Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family implementation strategy interventions on family knowledge and ability to care for Schizophrenia clients with hallucinations in RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design, with a total sample of 15 respondents. The results of the analysis proved that there was an influence of implementation strategy interventions on family knowledge and abilities (p value = 0,000). Conclusion, family implementation strategy interventions are very important to note and must be implemented as a form of intervention to improve family knowledge and abilities in caring for Schizophrenia clients, so clients who have returned home can be cared for properly and correctly by the family, and the family can immediately decide for clients to get treatment again if there is a recurrence. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look for dominant factors that influence healthy living behavior in people with diabetes mellitus in Bondowoso Regency. The method used in this research is correlational research with cross sectional approach. The results showed that predisposing factors such as knowledge, beliefs, beliefs and attitudes simultaneously affected the health behavior of people with diabetes mellitus with an R value of 0.809 and separately the attitude factor was the dominant predisposing factor determining the health behavior of people with diabetes mellitus with a p value of 0,000. Conclusion, the attitude of the respondent to his condition suffering from diabetes mellitus influences the respondent's actions to seek medical help to manage the symptoms or to take care of the complications experienced. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the third stage of childbirth care modules with the preceptorship method on the skills of midwifery DIII students. Quasyeksperiment research design. The results showed that the modules and preceptorship methods were better in improving the skills of students doing third stage of childbirth care. Conclusion, there was an increase in student skills in all groups namely the demonstration group, modules and demonstrations as well as the modules and preceptorship, the highest increase in the skills of third stage of childbirth care was obtained by the group given the third stage of childbirth care modules and the preceptorship method compared to the demonstration group and the modules and demonstration groups without the intervention of the third stage of childbirth care modules Keywords: Stage III, Skills, Modules, Delivery, Preceptorship

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of respiratory relaxation with the ballon blowing technique on increasing oxygen saturation in COPD patients. The study design used a one group pre-post test design. The results of the 30 COPD respondents showed the gender prevalence of the majority of male respondents 73.3% with an average age of 61.87 with an age range of 45-80 years, the mean (pre-test) was 89, 27 and the post-test mean is 94.53 with a p-value of 0,000. Conclusions, there Is An Influence of breathing relaxation with ballon blowing technique on increasing oxygen saturation in COPD patients in RSUD Buleleng Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of birth ball exercise on the intensity of labor in the first stage of latent phase in mothers of mothers in BPM "LM" Desa Giri Emas. The method used in this study uses a one group pre-post test design. The results obtained p value (0.007) <α (0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation to improve sleep quality in the elderly who has insomnia in the Unggahan Village, Buleleng Regency. This research method is a quantitative study with a pre experiment research design with one group design pre-post test design. The results showed statistically, progressive muscle relaxation was effective to improve sleep quality in elderly women with a value of p = 0,000 or p <α (0.05). Conclusion, progressive muscle relaxation is effective in increasing sleep quality in the elderly who live at home. Keywords: Sleep Quality, Elderly, Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of montage activities on the fine motor development of pre-school aged children 4-5 years. The research method used was pre-experimental with one group pre and post test design. The results showed an average pre-test value was 43.44 and the post-test mean value was 68.21. Paired Sample T-test results obtained ρ-value (0,000) <α (0.05), there is the effect of montage activity on fine motor development in pre-school age children 4-5 years. Conclusion, fine motor is a limited movement of parts that include small muscles, especially movements of the fingers such as writing, drawing, and holding something. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of psychoeducation therapy on increasing self-efficacy in families with pulmonary TB disease at Kertha Usada General Hospital. Method: The research design used quasi-experimental with pre-post test with control group design. Results: The results showed the mean (mean) pre-test in the treatment group was 20.56 and in the control group was 21.04. The mean post-test mean in the treatment group was 31.51 and in the control group, the results were 30.57. Parametric test results using the Paired Sample T-test obtained p-value = (0,000) <α (0.05). Conclusion, there is an effect of psychoeducation therapy on increasing self-efficacy in families with Pulmonary of TB in Kertha Usada General Hospital. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the use of diapers during toilet training and the incidence of enuresis in preschool children in RA Al Hidayah 1 & 2 Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The research design used in this study is the correlation analytic design using a cross sectional approach. The results showed that almost half (48.9%) of respondents who never used diapers during the toilet training period did not experience enuresis. Conclusion, children who were not applied diapers during the toilet training period did not experience enuresis and children who were put on diapers tended to experience enuresis. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of family support in drug adherence on the subject of Human Immunodeficiency Virus with low self-esteem in the PELNI hospital in Jakarta. The research method in this study is Pre Experimental with One Group Pre-Test-Post Test Design. The results showed that family support could have a positive impact on reducing mental disorders in PLWHA, such as anxiety, stress, depression, and low self-esteem. Conclusions, the results of subjects I and II who experience low self-esteem cause disruption of self-role, disability, helplessness, negative self-ideal, and negative self-esteem.
