Abstract

PT Kurnia Persada Mitra Mandiri Palembang is one of the companies engaged in the furniture business established in 2003 that produces three types of products including springbeds, sofas, and foam mattresses. Employment activities are still constrained by the relatively long process of data retrieval, data is difficult to find, data is not integrated, and data recap is often recorded repeatedly. The system development method used in writing this script is the waterfall method, while for website creation using PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, servers use XAMPP and MySQL as databases. The result is to build a website-based employment information system that can help and facilitate the management of employment data.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing e-commerce website interface that suit user needs so that the design created can be developed into e-commerce websites to increase promotion and marketing for UMKM Pertenunan Pelangi. This research uses the design thinking method which emphasizes the user's perspective in understanding and identifying the needs of users to create effective solutions. This research begins by conducting interviews with prospective users to identify problems which will be determined by solutions. Solutions are determined by brainstorming with stakeholder. After determining the solution, the interface design is visualized. To determine whether the designed interface design is in accordance with user needs, usability testing was conducted by using the think aloud method to 5 participants by using 12 task scenarios. 3 participants were able to complete all the task scenarios, but there were 2 participants who were only able to complete 11 task scenarios. There were also some feedbacks from the participants for the interface design. With that result it can be said that the designed interface design succeeded in overcoming the problems that have been identified.

Abstract

The level of employee turnover intention at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS) Jakarta 1 branch in the last 4 years has reached 1.675 employees. Turnover intention is the tendency or intention of employees to voluntarily stop working or move from one workplace to another. PT PKSS itself is a company engaged in outsourcing. Outsourcing is the use of labor services recruited to fill certain positions in the client/user company of PT PKSS. Decision support systems are information systems or data presentation, modeling and data manipulation to support decision making in an organization or company. In supporting decision making using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method so that it can see or assess the level of work stres of outsourced or outsourced employees and will make decisions more quickly to provide direction, motivation, and guidance to employees to increase employee work productivity. Abstract

GKI Marthen Luther Kampkey is one of the churches in the Port Numbay Class area. GKI Marthen Luther Kampkey has a congregation of 2,673 people divided into 7 districts. Every 6 months GKI Marthen Luther Kampkey conducts church data collection activities aimed at evaluating ministry, planning and implementing ministry programs, coaching and church development, which are then published in form of a church statistics book. However, the implementation of church data collection activities is still ineffective because errors often occur in recording or data collection because the data is input repeatedly every time the church data collection activities are carried out. Therefore, we need a church data collection information system that can store church data, easier to search church data and make data reporting. With the GKI Marthen Luther Kampkey congregational data information system, the GKI Marthen Luther Kampkey secretariat can easily store church data, register new church members, update member data, record church events, and report church data. This study uses the waterfall system development method with UML system design which is then tested with Blackbox Testing. The result of this research is a congregational data collection information system built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Currently, information needs are required by various agencies. In achieving a good information system, it takes the support of technology as a data processing tool. Internet with a system that produces websites can be an alternative to obtain sources of information that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Agencies in the health sector implement the use of websites as an effective and efficient dissemination of Information Services. The performance of an agency website is determined by the services provided to users it shows the need for interface evaluation to support the development of service processes to meet user needs. In this study the evaluation is done by the method of Human-Centered Design through 4 stages, specify the context of use, specify user and organizational requirements, produce design solutions, and evaluate designs against user requirements. Darta retrieval based on the results of observations, interviews and questionnaires to stakeholders and users of the RSU Siaga Medika website in Banyumas. The results of the evaluation of this interface in the form of recommendations for the design of solutions that can be used to improve the website interface of RSU Siaga Medika Banyumas. Abstract

The Education Quality Assurance Center (BPMP) is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) of the Directorate General of Primary & Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education & Culture in Papua Province. The problems that occur in BPMP are errors when entering attendance data from the fingerprint scanner into excel spreadsheets, calculating employee working time, calculating employee overtime if any, and employee attendance data that is lost or damaged due to staffing errors. For this reason, it is necessary to have a web-based Honor Employee Attendance information system. This system was built using the waterfall method with 4 stages, namely needs analysis, system design using UML (Usecase Diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram), the 3rd stage is implementation using the Php programming language and mysql as the database, while for the last stage is testing using the blackbox method. The results of this study are that honorarium employees can be absent through fingerprints and are connected to a website-based attendance information system so that the Admin can process employee data in the system, view employee attendance, process approved permit / leave requests, process employee official travel records, and create employee attendance recap reports

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Qurrota a'yun which is located on JL. Ngrandu, Nglorog, Kec. Sragen, Sragen Regency, Central Java Province. One of the madrasas who delivered was still using brochures and invitations. The brochure contains profiles, achievements, extra-curricular activities, registration paths, fees, and facilities. Websites that are made responsively to facilitate access through several platforms. Methods in making responsive websites using Bootstrap as a CSS framework. The expected results are responsive websites for admins and madrasa profile visitors using an easily accessible platform. On the website there is a page that displays the homepage, school profile, achievements, teachers, and facilities. The items on the web page have functions and information. The end result of this research is a web system that has a function in storing or disseminating school information and as a medium of introduction or promotion to attract the wider community. Based on black box and SUS testing, the results show that the system can run well with a score of 75.25, which means the system is acceptable and feasible to use.

Abstract

Recording of income in the Blitar Used Goods business is still done manually. Financial records are still not well organized, they are still limited to notes in Notepad, an application on a smartphone. Revenue earned from this business is recorded based on the results received from direct sales, while those through online or e-commerce platforms are often not recorded. So the owner cannot know exactly how much income he receives per month. This is the background for using the Sepran application because the features presented are simpler, according to the needs of business owners. The Sepran application can be used without using an internet network, it is easy to understand and the application operation is simple. The purpose of this research is to provide a way to use the Sepran application to record business income. The type of research used is descriptive with interview and observation techniques. The results of this study are the stages of recording income using the Sepran Application starting from account registration to entering transactions into the receipt feature

Abstract

Fish is one of the ingredients for consumption that provides high-quality protein and can help form a healthy lifestyle. The perishable quality of fish meat demands that consumers be smart in sorting out the fish to be consumed. Therefore, knowledge about the freshness condition of fish meat is important for consumers. This study tries to build a mobile-based application that applies the Deep Learning model, using architecture You Look Only Once (YOLOv4) and YOLOv4-Tiny to detect the freshness level of fish based on the eyes and skin of the fish. The level of freshness used is fresh, medium, and spoil. The dataset used by the model are images of Deho tuna fish (Euthynnus Affinis), Manglah fish (Priacanthus Tayenus), Solok fish (Rastrelliger Brachysoma), Mackerel fish (Scomber Australasicus), Kuwe Lilin fish (Caranx Melanophygus), Teribang fish (Nemipterus virgatus), Banyar fish (Restrelliger Kanagurta), and Kolong fish (Atule mate). The mAP achieved by YOLOv4 is 99.17% and YOLOv4-Tiny is 97.25%. The fastest processing time, the freshness level of fish meat in the application reaches 2.5 seconds per image for YOLOv4 and 0.15 seconds for YOLOv4-Tiny.

Abstract

Since 2018-2022 P2TP2A DKI Jakarta Province has recorded an increase in cases of violence against children and women. The lack of public awareness of the issue of violence is one of the factors in the increase in these cases. One of the efforts that can be made by the government to optimize handling, prevention and reducing the number of cases of violence is to classify and map areas based on the level of violence against children and women. This study uses the CRISP-DM methodology which consists of the stages of Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, Deployment. The algorithm used to classify data on cases of violence against children and women in 2018-2022 is k-medoids. Determination of the number of clusters is carried out using 2 methods, namely the elbow method and the silhouette coefficient. The result of this study is the grouping of regions based on the level of violence against children and women visualized using QGIS tools. The results of the cluster evaluation show that the lowest DBI value is 1.484557, where the optimal number of clusters is 3 with the method of determining the number of k using the elbow method. Clustering results show that cluster 1 is an area with a low level of violence consisting of 6 sub-districts, cluster 2 is an area with a moderate level of violence consisting of 30 sub-districts, and cluster 3 is an area with a high level of violence consisting of 8 sub-districts
