Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology particularly in the field of Internet technology played a major role in various aspects of life.Internet technology development requires the ability of human resources to master and follow the development of Internet technology.The application for the new trainee registration /ppdb is the acceptance process for new candidates at the sd level, smp, Sma, The colleges that were previously thought about and designed for the new students' admissions were well designed so that the school could save costs and reduce the risk of whether or not to happen so that the new students' admissions were done more efficient. The problem of registration system of new students who are running at high school 1 negeri wewewa tengah at this time is not quick information that parents and candidate students get, and also the disorderly implementation of the reception of new students for new students candidates, Starting with the registration process, Selection process, until the announcement of the student acceptance results.Therefore the author implemented the web depelopment life cycle method (wdlc) in the creation of online based new learner registration application.Results of the research made a ppdb website that has been adapted to a manual acceptance format and all migrated to the online system.

Abstract

Absence is a routine activity carried out by an employee to show that the employee is present or absent at a company, PT Bank Tabungan Negara makes a digitization for attendance, namely making an online B-Gate attendance application. B-GATE online attendance functions to monitor employee work discipline, because by using this system the resulting employee attendance data is very accurate and can be obtained at that time, anytime and anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. As one of the supports in the development of the B-Gate online attendance application, a study was conducted on user satisfaction, namely employees of PT. State Savings Bank for the B-Gate online attendance application using the WebQual 4.0 method. The WebQual method is a quality measurement tool for web-based information systems, to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the system's services. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara via google form with a total of 105 employees as respondents. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the quality of use, quality of information and quality of service interaction has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. This is proven by the results of the analysis of the average value of the correlation coefficient (r) based on Cronchbach Alpha = 0.838 which gives positive results for each variable on the dependent variable (User satisfaction).

Abstract

The k-means clustering method is one of the data mining techniques that can be utilized for data grouping as a clustering process to determine the stunting status of toddlers, especially in the Loli District of West Sumba Regency. Data collection was done through direct observation at the Tanarara and Wee Karou Community Health Centers, with a total of 426 cases of stunted toddlers. The research results indicate that the application of the K-Means clustering method using Rapid Miner tools for the clustering of stunting patients in the Loli District in 2023 is divided into 3 clusters. Cluster 0 has the lowest level of stunting cases, Cluster 1 falls in the category of the highest stunting cases, and Cluster 2 is in the category of average stunting cases. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Soba Wawi and Bera Dolu Villages are in Cluster 1, with 77 and 66 cases of stunting patients, respectively.

Abstract

Kopontren Musa'adah is a company that has various sales units, one of which is the Salafiyah Supermarket. Along with the development of the times, many shops want to compete in the field of sales. Currently, the sales system used at the Salafiyah Supermarket Shop still uses a simple method, namely the seller serves directly to customers without ordering funds, there is no distinction between customers and consumers. One of the sales strategies so that the Salafiyah Supermarket store can retain existing customers and increase customer satisfaction, the system that must be built is e-commerce by implementing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) method.The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the sale of goods and facilitate the marketing of merchandise online while implementing CRM strategies so that customers can easily get information about promo items by sending notifications on the customer's whatsApp.this system uses the Waterfall method.The results of the study are that the system can improve service quality and strengthen relationships between customers and stores

Abstract

Ibrahimy Library is a library owned by Ibrahimy University. In an effort to enhance the presence of Ibrahimy Library, there is currently a plan to organize a selection of library ambassadors. The primary goal of this activity is to provide recognition and motivation to students who demonstrate exceptional reading enthusiasm. Due to the complexity of selecting library ambassadors, which must meet several criteria, Ibrahimy Library plans to leverage information technology advancements, particularly by using a decision support system. The criteria that have been approved by the library include GPA, number of visits, written works, organizational experience, and personality. The decision support system is built using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which involves finding the weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative across all attributes. The final result of this system indicates that the student named Ibnu Aros, with a preference score of 1, is chosen as the library ambassador for Ibrahimy Library

Abstract

One of the many problems faced by a university is the potential for students to drop out. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system to map students who are threatened with dropping out and then solve the problems that these students have. The purpose of the development of this Academic Advisor System web application is to create an Academic Advisor System web in guiding students who are indicated to have problems and require guidance. The method used is experimental with the Agile Method approach. The final result of the development of the Academic Advisor System web application facilitates all mentoring processes starting from the student search stage, the appointment of academic supervisors, scheduling mentoring, implementing mentoring, to reporting mentoring. The conclusion of this research is that the academic advising system web that has been created has the opportunity to reduce the dropout rate of students with ease and efficiency in using the web.

Abstract

When looking for a house in Surabaya, we encountered difficulties in choosing a suitable house. Many people experience difficulties because existing homes do not meet the criteria they want. This results in many people choosing houses that do not match their criteria because they have to carry out surveys one by one in each housing complex. To overcome this problem, the solution is to create a website-based application for selecting houses using the weighted product method. This application will make it easier for prospective buyers to choose a house according to their wishes. The features and criteria in this application have been researched to meet the needs of prospective users in choosing a house. Prospective buyers can use this application to choose a house and determine the criteria they really need. After selecting the criteria, potential buyers will immediately know the house that best suits their needs. The hope is that this application can help prospective buyers choose the best house.

Abstract

Universitas Pancasakti Tegal is a private university in Central Java. Among them is the existence of an obstacle regarding the manual registration process for participants, not knowing the location points for administering KKN at universities for students, the absence of reporting of location points for the KKN village area for Lecturer Field Supervisors (LFS) and the KKN committee conducting the search the shortest way to find an important location, the location for administering the KKN, and filling out the KKN implementation schedule based on the location where it has not been digitalized so that the KKN implementation has not been managed effectively. Therefore, designing an Online KKN system is necessary to replace the manual system. By using the prototyping method, a prototyping system is produced that acts to connect developers with users to interact with each other in the continuity of information system development. The research results were obtained by applying API maps in the Online KKN system using Mapbox GL JS v2.11.0 to help access locations and applying markers as markers for a location as well as applying algorithms to solve the problem of finding the shortest route from the starting point to the endpoint using the Dijkstra algorithm.

Abstract

Merpati Training Center is a certified educational institution that focuses on the aviation industry with 5 course departments in it. MTC has a website to expand information about events, promotions, education costs, facilities and online registration. However, based on initial interviews and questionnaires, SUS found problems, namely that the menu was not well organized, it was not possible to carry out online transactions, and the initial SUS results showed a value of 50.1 which was included in the grade scale F. In order to improve the quality of management of the MTC website, the The solution is to redesign the UI/UX of the MTC website using User Centered Design. The results of this research were in the form of a prototype which was implemented on the website which was then re-evaluated using SUS and obtained a result of 81.5 and was included in the “acceptable” category and the “excellent” rating, which means the appearance of the MTC website is better, acceptable and makes it easier for users.

Abstract

The Ngawi Regency Library and Archives Office has an obligation to provide public services to people who want to access local government library facilities. In providing services, it is required to provide good service to people who want to access the library. The community has the right to provide an assessment of services such as complaints, criticism, or suggestions. But so far, the library service complaint system is still done manually. The manual method has several weaknesses such as complaints are not recorded, complaint data is not stored, and other human errors. For this reason, researchers made research on a new complaint system to be efficient and overcome problems in the manual system. Researchers designed a mobile-based library service complaint application as a solution from the results of observation and analysis of the previous complaint system. The solution resulted from redesigning the new system design with system design analysis including Flowchart, Unified Modeling Language (UML), table relations, and Black-box testing. With the new system, it is hoped that it can facilitate the community in making complaints about library services through applications installed on smartphones. Assisting library staff in monitoring, processing, and storing complaint data from the community through the library admin website.
