JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

The quality of an office will increase along with the increase in employee performance, there are many ways that the office can improve the performance of its employees. The UPT-BP (Unit Pelaksana Teknis - Balai Pertanian) Karang Dapo sub-district is an agricultural office that covers agricultural counseling workers in Karang Dapo sub-district, Musi Rawas Utara district. At UPT-BP Karang Dapo from 9 agricultural counseling workers, performance evaluations have been carried out using 12 criteria derived from MOA 91/2013. filter out the best alternatives because moora is able to determine goals based on conflicting criteria. This research shows that one of the agricultural counseling agents has the highest value compared to the others, namely Afriyansyah with a value of 13.098

The presence of the 4.0 industrial revolution era requires that every government offices take full advantages of information and communication technology, especially in terms of providing services to public. Therefore, Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Selatan is required to continue to develop information systems in order to accelerate services and to disseminate information more effective and efficient. In this case, before developing the system, the author will analyze the right strategic plan using the Joe Ward and Peppard methodology, one of which is the SWOT method, Critical Success Factor (CSF), and Value Chain. From the results of the three analyzes, a growth strategy is obtained which is illustrated by a quadrant diagram, it means that it is approved to develop an information system using the Industrial Revolution Standard 4.0. to create integrated services to the public through one door in an integrated manner.

This study aims to assist the Faculty of Science and Technology, Labuhanbatu University in making decisions to determine student eligibility to receive scholarships to increase academic achievement. Determining the acceptance of this scholarship is done by building a decision support system that helps make it easier to determine which students are eligible for the scholarship. A decision support system built using the Electre method. The criteria used in the SPK Electre Method consist of student achievement index, parents' income, number of dependents of parents, number of achievement certificates. Each criterion is given a weight with a ratio of 5, 2, 2, 1. The final result of the SPK Electre method is a recommendation through ranking data determined based on the highest number of numbers 1. The results of the case study in this research show that the alternative with the most value of 1 is obtained by the Mhs_007 alternative, and the alternative with the least value of 1 can be eliminated.

Tourism is one component that participates in the Regional Revenue Budget (APBD).[1] An increase or decrease in the number of foreign tourist visits certainly has a certain effect on Gorontalo tourism, an increase in the number of visitors certainly has a positive impact on the Gorontalo government, especially in the field of tourism. The fluctuating number of foreign tourist visits has become a separate problem for the tourism office or government due to the difficulty of estimating the number of visits in the future. Seeing the phenomenon of instability (fluctuating) the number of foreign tourist visits has become the main ingredient for researchers to analyze the pattern of foreign tourist visits to predict or estimate the number of visits by using the Multiple Linear Regression Algorithm (Multivariet) based on Forward selection, so that the government or tourism office can anticipate based on the prediction results that have been obtained. Based on the results of the method test, the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value was obtained, namely, Multivariet Regression 2660.89, Forward Selection Multivariet Regression 556.49, Backward Selection Multivariet Regression 2377.44. So it can be concluded that the best method used to make predictions is Multifariet Forward Selection Regression.

SMP Negeri 6 Salatiga merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada di Kota Salaatiga yang saat ini sudah menggunakan e-learning sejak tahun 2017 untuk membantu dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolahan. Aplikasi Moodle, merupakan e-learning yang digunakan oleh SMP Negeri 6 Salatiga. Aplikasi ini memiliki fungsi untuk memperbaharui, menyimpan, mendistribusikan serta membagi materi belajar mengajar untuk para guru dan murid. Namun aplikasi Moodle ini sering mengalami berbagai masalah seperti server yang sering down, web service mati secara tiba-tiba, koneksi jaringan sering terputus. Masalah – masalah seperti ini dapat mengganggu kegiatan belajar siswa, maka dari itu penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen risiko menggunakan framework ISO 31000, untuk mengetahui segala bentuk risiko terhadap aplikasi Moodle, sehingga risiko dapat di minimalisir, serta dapat diatasi oleh pihak sekolah. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi untuk mengatasi serta meminimalisir risiko yang ada.

Plants need water to stay alive. One of them is ornamental plants that use soil as a medium of life. The need for sufficient water will help ornamental plants in making food in the photosynthesis process. Water that is splashed into the soil will be carried by the xylem transport vessels in the roots to flow to the leaves. Through an automatic sprinkler of ornamental plants based on a microcontroller, it will be easier for farmers to measure the right water frequency for soil moisture through a time that is designed automatically. The technique of watering plants manually on a large area is a process that is less effective in terms of time. Therefore, an automatic plant sprinkler was designed to measure soil moisture using a Soil Moisture sensor and a timer by RTC DS3231 as input when driving the Servo Motor of the automatic sprinkler. The Soil Moisture sensor will send data to the ESP8266 to be read as soil moisture data by thingspeak and command the Servo Motor as an automatic regulator when the soil moisture is sufficient, the sprinkler will automatically close the water channel.

The Salatiga Communications and Information Office (DISKOMINFO) is one of the Salatiga City Government apparatus which has the task of managing the communication and information technology sector in the government to assist the mayor who refers to the Ministry of Communication and Information. Proper Information Technology risk management is needed to reduce risk. IT risks such as server down, virus on PC, damage or loss of data and so on. Seeing these problems, this study describes the analysis of IT risk management at DISKOMINFO using the COBIT 5 framework with the APO domain (Align, Plan, Organize) 12. The results of the study describe potentially detrimental risks and provide recommendations as solutions to reduce potential risks. losses that may arise.

To diagnose eye disease in humans, it is necessary to calculate the best probability. Because the eyes are one of the most important parts of the human body that must be kept healthy. This study aims to analyze the comparison of 3 methods including: Case-Based Reasoning, Naïve Bayes and Certainty Factor methods so that it can be known which method is the best for diagnosing. After doing a comparison, for the calculation of the Case-Based Reasoning method, the probability result is 61.6%, the Naïve Bayes method is 56.36% and the Certainty Factor method is 90.4%. It can be concluded that the Certainty Factor method is the best method for diagnosing eye diseases in humans. After that, an expert system will be made using the Certainty Factor method to diagnose eye diseases in humans. An expert system is an imitation of an expert in diagnosing a disease. The purpose of this expert system is to help patients to diagnose what type of eye disease based on the symptoms they experience.

BKDIKLATDA (Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency) Salatiga is a non-profit organization engaged in personnel, education support and government training matters. The existence of information system technology along with IS/IT development is very influential on the success of the vision and mission of the organization as well as assisting business processes within the organization so that good and structured planning is needed. To collect data and information using the ward and peppart method with SWOT analysis tools, value chain, and portfolio applications using the McFarlan Strategic Grid approach and proposed information systems. In this study resulted in a proposed IS/IT strategic planning in the form of a proposed web application at the BKDIKLATDA Salatiga city. Where this application can later improve performance more effectively and efficiently. And can facilitate the work process in the BKDIKLATDA Salatiga city.

Information technology (IT) has become an important part of an organization to grow and develop in an era of disruption. IT is one of the main programs for organizations using digital transformation. Digital transformation has attracted the attention of various groups, such as academics to the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of Republic of Indonesia. Abdul Hakim Iskandar Minister encourages the acceleration of transformation in tourist villages to keep up with the current era developments, so it is interesting to know how IT in tourist villages in Indonesia. The research was conducted to determine the use of IT in tourist villages in Indonesia at this time. This will show how the tourist village uses IT to provide new information, services, and value to customers. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review method. Data collection was obtained through literature studies with the topic of IT in tourist villages in Indonesia from 20 previous studies. This study analyzes and synthesizes previous research and is classified into two categories. The grouping consists of 1) the intended use of IT and 2) IT, which is used in tourist villages. The findings are 4 IT use purposes and 3 TI used in tourist villages.
