The purpose of this study to compare in general about the strategic management capabilities inclusive school education providers Public Elementary School 3 and Islamic Elementary School Al Aufa of Bengkulu city. The study method was comparative with qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data used interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the environmental analysis is concluded through a SWOT analysis. Strategy formulation has not considered internal and external environment and the needs of children with special needs that is an inclusive school. Implementation of the strategy is to do the elaboration of strategies have been formulated in the form of learning activities. The evaluation was done when the supervision of the teacher education inclusion classes. To Islamic Elementary School Al Aufa, Principal to plan follow-up activities for children with special needs. While in Public Elementary School 3 Principal only make any repair records.

Objectively this research is to describe the management of art and culture learning in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that is a research from seseoranag subjects that have the characteristics that the data provided is the original data that can not be changed as well as using systematic way and can be accounted for kebenarnnya. In the data collection researcher using observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects include: principals, curriculum representatives, art and cultural teachers, and students. From this research, it can be seen that the management of art and culture in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan run effectively in accordance with government regulations as outlined in technical guidance of Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP).

The objective of the study is to know about the management of chemist laboratory of SMA N2 South Bengkulu. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The objects are chemist teacher and the user of laboratory SMA N2 South Bengkulu. The techniques of the data are interview, observation and documentation study. The conclusion shows that: 1. the planning of the equipments of chemistry laboratory during this time do by arranges the draft what they need every year, 2. The amounts of the equipments is limited 3. The using of chemistry laboratory runs well. 4. The inventories of chemistry laboratory are procedurally. 5. The protection of chemistry laboratory is low because they do not have laborer. 6. The cleaning out of the equipments of the laboratory is not procedurally because the user has no knowledge about it.

The purpose of this research to know the student result towards the management of mathematics learning with the application of simulation models. The method used in this research was classroom action research. The classroom action research directed to problems solving or to repairs the learning of process. The conclusion of the research was conducted encouraging for the group students of high, medium, and most of groups the less of the student ability to problems solve of mathematics test. Likewise the students interest towards the learning of mathematics shown by their efforts to complete the problem solving of mathematics story.

The objective of the study as the answer of the problem are; how are the planning of the management, the usages ,the evaluations of the language laboratorium in implementing the curriculum 2013. The method of the research is qualitative descriptive by collecting the data, observation, interview and documentation. The subject of the research is the language laborant of Senior High School number two South of Bengkulu. The conclusion of the study is the planning done by the language laborant have been followed the norms of managing the ideal and integral language laboratory. The management of language laboratory done by the laguage laborant are the implementation that is required by the curriculum 2013. The evaluation and monitoring of the management of the language laborant runs well and routine as programmed, and it has been set as the real condition.

The purpose of this study is to get a picture of the responses and interests of students to the management of mathematics learning using Manipulative Objects. The research was conducted using a classroom action research approach. The research subjects of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 09 Kepahiang. Based on the results of research can be obtained average formative value of students from cycle I with an average value of 55.6, cycle II with an average value of 74.8 Average formative value of students from cycles I and II with a value of 65.2, while the average value of group I cycle with the value of 81 and cycle II with the value 93.3 The average value of the group of cycles I and II is 87.15.

The general purpose of this research was compare the management of infrastructure and facilities in 02 primary schools and 06 primary schools Pondok Kelapa in the central of Bengkulu. This study uses a comparative approach to qualitative research. Subjects in this study is the principal. Data collection techniques used in this research is by interview, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study indicate that both SD discount a lot of similarities in the management of facilities and infrastructure, among others: the planning done by the principal in accordance with the regulations, infrastructure procurement droping from the government, purchases, donations from parents, and make their own, an inventory of school facilities and the infrastructure has been done with the record book in the book inventory of goods, distribution is carried out directly and indirectly, maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure conducted regularly and incidental.

The puspose of this research is to describe the management of infrastructure practice in the dressmaking departement at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City” Consists of planning, procurement, inventory, storage, use, maintance and removal. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, and the respondents were the principle, vice principle of infrastructure affarirs, staf facilities and infrastructure, and productive teachers of dressmaking departement. The techniques of data collection used interview, observation and documentation. The result show the management of the practicing facilities of dressmaking departement of secondary at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City was conducated in accordance with applicable regulatons, but there are some aspect of management that are not implemented.

The purpose of the study is to determine the learning outcomes after the implementation of mathematics learning management using concrete object media. This type of research is a classroom action research. The data were collected by evacuation test, documentation, and observation. The sample of the research is the populative sample that is all the population member used as the research sample. Results of mathematics learning showed that students have better mastery of material compared with the learning process that does not use concrete objects media with the assumption that the weight of the material is balanced.

The purpose of research is to describe the management of school’s library in Public Junior High School 01 of Pondok Kubang Middle Bengkulu Regency. This research is qualitative descriptive. Subjects in this research are head of library and staffs. The techniques of data collection use observation, structured interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis uses qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research show that this school has done arranging daily work programmes, short term, middle term and long term. For implementing all that work programmes, so the principal establishs the organizational structure of the library managers as the implementers of daily activities as well job description of each part/work function in there. The principal doing evalution with purpose to know the achievement of work from various work programmes have been set that will be as inputs to make improvements of the library management in the next school years.
