture had an insignificant effect on the Performance of Teller Employees of Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin, Work Environment had a significant effect on Employee Performance of Teller Employees of Bank Kalsel Main Branch of Banjarmasin, Organizational Culture had a significant influence on Motivation of Teller Employees of Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin, The work environment has a significant influence on the motivation of teller employees at Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin and motivation has an insignificant effect on the performance of teller employees at Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin. Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of innovations carried out in two institutions of Yayasan Pembangunan Insan Farmasi Indonesia Banjarmasin, namely educational institutions, namely the ISFI Banjarmasin Vocational High School (SMK) and the ISFI Banjarmasin College of Health Sciences (STIKES). Complexity (Complexity), Formalization (Formalization), and Centralization (Centralization) of the innovations carried out in the two institutions.The results of the study capture the effect of Complexity, Formalization, and Centralization on the implementation of innovations carried out by institutions. The implementation of the innovations carried out has the effect of hindering or facilitating the process of activities in an effort to achieve business sustainability of Yayasan Pembangunan Insan Farmasi Indonesia  Banjarmasin, both at secondary level educational institutions, namely the ISFI Banjarmasin Vocational High School (SMK) and high-level education, namely the College of Health Sciences (STIKES) ISFI Banjarmasin. Keywords: Implementation, Innovation, Business Continuity Efforts, Complexity, Formalization, Centralization
