Abstract

PT Primayudha Mandirijaya is one of the companies engaged in spinning cotton into yarn, the company has quite a lot of employees, in this case the need for proper attendance management, fast and accurate, this study discusses the design of a web attendance system using barcodes because in this case there is still attendance which is done manually will certainly be a hassle in filing employee data. The system is created using the PHP programming language using the MySQL database as a place to store employee data. The vue js framework is also used to enhance the appearance of the attendance system. barcode is one of the technology users that can make it easier to use. The system has been tested using UAT by obtaining 71.3% with a statement agreeing. Keywords— Barcode, Attendance, Vue js, Web, SDLC.

Abstract

The Office of Youth and Sports (DISPORA) of Salatiga City is a government organization that focuses on increasing sports achievement and youth potential. Continuity of business and IT strategy is a harmonious and continuous process. DISPORA itself currently has not fully implemented an integrated information system in all existing fields. Enterprise architectural planning can integrate current systems with future systems. The method used is TOGAF ADM by conducting interviews and observations. TOGAF ADM is a method that consists of steps in designing an enterprise architecture for a company or organization. The stages carried out are only up to the Opportunities and Solutions phase. The results found in this study are the need for continuity between fields so that business process activities run as expected. The results of this study are expected to produce a blueprint for the proposed IS / IT to become the basis for the strategic business process activities of the Salatiga City Youth and Sports Service.

Abstract

Researcher conducted experiments about manga genre classification based on input in the form of black and white image and manga cover. Assigning genres to manga is a particularly challenging task because genre is a feature that is not physically present in a movie frame, so off-the-shelf image detection models cannot be easily adapted to this context. Moreover, multi-label classification is more challenging than binary classification or multi-class classification considering that one instance can be assigned to multiple class at once. After successfully making genre predictions, then what needs to be done is to analyze the existing data so that it finds the factors that can affect the final results found. Convolutional Neural Network is a method that is often used to classify images because it is able to detect the main features of an image, the combination of architectural layers is able to produce complex and relevant predictions. The neural network architecture layer includes the convolutional layer, the pooling layer, and the fully connected layer. Each layer has parameters that can be changed according to research needs. Changes in these parameters allow researcher to obtain different results. The experiment was carried out in two stages. The first stage contains 15 experiments with the same convolutional neural network model structure. The second stage contains 24 experiments by changing the structure of the convolutional neural network model. The total number of experiments conducted was 39 trials. The best result obtained was the 38th trial with an accuracy of 46.3 percent and the number of active F1s was 25 genres. In addition, researchers have analyzed several factors that affect the results of the research that have been obtained in the hope that it will be useful for other researchers who want to carry out similar research.

Abstract

DISPERINNAKER of Salatiga City is a government agency engaged in the Industry and Manpower sector. Information systems and information technology (IS / IT) are tools to achieve success in supporting the success of the government's vision and mission in order to create a digital era government. However, currently not all of the business processes at DISPERINNAKER are supported by the use of IS / IT, so that the performance process has not been running effectively and efficiently. Therefore, a good and well-planned IS / IT strategic plan is needed. This study uses the Ward and Peppard method approach which consists of a SWOT analysis with the addition of the IFE and EFE matrices which are used to evaluate internal and external factors by looking at the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the organization, Value Chain Analysis, Critical Success Method. Factors (CSFs) Based on the IT Balanced Scorecard, and Mc Farlan's Strategic Grid which will produce an overview of information system requirements, solutions, and information system strategy recommendations which can later be formulated as strategic planning for implementation plans that will be carried out within 4 (four) years which will come.

Abstract

In the IS IT organization is the most important part in service activities and smooth business operational activities, PN Salatiga uses the E-Court application from the Supreme Court which functions as a community service forum for case handling, namely case registration (e-filing), online advance payment (e -Payment), electronic summons (e-Summons) and electronic trials (e-Litigation). at Salatiga District Court in handling that still do not use the references used to manage disasters, so the settlement process does not run optimally. If there is an E-Court incident, it will have an impact on service satisfaction for users. This requires incident management with optimal management in accordance with incident standards. The framework used is ITIL V4 with the main components being a service value system and 4 dimensions, the fourth dimension is the value flow and the process which allows the value stream to have an overview for continuous improvement. The research method uses a qualitative approach that can make it easier to see the condition of incident management at Salatiga District Court. This study aims to see and see the handling of the Salatiga PN incident in the management of the ITIL V4 incident. Describe how incident handling is implemented with incident management at ITIL. Incident management SOPs prepared and can be used to support management services at the Salatiga District Court.

Abstract

Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah (UPPD) Kota Salatiga adalah Instansi pemerintah, bertugas dalam penerimaan pendapatan daerah melalui pengoordinasian dan pemungutan pajak, retribusi, bagi hasil pajak, dan lainya. Peninjauan kelayakan sistem informasi merupakan cara melindungi data dari penyalahgunaan informasi. Karena itu diperlukan pengukuran proses pada aplikasi pendukung kerja, untuk mengukur kelayakan serta mencapai tujuan bisnis instansi. Penelitian menggunakan Kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1 melalui Domain Monitoring and Evaluate (ME), kemudian tingkat kematangan melalui maturity level dan GAP. Dalam domain ME pada COBIT 4.1 terdapat 4 kontrol yakni, ME1 (Monitor and Evaluate IT Performance), ME2 (Monitor and Evaluate Internal Control), ME3 (Obtain Independent Assurance), dan ME4 (Provide IT Governance). Penelitian difokuskan pada proses manajemen , pengelolaan pengendalian internal serta berjalan atau tidak suatu peraturan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Pada hasil implementasi, framework ME pada tingkat Defined Process, diketahui maturity level memiliki rata-rata 3,8 dengan expected level tingkat 4 yaitu managed and measurable, serta memiliki nilai GAP sebesar 0,2. Hasil maturity level, subdomain nilai tertinggi pada ME4 yakni 3,92 yang berada pada level Defined Process dan sudomain nilai terendah pada ME1 dengan nilai 3,59 yang berada pada level Defined Process. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi tolak ukur untuk kemajuan instansi kedepannya.

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian, Pelatihan dan Pendidikan (BKDIKLATDA) Kota Salatiga merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bergerak dibidang kepegawaian. Kinerja suatu aplikasi perlu untuk menjadi perhatian karena kinerja dari sebuah aplikasi menjadi faktor penting yang memberikan informasi terhadap kinerja penggunaan dari aplikasi. Maka dari itu peneliti melakukan pengukuran dari kinerja aplikasi sistem informasi cuti elektronik (SiCute) untuk melihat seberapa besar tingkat kesuksesan kinerja dari suatu aplikasi terhadap tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penerapanya yang merupakan salah satu sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh Badan Kepegawaian, Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Kota Salatiga. dimana pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard yang didalamnya terdapat empat perspektif diantaranya perspektif kontribusi organisasi, perspektif orientasi pengguna, perspektif keunggulan operasional dan perspektif orientasi masa depan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil pada perspektif orientasi pengguna mendapat nilai tertinggi sebesar 24,18%, perspektif keunggulan operasional 24,07, perspektif kontribusi organisasi sebesar 23,77, dan nilai yang terakhir yaitu perspektif orientasi masa depan sebesar 20,29%. Dilihat dari hasil pencapaian tiap perspektif ini sudah berada pada kondisi sangat baik dengan total hasil pengukuran sebesar 92,94%.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi mempunyai peran penting bagi suatu lembaga tak terkecuali bagi Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Tarinsing, Kabupaten Barito Timur, Kecamatan Paku, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah yang wajib menjalankan program pemerintah untuk bisa mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengelola data kependudukan agar bisa memberikan pelayanan yang akurat dan maksimal kepada masyarakat desa sebagaimana yang ditulis dalam amanat Inpres No.3 Tahun 2003. Untuk bisa memberikan kegunaan Teknologi Informasi secara akurat dan maksimal serta selaras dengan tujuan organisasi diperlukan dukungan tata kelola TI yang maksimal. Namun, dalam Kantor Pemerintahan masih belum ada proses yang memastikan keuntungan dalam setiap kegiatan yang dijalankan dalam pengadaaan optimasi risiko serta pencapaian yang sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi, maka dari itu diperlukan suatu evaluasi tata kelola guna untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Tata Kelola SI/TI pada Kantor Pemerintahan ini. Dalam evaluasi Tata Kelola ini, framework yang digunakan adalah framework COBIT 5. Dimana domain yang digunakan berfokus pada EDM (Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor) Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan tingkat kapabilitas saat ini pengadaan SI/TI pada Kantor Pemerintahana Desa Tarinsing masih berada pada tingkat 1 yang artinya proses dijalankan dengan capaian nilai sebesar 1,5. Kondisi tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwasannya implementasi SI/TI pada Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Tarinsing telah dijalankan dan mencapai tujuannya namun masih memerlukan pengadaan optimasi risiko agar dicapai output yang sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

The evolutionary of smartphones and their technology simplify human activitie, with the features provided, this development does not rule out the sophistication of smartphone features being used as a medium of communication to support forms of crime. The process of forensic investigations in handling electronic evidence on smartphones is a challenge for forensic experts because of the ever-growing development of smartphones. The problem faced by forensic experts is that it is difficult to determine the forensic tools that should be used in handling evidence because several applications developed have not been tested with forensic standards. For this reason, this research will conduct web application testing based on android analysis tools based on standard computer forensics testing tools using the federated testing application. This test is conducted to determine the feasibility of a web-based application by evaluating the data between the results of the web-based test and the results of the federated testing. From the results of the evaluation, it was found that the web-based application was still lower than the federated testing because the web-based application was only able to produce the same four data variables as the federated testing report, while other data had not been supported by the application, so it could be concluded that the application This web-based android analysis tool does not meet standardization CFTT requirements.

Abstract

Inventory management must be considered in the company. Because mismanagement will result in losses in the company. UD. Berkah Jaya is a business engaged in the food and beverage trading business. Inventory management at the shop is still done manually by recording it in a ledger. This causes several problems such as unsuitable stock of goods, checking and searching for goods that take a long time, often expired stock. To solve this problem, a computerized system is needed. This study designed a web-based inventory information system (SITORY) using the FAST method. The use of the FAST method is due to rapid application development and is carried out sequentially according to the stages. This inventory system makes it easier for employees to manage inventory, to make it more efficient and accurate in reporting.
