Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the teacher administration based on implementation of the 20113 curriculum by the principal at the public school in the city of Bengkulu. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Subjects were principals, teachers, homeroom, teachers, and students. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative techniques. The results showed the administration based teacher development curriculum in 2013 at SDN 1 implemented by reason of administrative requirements for teachers is one of the components that determine the quality of learning of teachers in implementing the curriculum in 2013. With the completion of the classroom teacher administration will be more focused, more organization, more integrated, and finally the teacher will make learning more effective and more efficient.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management of school principals in implementingacademic supervision. The research method is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniquesused were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used is datacollection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The conclusions of this study are (1)Planning academic supervision has been implemented according to the procedure. (2)Implementation of academic supervision implementation includes methods, media, and processingwas done coaching classes either by the principal. (3) Assessment academic supervision, evaluation,techniques and procedures have been done a good coaching by the principal. (4) Follow-up ofacademic supervision includes planning, implementation, and assessment, coaching has done goodby the principal.Keywords: management, academic supervision.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine whether the management study of mathematics by applying the method of Creative Active can improve students' competence in Maths . This research was conducted in classes X SMK STATE 5 Bengkulu City. This research was conducted using the method of classroom action research that includes four components of action: planning, action, observation, reflection through several cycles . Data were collected through observation sheets and the results of the written evaluation . Based on the results of this study concluded that in every cycle there is a significant increase in the learning process in which the ke- I cycle around53.61 % in the 2nd cycle and 67.31 % in the 3rd cycle of 83.08 % . Then the activity of students in mathematics with an active creative method is very good .Keywords: management, learning, mathematic, creative active

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the implementation of instructional management in 2013 curriculum at elementary school number 01 of Bengkulu city. The research design is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of research are teachers, principal, vice-principal, and students. Data collecting techniques are interview, observation, and documentation. The conclusions are that the teachers have already understood the 2013 curriculum, that has been implemented by the syllabus the preparation of the lesson plans based on the 2013 curriculum lesson plans in form of Discovery Learning Activities, but in fact, the teachers sometimes have not performed the learning process to a student-oriented learning.Keywords: implementation, management, 2013 curriculum, elementary school

Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe about  management of state Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research method was designed as qualitative descriptive. The subject of this research were head master, teacher, schoolquard, student’s, parents and documents. The technique of collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique included data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The Research concluded that planning the programs had supported school activities, posting teachers were relevant to their educational background, developing curriculum with effective and efficient, participating students the determining activities available to their talent, competence, and motivations, budgeting school finance in every year by participating all school components that they were authorized to control financial use, using school facilities and tools to support learning process, participating parents in arranging schools.Keywords: management, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in the Primary School 02 East Curup. Methods this study uses a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects in this study were the principal and teacher. The conclusions of this study indicate the facilities and infrastructure planning and procurement conducted by the principal in accordance with the provisions, an inventory of school facilities and infrastructure has been done well, distribution is done directly and indirectly, maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure is done by periodically and incidental, control and accountability (reporting)infrastructure carried out by the principal and done once a year when the new school year. general management of facilities and infrastructure already implemented.Keyword: management, facilities, infrastructure

Abstract

This aims study is to describe the implementations of both academic supervision and class observation techniques to enhance of planning and performing learning skill of SD Negeri1 Arga Makmur teachers in academic year 2013/2014. This is an action research scool (PTS) study conducted by two cycles in with five pers on acted as the subject having been determinated based on the result of pracycles observation, observation techniques were conducted to collect the data and quantitative descriptive analysis were used as data analysis.The study resulted that the implementation of both academic supervision and class observation techniques enhanced the planning and performing learning skill of SD Negeri 1 Arga Makmur teaches on odd semester in academic year 2013/2014.Keywords: academic supervision, planning, implementation, learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of public relations in order to improve the image of State High School. This research is qualitative descriptive study. The method used is observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were collected and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the management of public relations senior high school Number 5 Lubuklinggau country is already running and in places as it should. Communication between the school and the community applied to the form of support for public relations activities in improving the image of the school.Keywords: public relations and image management school

Abstract

The problems in the research are how are the roles of the Principal in Implementing of The Curriculum 2013, and the prospect In other Schools. Based on the data Analysis, It can be Summarized that the Preparation of the Curriculum 2013 Implementation of The Principal plays a very Important role as The principal’s main jobs, functions and roles as the school manager, by setting the plans of action programs, the personal organizing deciding the organizing staffs and calculating the budget; actuating the learning process, giving the guidance, coordinating all staffs , controling all programs, monitoring the implementation of the programs and presenting the report, making an innovation in doing the job and motivating the staffs, visiting the class, observing, and guiding, analysing all the constraints and deciding the next actions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the school principal innovativeness in ICT Facilities and Infrastructure management at Junior High School Number 2 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are the school principal, the vice of the school principals, the teacher, the staff, and the students. The data were collected by means of interview, observation, and documentation and analyzed by using qualitative descriptive technique as proposed by Miles and Huberman. The result of this study shows: (1) The planning of ICT facilities and infrastructure has conformed with the school vision and mission (2) The school principal cooperated with the vice school principal in ICT facilities and infrastructure provision (3) The process of ICT facilities inventory is only done by the vice school principal without the school principal intervention (4) The school principal has utilized the ICT facilities base of its function (5) The school principal is not innovative in term of ICT facilities and infrastructure storage system, and (6) The school principal is not innovative in ICT facilities and infrastructure maintenance system.
