Abstract

The implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the human resources scope at PT. XYZ, one of the credit companies in Jakarta, plays a role in managing the performance appraisal process. Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management system with the Talent Management module were used to support the integrated performance appraisal process. In its implementation, there were issues regarding the system's function not aligning with the expected business processes within the system. This study aims to analyze the issues and evaluate the Oracle Fusion HCM system at PT. XYZ, with the goal of providing appropriate recommendations to PT. XYZ to enhance the utilization of the Oracle Fusion HCM system in managing the current performance appraisal process. The research methods used requirement gathering, literature study, and Fit/Gap Analysis (FGA). The research results provided an evaluation and recommendation for the system function misalignment issues faced by PT. XYZ, with 70% of the requirements are Fit and 30% are Partial Fit. The recommended solution is to customize the system's functions to align with company requirements, with a degree of fit of Partial Fit.

Abstract

Buckscorner faces challenges in managing inefficient sales data and limited market reach because it still relies on a manual sales process that requires customers to come directly to the store. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design a web-based Sales Information System that can automate the sales process, expand customer accessibility, speed up service, and improve sales data accuracy. The system design is equipped with excellent features such as flexible delivery options, including in-store pickup, as well as real-time order tracking. In addition, the system is also designed with an intuitive and responsive user interface, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This research uses the waterfall method in system design, integrating Data Flow Diagram to describe the data flow and work process of the system, and Entity Relationship Diagram to design an organized database. The result of this research is a web-based Sales Information System design that is expected to optimize Buckscorner's sales process, improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and provide accurate sales data to support business decision making. With comprehensive features and a focus on user experience, the design of the web-based Sales Information System.

Abstract

Prediction modeling is one way to get prediction results that are close to their true values. Prediction and machine learning have a relationship in the process-relational approach, where it is used to improve processes, data quality, and model quality. This study aims to implement a Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) model to predict time series data, especially COVID-19 infectious diseases in Indonesia using a Machine Learning approach. This research data was taken from March 2, 2020, to November 8, 2020, and updated by the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). The predictive analysis uses parameters of the number of new cases, the number of recovered patients, and the number of deaths. The prediction is carried out over the next 4 days to see the short-term trend of adding new data on COVID-19 patients in Indonesia. The test results show that the R2 value in the MLR model is close to 100%, which is 4.161E+12. So that the Mean Square Error (MAE) value of the MLR model is 1,386E+12 so the MLR accuracy value is 4.1% and the accuracy value is 95.9%.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the process of creating product descriptions for E-commerce automatically using artificial intelligence-based ChatGPT. The method used is by providing input in the form of product names and specifications into the ChatGPT model then the model will generate product descriptions automatically. Implementation is done using ChatGPT API and JavaScript programming language. As a result, the ChatGPT model is able to generate relevant and varied product descriptions based on the input given. However, this research has not considered the evaluation of the quality and accuracy of the description in depth. Further research needs to be conducted to improve the performance of the ChatGPT model in generating product descriptions.

Abstract

The occurrence of overflow of water to land in large quantities caused by excessive rainfall in areas along the river flow resulting in flooding in low areas resulting in losses for affected communities in Nanga Bulik city, Bulik District, Lamandau Regency.Because the area is directly adjacent to the flow of the Lamandau River, Batu Pier can be determined as an observation point for the water level of the Lamandau River and also as a monitoring point for research on website-based flood detection systems and IoT (Internet Of Things).The research method used is R&D (Research and Development). This research method was created to detect the tendency of high water overflow by connecting a website-based detection system and the Internet of Things (IoT) consisting of a setting menu, graph menu, history menu, and sensor monitoring results.With this system, it helps agencies, institutions, communities in observing and monitoring the water level of the Lamandau River remotely so that there is no need to go to the location of the monitoring point created.

Abstract

Software testing is one of the crucial stages in the development of software within an organization or company. Some organizations even measure the maturity level of their software testing practices assessing whether their testing efforts suffice or require improvements in the future. This paper presents the findings of a qualitative research study comparing selected software maturity assessment frameworks. The evaluation in this research compares the TMMI, TPI Next, and Test SPICE frameworks. The paper provides a comparison of these frameworks and recommends the most suitable one based on organizational needs. These frameworks can be considered for use in improving the software testing process, with careful consideration in choosing among them. Additionally, a summary of example implementations of the chosen framework is also provided. The results of this study are expected to serve as a valuable reference for organizations in preparing for software testing maturity assessments.

Abstract

The progress of technology has caused transformative shifts in several financial sectors, stock trading included. Statistics from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) show that in 2022(KSEI, 2022), daily stock transaction frequency averaged 1.31 million times, with a Daily Transaction Value (DTV) averaging Rp 14.7 trillion. This marked a 10% rise from the prior year (2021). This journal recognize growth potential in this sector, and use a study case from PT XYZ to align with this trend and revise the strategy to expand the market and retail investors. Hence, a robust information system strategy is crucial. This strategy will not only enable PT XYZ's entry into the Online Trading (OT) sector but also improve its competitiveness and overall profitability. This journal show how to craft an information system strategic plan using the Ward and Peppard model and supporting tools such as Political, Economic, Social, Technological (PEST), IT Balanced score card (IT BSC), Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT), Mc Farlan and Critical success factor (CSF) analisys.

Abstract

In this research, a decision support system for accepting direct cash assistance (BLT) has been built using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The system built is website-based. The purpose of this study is to be able to provide results for beneficiaries based on the criteria determined by the village using the MAUT method. The criteria used are extreme poverty, chronic or chronic illness, elderly or not working, disabled or within the family. Tests in this study used 39 alternative data. This data is compared with the results of manual calculations in excel. The results obtained from this study indicate that the value of the alternative Mr. Yohanes Ibu has the highest weight, namely 1. Based on these figures, it may be inferred that computations performed manually and utilizing a system provide identical results. In order to ensure that the system constructed adheres to the MAUT calculation approach, it is necessary to convert various interests into numerical values on a scale of 0-1. Here, 0 represents the lowest value and 1 represents the highest value.

Abstract

This research aims to describe opportunities for students to improve their learning experience outside the classroom for Software Engineering learning by using educational platforms as technology-based learning media in the context of the digital era. It is known that currently the interest of students who are interested in Software Engineering material is increasing. For this reason, there needs to be innovation in learning, namely by implementing a learning platform, namely the Digital Education Platform. This learning platform is a problem solving process so that students become motivated and can improve their learning outcomes regarding Software Engineering material. This research shows that the web-based Digital Education Platform for student learning outcomes in Software Engineering learning can be a solution to the problems encountered in the student learning process in the current digital era. Learning using a web-based digital platform can enable student learning participation, especially in mastering Software Engineering material and can access it at home or anywhere. Thus, the Digital Education Platform can create an inclusive and technology-based learning environment which is very important to prepare students to face a future that is increasingly centered on technology.

Abstract

Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor, memiliki ataupun menerima sponsor beasiswa yang digunakan untuk membantu mahasiswanya dalam pembiayaan operasional Pendidikan. Universitas Ibn Khaldun perlu dibantu dengan Sistem untuk proses pengelolaan data beasiswa, supaya mudah untuk mengambil keputusan dan mudah untuk membuat laporan data penerima beasiswa. Solusi yang akan diberikan adalah membangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk rekomendasi pemberian beasiswa bagi mahasiswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting berbasis web di Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Model pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Didapatkan mahasiswa dengan nama Cahya Annisa Fitri merupakan alternatif dengan ranking pertama karena memiliki nilai terbesar yaitu 1,000 dari 8 sampel mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik dan Sains. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Region, Cyclomatic Complexity dan independent path. Hasil pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan White-Box telah benar dan tidak memiliki kesalahan baik dari segi logika maupun fungsi.
