Abstract

Abstract Tourism is one of the sectors that has the opportunity to become the largest contributor to foreign exchange in Indonesia. Indonesia's tourism growth was recorded at 7.2 percent per year, higher than the average world tourism growth of 4.7 percent. The availability of information that is easy and fast to access can make people know about tourism in the Province of South Sulawesi so that it is expected to have an impact on increasing tourist arrivals. In this study, a tourism information system for mobile Sulawesi Province has been developed. The information system was developed by utilizing the prototyping model. The result of this research is a mobile-based tourism information system that is able to present tourism information such as tourist destinations, culinary tours, events, and photos of tourism objects. Tourism information system can be run on Android devices. The developed system can present tourism information which includes 110 destinations, 39 events, 45 culinaries, and photos of tourist attractions from 12 regions. The result of system testing was the features of the system can function properly and successfully show tourism information.

Abstract

Pandemic Corona Disease 19 or called Covid19 raises a situation that requires every level of society to maintain health and perform activities work from home. One suggestion from the government is to implement social distancing for the academic community, one of which is students. However, not all students can do it due to the lack of understanding of social distancing and the demands of working status, this study seeks to measure the level of understanding of students in knowing social distancing and applying it in current conditions. Based on the questionnaire data collection distributed with the number of respondents 287 students with vulnerable ages 18-25 years later conducted a classification of datamining using the C4.5 algorithm with tree modeling, the results obtained that the accuracy of 93.73%, with class precision that is predictions of students understanding social distancing ( 96.97%), students understand but have to work (100%) and students hesitate (75.71%).

Abstract

The research and development center for mineral and coal technology or abbreviated as Puslitbang tekMIRA is located in Bandung, West Java, which has asset management, namely the rental of rooms or buildings. In asset management, there is a complaint page if a customer has a complaint. Based on the complaint data that came in at the same time, the authors saw that there were problems that were considered to need attention, namely which complaints would be resolved first and whether or not the complaint was feasible or not to be processed. This study uses the DSS (Decision Support System) method, namely Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return). The MAUT method is a method that converts some importance into a numerical value from a scale of 0-1 which represents the worst and best values ​​and the final result is a ranking. While the IRR method is an indicator of the efficiency level of an investment that is used to provide an overview of whether the complaint is feasible or not to be followed up. The result of the application of this method is the feasibility of the complaint.

Abstract

Various kinds of problems arise from the changing personality behavior of students. Therefore, an intelligent system is needed to determine the personality type of students. This study applies an intelligent system with a classification method using the Naïve Bayes to determine the personality of the student based on Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholic, and Phlegmatic classes against Hippocrates-Galenus typology. The attributes used include gender, age, year of class, answers to test A, answers to test B, answers to test C, and answers to test D. System testing is carried out with a scheme for sharing training data and test data. The data used is questionnaire data based on the Hippocrates-Galenus typology which is filled out by 130 students. Then it is divided into training data to form a classification model of 117 data, and there are 13 pieces of data used as test data for accuracy testing. The proportion is 90:10 using 10-fold cross validation. The data held are then calculated using the nave Bayes algorithm. Based on the results, there were 12 students correctly predicted and 1 students did not predict correctly so that an accuracy of 92.31% was obtained with an error rate of 7.69%.

Abstract

The availability of accurate and up-to-date agricultural data is very much needed for agricultural development in Buleleng district. This data requirement can be facilitated by utilizing information and communication technology. The purpose of this research is to create a mobile-based Agricultural Product Information System (SIPROTANI) application. The SIPROTANI mobile application was developed following the agile software development model scrum. The data requirements for the system were obtained in collaboration with the Buleleng district agriculture office. Users of mobile-based SIPROTANI are Field Agricultural Extension (PPL) and administrators. Functions that have been developed in SIPROTANI are displaying and managing agricultural products in Buleleng Regency, managing farmer group data, managing farmer data, searching for agricultural product data, and displaying product reports. agriculture according to the criteria of product type, location, (range) harvest date. It is hoped that with this system, Buleleng Regency has accurate, up to date data related to agricultural products in Buleleng. In addition, this system can be used as a model for other districts in Bali and other regions in Indonesia. In the future, this system can be developed into e-commerce that connects farmers as producers and the community/stakeholders as consumers, so that the distribution chain of product marketing can be cut. Farmers will get a fair price for their products and consumers will get good quality products at a commensurate price.

Abstract

One of the steps of accreditation for institutions and study programs during the epidemic is online assessment (AL-Daring). The availability of suitable information and communication technologies to enable the AL-Daring process is one of the consequences of AL-Daring. Supporting data must be provided in the form of a soft copy in the University Information System that assessors may access appropriately. How the Information System can help Study Program Managers and Accreditation Applicants complete documentation more quickly and efficiently is also crucial. It's also important to note that each Study Program and Study Program Manager will upload a large number of papers of various types and sizes. As a result, various factors that affect the quality of information systems, such as data and storage space availability, ease of access, and timeliness, must be satisfied. The AL-Daring Information System is being developed using agile methodologies in the aim of completing it faster so that it can be utilized right away and adapt to user needs. To perform successfully, this system was built using the Codeigniter framework and Google Drive Cloud Storage as a document storage medium via the Google Drive API service. SUS rates the repository system an excellent score on an adjective rating claiming the system is very useful and well-received by users.

Abstract

In this journal, authors improved a deep learning, it was MobileNet V2 which can learn with higher speed and accuracy using the ImageNet dataset. The basic architecture of MobileNet V2 was modified using a fine-tuning technique. It did not change the entire weight of the default deep learning model, there was freezing of some layers. The modifications involved by changing the parameters on the layer. The improved model would be trained using the ImageNet dataset based on the security monitoring context. The dataset class objects selected for training were objects that usually used by suspicious people with the aim of committing crime of theft. The results of training using an improved model could increase accuracy up to 71% with a difference of 3% from the training results of the default model of MobileNet V2. Since MobileNet V2 was a lightweight deep neural network model that had few parameters compared to other neural network model parameters, this modified model could be implemented on devices with low specifications, such as mobile devices or raspberry pi in the form of real-time applications.

Abstract

Medical Record is a medical document that contain history of patient’s disease also information about given treatments and medicines. Diagnosis of patient’s disease is one of content in Medical Record. Public health office recommends medical facility to write diagnosis into ICD-10 WHO standard. However, there are many of medical facility translate diagnosis into ICD-10 WHO standard manually. This manual way will make a lot of mistake or wrong translate result. This research will develop an online application to help the doctor to write patient’s disease diagnosis into ICD-10 WHO automatically. Doctors need to type the keyword of diagnosis name then selected diagnosis will automatically write into ICD-10 WHO standard. This application also can generate Digital Medical Record that can help medical facility to reopen or save Medical Record Data in a long time.

Abstract

One of the supporters in creating an even educational climate is the existence of scholarships. In general, scholarships in the form of financial assistance intended for the community of higher education, both lecturers, teachers, students and students. In the awarding of scholarships, some findings were obtained, including not being on target which caused the scholarship assistance to be ineffective. One solution in determining the acceptance of scholarships is the existence of a system that is integrated with decision-making methods. Fuzzy logic mamdani becomes one of the recommendation methods that can be implemented in decision making. So the formulation of the problem of this research is (1) How is the implementation of fuzzy logic mamdani methods to the decision-making system of receiving aid scholarships?; (2) How effective fuzzy logic methods mamdani to the decision-making system of aid scholarship. The scope of the research is (1) The method of inference with Fuzzy Logic Mamdani; (2) The tools used are Matlab version R2021b; (3) The input variable criteria consist of parental income, achievement (academic and non-academic) and average grades throughout the semester; (4) The variable output criterion is the amount of the scholarship. The final results of the study resulted in the calculation of the effectiveness of the Fuzzy Mamdanil Method of more than 50%, so that the fuzzy mamdani method can be recommended as an alternative in the decision-making method determining the amount of acceptance of aid scholarships.

Abstract

Traditional markets in the city of Yogyakarta offer many unique things for both locals and tourists. There has yet to be an effort to centralise information on traditional markets which highlights its characteristics, including its uniqueness. Through this study, we designed a REST API that provides a service to access information on traditional markets in the city of Yogyakarta. The information available includes class, alternative names, location, description, history, facts, facilities, uniqueness, photos, and stalls. This service can be used by governments or other parties through external applications ensuring data accuracy. We used an incremental approach made of three iterations. Each iteration consisted of needs analysis, system design, API development, and testing and evaluation. This approach provided a more focused and targeted development based on the functional needs of each iteration. Each iteration was tested both on Postman and a web application. The result of this REST API is a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) which can be easily processed by external applications.
