Abstract

PT Global Infotech Solution is aware of the rapid development of technology nowdays. It takes advantage of every opportunity to widen and expand the creativity of the company’s development. The beneficial cooperation of the health and technology fields is the main topic in making new ideas from bioinformatics technology. With an adequate agency and partnership system, it creates opportunities that can be achieved in making an e-learning web system project. Belajarklikdna is an e-learning website specially made for partners or agents, in facilitating their work by using the moodle platform version 3.9 with an emphasis on the e-learning management system so that this application can be completed and can be used according to the planned targets. It is hoped that through the project of making an e-learning website application, it can make it easy for agency partners who want to broaden their horizon through this application.

Abstract

Trigramyama is a motorbike community that often holds touring activities outside the city with quite some members. With the large number of members participating, there are also many problems encountered when doing the touring, one of the problem is coordination between members when there are members who are separated from the group. This research will be designed a tracking system Android-based application in the Trigramyama motorbike community using firebase technology that utilizes the real-time database feature, besides this design uses GPS technology taken from the Google Maps API. this touring supporting tracking application allows all users to know the whereabouts of other members and also makes it easier to coordinate. The level of satisfaction from using this application reaches 85%, from the results of the presentations it can be concluded that this application is following the needs of the Trigramyama motorcycle community.

Abstract

Re-registration activities are routine activities that aim to ensure that Pension Beneficiaries are still entitled to Pension Benefits in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, this activity is also useful for updating data from Pension Beneficiaries. In re-registration, a Pension Beneficiary is required to complete a “Pension Benefit Validation Form” and must be validated by the Head of the local RT / RW (Head of the Domicile Environment) or a Pension Representative at the local branch. In the current research, we will try to make a model or design of an application that can later assist in the implementation of online re-registration activities. The problem that exists today is that there is no application that can help carry out these activities online. The problem that can be formulated in this research is how to produce a solution that can help solve problems that exist today. In solving existing problems, it is limited in making models or designing applications that will help solve the problem, if there is time to support the application to be made and implemented at the same time, if it will not be continued in further research.

Abstract

This paper discusses the creation of an Android-based smart training system using Flutter to overcome training problems in PB companies that are hampered by the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of the presentation of the smart training system that were made show that this system can be used to overcome this problem. The smart training system created in this study can provide reports on training data that has been done, this data can be accessed by entering the domain address that has been created and the data will be automatically downloaded in excel. The smart training system prototype can be used to replace old systems that are considered less effective, such as phone calls. To employees who have to take part in training, it is replaced by the Firebase cloud messaging feature which will send notifications to the user application if the user is scheduled to attend training. The smart training system has been tested using usability testing which shows a % satisfaction rate of 80.91% which is categorized as very good.

Abstract

Sales activities have been carried out by humans since the beginning of civilization, along with the times, the way they are done is always changing. Form of sales activity is currently developing, namely by using electronic media called E-Commerce and increasingly developing into E-Marketplace. The competition between E-Marketplace is increasingly competitive with various kinds of the best services to satisfy users. The current demand for excellent service to consumers means that Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) must follow developments in information systems and information technology. Sigertengah traders group as an organization in the field of UMKM that sells art objects is certainly required to provide excellent service in managing the buying and selling of art objects. Currently, the information system that has been built based on E-Marketplace is still in the development stage. Information related to art objects offered on the Sigertengah E-Marketplace does not include information about the authenticity or originality of these art objects. This research will discuss about how to design of Question Answering System using Scrumban method and Unified Modeling Language to describe the system design. The result of this research is a model design of Question Answering System E-Marketplace which consists of several aspects including user aspects, software aspects, hardware aspects and internet network scheme aspects of system implementation plans.

Abstract

PB adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi smart card. Devisi marketing dan QC melakukan koordinasi secara manual saat menentukan design yang akan digunakan dalam smart card. Oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi untuk mempermudahkan koordinasi tersebut. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mempermudahkan dalam menentukan design dan produk yang akan diproduksi. Pada penelitian ini disusun menggunakan metode R&D. Aplikasi proof design dan proof product ini disusun berbasis desktop. Pada pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa C# dengan menggunakan devexpress dan database yang digunakan adalah oracle. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudahkan tim marketing (CS) dan QC (PIC) dalam koordinasi mengenai design yang akan digunakan dalam smart card yang akan diproduksi. Pengujian sistem yang digunakan dalam menguji aplikasi menggunakan pengujian blackbox. Pengisian kuisioner dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepuasan user terhadap aplikasi yang akan digunakan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in various parts of the world resulted in a reduction in social interactions and various activities being shifted to an online basis. One of the significant impacts that occurs is lectures that are held online. To support this online lecture, there are various technological tools that are used to assist the online process, one of which is the teleconference application. In changing the offline method to online, there are many adaptations of activities that must be carried out by lecturers and students or other students in carrying out lecture activities in higher education. Therefore, this study aims to see how the technology adaptation process in online learning sees the increasing number of online-based learning activities, to then design an application that is deemed appropriate. This research was conducted using the Cognitive Walkthrough method, using 5 respondents who were assigned according to work desks and screen recording, so it was found that the use of Zoom for 4 main features could be done well, difficulties only occurred in the second scenario.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the maturity level of information technology governance (IT) in the application of information system services at PT. Tsabita Cake. The method used is a mixed method of quantitative and qualitative using questionnaires, interviews, and document studies. The focus of this research is on the DSS 05 domain. The results obtained from this study are needed as an evaluation and input for improvement of the information system governance of PT. TSABITA CAKE in the future. The results showed the maturity level of IT governance in the Information System services of PT. TSABITA CAKE is currently at a capability of 75% or equivalent to 2.90 with the status largely achieved and at level 2. Therefore, information system security needs to be improved to support the performance of PT. TSABITA CAKE in order to reach level 3 requires a recommendation for gradual improvement of the attribute process from level 1 to level 3. To improve IT governance, it is recommended that institutions prepare competent human resources, as well as document every activity of evaluation, direction, and monitoring in information system management.

Abstract

With the fast development of the internet and fintech, people have problems in making decisions for choosing the right fintech service or product because currently many of the same services are offered with various applications or web services. Thus, the aggregator cluster Digital Financial Innovation (IKD) service appears at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to be a solution for users in problems for faster and more precise decision making by conducting site / application comparisons to select the desired service. This research focuses on the aggregator cluster IKD because the fintech sector is the most popular with the community regarding the benefits offered by the sample on services of cermati.com dan lifepal.. The Sandbox regulation is a trial space to assess the reliability of business processes, business models, financial instruments, and governance. organizers, especially in the field of digital financial innovation, including the IKD cluster aggregator. In order for financial products to have a certain status in running their business, they must follow the Sandbox Regulation testing stages so that the OJK as a financial supervisory institution can provide protection for consumers. This study uses qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques. The results of the study were analyzed using Maturity Level COBIT 5 with the DSS (deliver, service, support) selected domain in the sub-domain manage problems and manage business process control for IT management. The results showed that the aggregator cluster based on the selected sample was appropriate in implementing Sandbox Regulation based on 5 stages. The results of the maturity level for the deepening stage are 4.2, the scenario testing stage is 3, the testing and trial stage is 3.3, the improvement stage is 3.2 and the assessment stage is 2.9. The result of maturity level domain manage problem is 3.8 (4), which means that it has entered the predictable level where the process has met the attributes of process measurement and process control, while the domain of manage business process control is 3.3 (3) which means that it has entered an established level where the process has met the process attributes definition and process deployment. Abstract

Starting in early 2020, the Corona Virus 2019 or Covid-19 has become an epidemic that has spread to almost all countries in the world including Indonesia. many are caused by the corona virus, ranging from health, education to economic impacts. A way is needed to increase awareness by making an information recording the travel history of the community during the pandemic in order to help population data to prevent the transmission of the corona virus. The sub-district government of IV Koto Aur Malintang is one of the governments in the province of West Sumatra that manually collects data on the travel history of the community during the pandemic period or has not maximized computerization. This certainly makes the sub-district government in recording and administering public data entering and leaving the environment ineffective and lacking information. For this reason, as a way to assist the central government in reducing the rate of transmission and controlling the movement of people entering or leaving the IV Koto Aur Malintang sub-district government, it is necessary to build a website-based SIRP (Travel History Information System) information system. The SIRP (Travel History Information System) is able to data the people who enter and leave the government of the IV Koto Aur Malintang sub-district during the pandemic. In designing the SIRP (Travel History Information System), researchers used UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. UML is used to facilitate researchers in designing the system to be made. The method that researchers use in this research is the prototyping method. With the construction of the Pandemic Travel History Information System (SIRP) at this time, it is hoped that the sub-district government of IV Koto Aur Malintang can see where and who is in and out of the area and then also provide clear data and information to the community regarding how many people are currently under surveillance. (ODP) and people without symptoms (OTG). In addition, the Travel History Information System (SIRP) certainly makes it very easy for the government to reduce the rate of transmission of the Corona virus in West Sumatra, especially in Sub-district IV Koto Aur Malintang, because it can easily record people who enter and leave the area.
