The purpose of this research is to describe the teamwork of teachers in dealing with student discipline problems in Senior High School Number one Tebat Karai. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive study. The subjects were all data and information relating to the team work of teachers in handling student discipline problems. Subjects support for this reasearch are: principals, vice principals field of student, class guardian, guidance and counseling teachers, subject matter teachers, and administrative staff. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. Data obtained from the research described is, in order to make a conclusion through the steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results showed teamwork of teachers in dealing with student discipline problems have to be done well, according to the guidelines and mechanism established by the school.

The purpose of this study is generally to describe the implementation of supervision approach teaching with the directive, non-directive, and collaborative carried principals to teachers in Public Junior High School Number 13 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were the source of reference data, the principal, vice curriculum, and teachers. The data collection technique used is through interview, observation and documentation. Step analysis of data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification.

The purpose of this study was to describe the acceleration program compulsory 9 years in the Department of Education Youth and Sports District Kepahiang. This research uses descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques taking interviews, observation and documentation. Subjects were Head of Youth and Sports Kepahiang District, head of basic education, Head of Basic Education Curriculum, Staff Planning Education Association, Member of Parliament Kepahiang District Education Commission, Office of the Chief District ministry of religion Kepahiang. While the data analysis was done with descriptive analysis, inductive and deductive. Research results show that the vision and mission the Department of Education Youth and Sports District Kepahiang Kepahing has implemented two programs form. Coordination between the Department of Education Youth and Sports District Kepahiang and dynamically interwoven Kepahiang ministry of religion Office in accordance with the duties of each agency.Achievement of the program have a breakthrough both categories.

The purpose of this study was to determine the following matters: (1) increased activity in primary school academic supervision; (2) increasing the ability of teachers to develop teaching approaches centered on students. The research location is SD Negeri 05 Seberang Musi Kepahiang District Bengkulu. Penenilitian a school action research, the research done to find a process of education that best suits the conditions of the school. The study was conducted in two cycles, ie cycle I and II. Data was analyzed using qualitative methods. Subjects were teachers. Based on the results of the actions penbelitian schools that do, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The academic supervision that focuses on the problem of increasing keamampuan teachers in developing learning approach, especially the approach student-centered learning, has increased; (2) There was an increase in the ability of teachers to develop learning approaches, especially on a student-centered approach.

This study aimed to describe the management of punishment point that applied at Public Senior High School number one in Kepahiang Regency to the improve students’ discipline. The subjects of this study are the Principal, the deputy of principal for student affair, counselor teachers, and students. The data collection to be done by using observation, interviews, and documentation method. The data was conducted by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the planning, organizing, actuating, monitoring and evaluation activity punishment points at Public Senior High School number one Kepahiang Regency just running well.

The general objective of this study is to describe the management of increasing teachers’ performance. The specific objectives of this study describe: 1) the planning of the management of increasing teachers’ performance, 2) the implementation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance, 3) the monitoring and evaluation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance and 4) the problems found in the management of increasing teachers’ performance. The research methods of this study was descriptive qualitative and the techniques of data collection were interview, observation and documentation. The research subjects were principal and teachers. The findings of this study show that the planning and the monitoring and evaluation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance runs effectively. But, based on the implementation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance there are some problems found namely external and internal problems.

The objective of this research is to describe how the academic supervision of the headmaster in Senior High School number 1 Lubuklinggau. The specific problems of this research consisted of several questions, how the academic supervision of headmaster in planning, process, evaluation, and the follow up. This study used the qualitative descriptive method. The technique for collecting the data is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study showed that the headmaster had done the academic supervision to the teachers by using clinical method by holding class visit, the follow up of the supervision is with make a lesson teacher team for sharing about the teachers documents and how to manage the class better.

This study aimed to describe the strategy of increasing the perception-based character education teacher at junior high school number one Bermani Ilir Kepahiang Regency. This research apprach used is descriptive qualitative because they collected and analysis is more qualitative, which aims to understand the meaning behind the they looks.The results of this study stated that the strategy of increasing the perception-based character education teacher done through the integration of character education into everyday learning. The school has tried as much as possible to improve the srategy of character education through the process of planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation and follow-up recommendation in order to approach perfection in accordance with the applicable procedures.

The purpose of this study was to describe how to the teacher empowering based on akademic qualification in the Public High School Srijaya Makmur District of Musi Rawas Nibung North. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects principal, vice principal areas of the curriculum, teachers, and supervisors. Methods of data collection put on interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative techniques.The results showed management based teacher education qualifications in schools is carried out on the basis of a very strong desire of the management of the school under the command of principal of a school principal to implement in earnest the commitments very full once the applicable provisions, which require the school to carry out a teachers in school management system based on the qualifications and competence of each teachers.
