Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the implementation of strategic management in the development of teachers in the field of learning in  Senior High School Purwodadi Musi Rawas Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects principal, vice principal areas of the curriculum, teachers, and supervisors. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research, the principal implementing strategic management in coaching teachers in the field of teaching with the intention that the problems of learning that teachers face daily in the implementation of PBM in the school does not drag that could result in the ineffectiveness of the learning outcomes achieved, so that students disadvantaged , With the coaching staff through the application of strategic management expected by the principal to have all the advantages that exist in each teacher can develop in a sustainable manner so well that makes the profession and their competencies are also well developed that will result directly affects the quality of the PBM and the quality of learning student at the school.

Abstract

The problem of the research is how headmaster leadership to manage education employers in Senior High School Number 1 Putri Hijau, North Bengkulu Region. The purpose of  this research can describe to the headmaster to make planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, support and the hampers of headmaster leadership to manage education employers. This reasearch use destiptive qualitative method with the subject is headmaster, deputy headmaster and administration. Do controlling data with observation technic, interview and documentation. The result of research from recruit of data from several data subject and the conclution is that the headmaster leadership of Senior High School Number 1 Putri Hijau, North Bengkulu Region is democration leadership style

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the principal’s effort in increasing discipline of teacher of Public Vocational High School in Tugumulyo. The research method was designed as descriptive method. The main source of data was the principal, vise of principal and teachers. The technique of collecting data were interview, observation, and documentations. The results ofanalisis show that the effort of principals in increasing discipline of teacher has the right to do, so that the result is discipline of teacher become quite satisfactory.Keyword: teachers discipline, principal’s effort

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1) the material of principal policy, (2) implementationof principal policy, and (3) the effect of principal policy. The method of this research is usingdescriptive qualitative with observation technique, interview, and documentation. The subject ofthis research is principal, vice of principal, operator, and teacher. The policy of principal ismaximizing the portion 24 hours face to face classroom and giving alternalive for teacher thatshortage in teaching hour. The result of the research shows that is not fulfilled teacher obligationteaching 24 hours at SMPN 20 Seluma for all teachers yet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the correlation between the innovative attitude of the principal to the teacher performance; 2) the correlation between the principalleadership to the teacher performance; and 3) the correlation of the innovative attitude and the principal leadership with the teacher performance. The method of this study was descriptivecorrelation. The samples were the teachers of Public elementary school in Ketahun district. It was sixty teachers. the results of the study showed that there was a significant correlation between: 1) the innovative attitude of the principal to the teacher performance; 2) the principal leadership to the teacher performance; 3) the innovative attitude and the principal leadership with the teacher  performance in Public elementary school in Ketahun District.Keywords: innovative attitude, principal leadership, teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the academic supervision in elementary school principals 1 in Bengkulu City.The method of this research used qualitative descriptive .The collecting data used interview,observation,and cumentation.The result of this research showed that academic supervision principals in elementary schools accredited in Bengkulu City of Elementary School 1 was run in accordance with applicable regulations. Abstract

This study aims to determine students' increased activity by using techniques to manage learning game images are expected to be an increase in learning of teachers and students . The research method was classroom action research . The subjects were students of class X SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City. Results of the study are there is improve of student skill and studentactivity with the way the game image. The learning process more effective, efficient and enjoyable. Students can actively engage in learning activities . Abstract

This study aims at describing the mangement of students’character development based extracurricular activity. This study used qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this study consists of the school principal, the vices of school principles, the teachers, and the students. The data were collected by means of observation, interview, and documentation. Afterwards, the data were analized by using the technique as proposed by Miles and Huberman. The result of this study shows that the students’ character development based extracurriculer activity has been conducted based on the principles of effective management involving the processes of planning, organizing, actuating, evaluating, and controlling.Keyword: management, extracurricular, development, student character

Abstract

The objective of the research is to describe: how the Indonesian languange teachers understand the curriculum, performance in arranging of syllabus, perform in arranging lesson planning, perform in teaching and learning process, performance to evaluate execution. The method of the research was descriptive qualitative . This Research was conducted by four Indonesian languange teachers in SMKN I Ketahun. The collecting data were observation, interview, and document. The results show that Indonesian languange teachers in still require training and practices to increase professionality in their performance as teachers, good understanding about curriculum, compilation of RPP, good method and good teaching media and also suitable assessment.Keywords: performance teachers, learning, competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of the principal’s clinical supervision management in increasing the teaching professionalisme in Junior High School Karang Jaya. The subjects of this study is the principal, teachers and staffs of senior high school Karang Jaya. The results of this study showed that the clinical supervision has been done by the headmaster and the teachers but it has not based on the good procedure. Besides, the clinical supervision has a good effect for the teachers and all the staffs. All the method that has been done by the headmaster could increase the teaching abilities.Keyword: management, clinical supervision, teaching abilities
