Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the correlation between leadership commitment’s and cultural organization with teacher’s performance.The population of this research was 116teachers of junior high school of Putri hijau. The Sample was 54 respondents by using the randomg sampling technique. The method of this research used survey metthod. The datacollecting technique used questionance and documentation. The data were analized by using regression technique. The research produces three main conclusions, namely, 1) there is positiveand significant correlation between leadership commitment with teacher’s performance, 2) there is positive and significant correlation between cultural organization with teacher’s performance, 3) there is positive and significant correlation between leadership commitment and cultural organization simultaneously with teacher performance. The research concludes that teacher’s performance of state junior high school district Putri hijau north Bengkulu was enfluenced by leadership commitment’s and cultural organization.Keywords: leadership commitment, organizational culture, performance of teachers

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the function of head master in increasing teacher’s performance at Junior High School 2 Lubuklinggau. The method of study used was descriptivequalitative. The subjects of the research were a principal and teachers. The technique of data collecting used is interview, observation and documentation. It can be, concluded that: (1) as a leader, principal has been effectively applied to motivate, influence, and direct teacher’s activities at school, (2) as a motivator, the principal was able to urge teachers increasing their performance, (3) as a supervisor, he had guided teachers effectively, (4) as a manager, the principal work together with teachers, and urging their involvement all teachers in school program, (5) his function, as an administrator had gone well.Keywords: principal, function, teachers, performance

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know learning management of Indonesian study the material active and passive sentences arrangement in each paragraph with intensive reading through of sentences cards game methods in the fourth grade in second semester of SD Negeri 04 Kepahiang. The research is a classroom action research (PTK). The results of the research studywas found the students ability has increased in each cycle. Base on the study in the first cycle test results obtained by the average value of 44. In thrid cycle experienced a significant increase,namely, 82. This result shows that the learning management have worked well.Keyword: management, learning, sentences, card game

Abstract

The objective of this study was to describe the relationship between the school and community planning, to determine the implementation of school and community relations , toknow the principals evaluate the implementation of school and community relations. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is principal, teachers,students, and parents committee chairman. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Abstract

managerial principals is the ability or skill shown by schools in organizing and utilizing all components or areas of arable school . The ability to grow through the coaching process and supported by factors that influence and melatar tow. As for the factors that affect a person's level of ability is an element of maturity , with regard to the knowledge and skills gained from education, training and experience. in the implementation of managerial principals in this teacher , found a positive influence on the creation of the professionalism of teachers in learning activities , it is marked by a significant increase in each cycle , cycle 1 and cycle amounted to 56.9 % 2 94.5 % . it demonstrates the success of managerial leadership to the school head teacher professionalism.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out whether a positive correlation between the public vocational school teachers’ working motivation the school principal leadership and theirworking discipline. The sample of this Research are 65 teachers coming from 185 public vocational school teachers as population of the study. Correlation descriptive research method wasapplied in this study. The result of this research shows that (1) there was a positive correlation between the public teachers’ working motivation (X1) and their working discipline (Y); (2) their was a positive correlation between the public teachers’ perception toward the school principal leadership (X2) and their working discipline (Y); and (3) there was a positive correlation between the public teachers’ working motivation and perception toward the school principal leadership (X-1,2) and their working discipline (Y).Keywords: motivation, culture, teacher

This research aim to describe of internal and eksternal factors which influence satisfaction of teacher in activity. Any kind of becoming supplementary factor and resistor influencing teacher performance. Research instrument to be used by interview in study of deskiptif qualitative. Abstract

The objective of the research is to describe the implementation of instructional leadership on 2013 curriculum implementation by school principal. The research used qualitative method. The subject of the research is school principal, the vice principal, teachers, and some of the student. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The result showedthat: (1) the school principal guided the teacher on making lesson plan; (2) the school principal gives more focus on learning activity aspect; (3) the principal gives learning evaluation guidance by using learning observation technique in the class.; (4) the principal has not maximized on theguidance of learning evaluation and monitoring because of the limited time and knowledge.Keywords: leadership, school, principal, curricullum 2013, implementation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the financial planning, how to obtain the cost, implementation and evaluation of the cost of the Industrial Work Paractice at the Vocational HighSchool Number 2 of Bengkulu. This research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting data using interview, observation and documentation study. Analysis of the data through the stages: data reduction, data presentation, comparing the data, conclusion. Results of this study are:(1) The financial planning include: setting of goals, programs, procedures, and budget; (2) financing only comes from government of Bengkulu City; (3) implementation includespreparation, committees, working together, monitoring, activity report; (4) evaluation includes financial administration, and accountability reports.Keywords: management, finance, industrial work practice
