This study aims to identify fatigue that occurs in the age group of children with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) type 1 systematically. The method used is a systematic review by searching electronic database literature through EBSCOhost, Sage Publication, Science Direct, and Google Scholar by examining research results from published articles. The results showed that two of the existing pieces looked at sleep disturbances as a contributing factor to fatigue, and two reports stated that hypoglycemia symptoms were associated with the incidence of fatigue. Two articles investigated the lifestyle of children with type 1 DM as a factor causing fatigue, and one looked at anxiety as a factor. Factors causing fatigue. In conclusion, fatigue in children with type 1 diabetes can be related to various factors such as sleep disturbances, symptoms of hypoglycemia, lifestyle, and anxiety. This study aims to develop the leadership competence of nurse managers through guidelines. The method used is a case study, using an action research approach. The results showed that the head of the room needed leadership competency development on average 42% strongly agreed, 58% agreed. Analysis of the problem of optimizing the manager's leadership competence with the development of a draft guide to the manager's leadership competence as a desire to implement leadership. Conclusions, support from required fields, and things that are needed to achieve the development of a nurse manager leadership competency guide draft. This study aims to collect, evaluate, and synthesize evidence of various emotional and psychological support interventions in reducing the psychological burden of infertile patients following the IVF program. This research method is a systematic review using Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar, CINAHL, EBSCOhost, and Proquest database searches. The study's results indicate several emotional and psychosocial support interventions carried out by several researchers abroad that aim to reduce the psychological burden of infertile patients undergoing an IVF program. In conclusion, this intervention combination effectively reduces the psychological and emotional burden of infertile patients undergoing IVF programs. In addition, it can also improve marital relations and partner intimacy to improve the quality of life of infertile couples. This study aims to see the effectiveness of physical activity rehabilitation in post-covid-19 patients in increasing lung function capacity. The method used is a literature review using a database, namely Google Schooler, Embase, Pubmed, and Clinical Key. The results showed that physical rehabilitation therapy was divided into two. The first is a light physical exercise carried out by doing a Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) as a measure of performance (time required to walk 4 meters), balance (standing for 10 seconds with legs), and lower extremity strength (time needed to stand and sit). Five times from the chair). This physical exercise is carried out as long as there are no signs and symptoms of worsening. The second therapy is yoga practice therapy which, in its implementation, can increase concentration and eliminate anxiety. In conclusion, early rehabilitation should be given to post-COVID-19 patients. Individuals with limitations due to restriction or lockdown should receive an exercise program to reduce weakness, sarcopenia, cognitive decline, and depression. This study aims to determine the difference in blood pressure to the effect of the pressure test. This research method is a systematic review accessed from internet search databases: Scopus, Pro-quest, Willey, Sage Journal, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The study of 9 research articles showed that there were articles that did not have much effect on the Cold Pressure Test (CPT) on blood pressure. All pieces have the same research method, namely Experiment. In conclusion, most studies say that blood pressure affects the stimulation of the sympathetic nerves by performing a Cold Pressure Test (CPT). This study aims to analyze and determine the most effective method of utilizing the Mobile Phone application as a reminder to improve ARV treatment adherence. This study uses a narrative literature review method using keywords from the Scopus, ProQuest, Ebsco, Science Direct, and Pubmed databases. The study's results using this method are effective in utilizing mobile phones to improve ARV treatment adherence in HIV patients. As a reminder, the mobile phone method can improve ARV treatment adherence in HIV patients is a trend in changing lives. Meanwhile, direct intervention is an educational approach that is comprehensive in emphasizing health problems independently in ARV treatment adherence. In conclusion, both produce outputs, namely increasing commitment to ARV treatment in people with HIV, knowledge about HIV, and reducing stigma in people with HIV. This study aims to identify factors associated with the desire to become a mother. The research method uses a systematic review of three databases, Science Direct, JSTOR, and EBSCOhost, in published articles from 2017 to 2021. The results of the study found 1,417 related articles and 12 articles that met the inclusion criteria related to factors related to a woman's desire to become a mother and have children. Several factors influence a woman to become a mother and have children, including age, employment status, social and economic conditions, social norms, religion, relationship commitment, and health conditions. After marriage, the desire to increase the number of children is also influenced by the desire to have children of a specific gender, which is also associated with local culture. In conclusion, a woman's desire to become a mother and have children is individual, with many factors influencing it. Keywords: Desire to Be a Mother, Woman

This study aims to optimize the preparation of nursing care guidelines in the Hemato Oncology unit of RS X Bogor City. The method used in this research is a pilot project. The results showed that the majority of the ages were in the age range of 21-30 years, 85%, with the majority being female, as much as 80%. The competency level of nurses for pre-PK has the highest percentage at 40%. The length of work of nurses in the hemato-oncology unit is 2-5 years, as much as 60%. Respondents are implementing nurses as much as 95% and D3 education as much as 75%. The training qualification for implementing nurses that must be followed is BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support) training. All nurses in the unit have attended as many as 95.24%. This research resulted in formulating an innovative nursing care guide in the Hematology-Oncology Unit. The focus was compiled because the preparation of nursing care guidelines at Hospital X Bogor City was not optimal, especially for cases in the Hematology-Oncology Unit. In conclusion, the nursing care guide becomes a guideline that will be used in determining care for patients who will bridge the nursing profession in preparing nursing care plans, especially in cases of hemato-oncology. This study aims to look at the factors that influence students in facing their final project. This research method is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 21 years, with the youngest 20 years old and the oldest 22 years old. Most (76.3%) of the research respondents were 45, and of the total respondents, the majority (64.9%) of 24 respondents experienced moderate anxiety. And 31 respondents (83.8%) have high family support then, strong peer influence is 31 respondents (83.8%), the influence of supervisors is vital to as many as 33 respondents (89.2%), and the influence of the environment good as many as 30 respondents (81.1%). The bivariate analysis results showed that the p-values â€‹â€‹for all variables were < 0.05. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between support from family, peers, supervisors, and the environment with student anxiety in facing the final project. This study aims to determine the total calcium level in serum taken with a tourniquet installation time of 1 minute and 3 minutes using an autoanalyzer. This research method is a pre-experiment with static group comparison. The average result of total calcium levels in serum with a tourniquet installation time of 1 minute is 9.40 mg/dL. In contrast, the average effect of total calcium levels in serum with a tourniquet installation time of 3 minutes is 9.55 mg/dL. In conclusion, there was no significant difference in the results of the examination of total calcium levels in serum with the duration of the tourniquet installation for 1 minute and 3 minutes.
