Abstract

IT Governance plays a crucial role in ensuring service quality in large organizations like Bank Indonesia, aligning IT strategies with overall business objectives. Using the COBIT 2019 framework, this research assesses the current and target capability levels to identify gaps and provide recommendations. Focused on Bengkulu Province as a Class C level, the study reveals an initial capability level of Level 1 (Initial) with a gap to reach Level 3 (Defined). To bridge this gap, Bank Indonesia Bengkulu Province should establish a dedicated IT risk management team, implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and align quality standards with customer needs. This paper offers empirical evidence of COBIT 2019's effectiveness in enhancing IT service quality and proposes a customized approach to integrate COBIT 2019 principles with Bank Indonesia's strategic objectives. By implementing these recommendations, Bank Indonesia can enhance its IT service quality, mitigate risks, and align with regulatory requirements.

Abstract

Waste management poses a significant challenge in many regions, including Indonesia. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the performance of Resik Kutho Waste Bank in Surakarta City, focusing on effective and sustainable waste management strategies. A qualitative research method was employed, combining SWOT analysis and primary data from observations, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to waste bank managers and customers. The results show that Resik Kutho Waste Bank has internal strengths that can be leveraged for the development of more efficient waste management strategies, particularly in seizing existing opportunities. However, certain aspects such as financing and operational techniques need improvement. This study provides valuable insights for waste management at the community level, emphasizing the importance of integrating the waste bank's internal strengths with existing opportunities to achieve more sustainable waste management. Abstract

This research explores the optimization of tourist destination selection in Karawang using the FuzzyTOPSIS method, which combines fuzzy logic and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). With data from 42 tourist destinations, five main criteria (Ticket Cost, Facilities, Security, Cleanliness, and Access Road) were analyzed. The implementation of FuzzyTOPSIS involves label encoding, normalization, membership function application, data fuzzification, determination of weight matrices, positive and negative ideal solution calculation, alternative distance calculation, and ranking. System evaluation was conducted through black-box testing by five system experts, resulting in an average Mean Opinion Score (MOS) of 76.8%. The findings indicate that the system provides satisfactory tourist destination recommendations. Suggestions for further development include direct user involvement in the evaluation and collection of qualitative feedback to gain a deeper understanding of the user experience. This research contributes to the development of a more optimal tourist destination selection system

Abstract

The usage of technology is becoming more important in this age of digitalization to assist daily living. Smartphone is one type of technology that is simple to use. Using simply a smartphone, many problems can be fixed. Financial issues, information access, online purchasing, etc. The usage of smartphone technology has advantages, but it can also have disadvantages. Cybercrime is a deficiency caused by smartphones. Online fraud is one of the many types of cybercrimes that exist in the real world. There are several types of Online Fraud, such as scams, phishing, carding, account takeovers, and much more. In this research, authors focus about online fraud that uses instant messaging and under the guise as an online investment. From these problems, there is digital forensic science that can be used as a solution to prove crime in cyberspace. In addition, digital forensic science aims to obtain valid digital evidence. By using the branch of digital forensic science, namely mobile forensics, this branch focuses on handling forensics related to mobile devices such as smartphones. To support problem solving, a Digital Forensic Model Based on Malaysian Investigation Process Framework is used which can help solve the problem of the case scenario being worked on.

Abstract

Kantor Cabang Dinas Pendidikan (KCD) Wilayah XI needs an information system to serve complaints about new student admission activities (PPDB) in Region Because during the implementation of new students (PPDB) there are various kinds of violations that occur. Such as dealing with Family Card domiciles, buying and selling seats, illegal levies, entrustments from officials. Therefore, an information system is needed that can serve complaints about new student admission activities (PPDB) in Region XI. The information system was designed using UML diagrams and built using the Laravel framework with data storage using the MySQL DBMS. By designing a complaint information system for new student admissions, it can make it easier for the public to carry out supervision using the web. Abstract

Malaria merupakan penyakit parasit yang disebabkan oleh protozoa darah dari genus Plasmodium yang berasal dari spesies P. falciparum, P. vivax, P. ovale, P. malariae, dan P. knowlesi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang cara mengidentifikasi pola parasit malaria dengan algoritma deteksi tepi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan citra digital dimulai dari tahapan akuisisi citra digital, Konversi Citra RGB ke Grayscale, Dari hasil uji dengan menggunakan 5 data citra uji parasit malaria didapatkan bahwa citra 1 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata energy sebesar 0.42125, rata-rata Homonegity sebesar 0.9899 PSNR sebesar 6,14 db, dan MSE sebesar 0.3448. Citra 2 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata energy sebesar 0.3455, rata-rata Homonegity sebesar 0.8877, PSNR sebesar 54,11 db, dan MSE sebesar 0,4566. Citra 3 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata energy sebesar 0.9888, nilai akurasi rata-rata Homonegity sebesar 0.7888, PSNR 7.8800, dan MSE 0.4555. Citra 4 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata energy sebesar 0.8777, dan nilai rata-rata akurasi Homonegity sebesar 0.7888, PSNR 6.133db, dan MSE 0.24358. Citra 5 memiliki nilai akurasi rata-rata sebesar energy 0.94102, Homonegity rata-rata sebesar 0.67777, PSNR sebesar 8.133db, dan MSE sebesar 0.4358. Citra 6 memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar rata-rata energy 0.34758, nilai akurasi rata-rata homogenity sebesar 0.99129, PNSR sebesar 9.133db dan MSE sebesar 0.64358. Didapatkan aturan jika nilai rata-rata energy >=0.90 maka pola parasit malaria sangat jelas yaitu Citra 1 dan citra 5 dengan pola parasit malaria sangat jelas. Abstract

One of the financial institutions that holds strategic value in the Indonesian economy is the Banking Institution. The relationship between banks and depositors is a contractual relationship between debtors and creditors, based on the principle of prudence, with the aim that banks using customers' funds will be able to repay the funds deposited by the public to them. The Skorlife BI Checking application is presented as a solution to provide better access to credit data and financial reports for users. With the Skorlife BI Checking application, users can easily monitor and manage their financial status, check credit history, and provide suggestions and criticisms from customers to improve the system and services provided. In this case, the author obtained data from comments on the Google Play Store and used the Naive Bayes algorithm. The accuracy results obtained prove that the highest negative comments have an Accuracy of 100% and AUC of 0.500.

Abstract

The best employees have high performance for a company, this performance is based on the values ​​and criteria that have been determined by the company. In its implementation, a decision support system (DSS) can help companies improve capabilities and make it easier for users or decision makers with several alternative options available so that the goals to be achieved can run well. PT. Kage Dwijaya, however in its implementation the employee determination is still carried out conventionally, with calculations and criteria that are not yet comprehensive so it takes 1 month. Apart from that, the assessment is also only carried out by considering the employee's communication skills. This causes other parties to feel unfair, and gives rise to various speculations. Employees often feel that the decision-making process is not transparent because the parties involved do not pay proper attention to the employee's working abilities, this can affect the performance of each employee. This research aims to design and develop the best employee selection decision support system by applying the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, with the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework and using the MySql database. In the initial design stage, use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams are used. This research produces a decision support system that is faster and more efficient and increases employees' sense of trust in the company during the process of selecting the best employees.

Abstract

Attendance is a must, especially within the scope of private or state companies, including PT. Herlyk Ekspress is engaged in the delivery of goods with quite a large number of employees in its various branches. Currently, the attendance process is still done manually, so an electronic system is needed to record employee attendance accurately and efficiently. The design of this system involves data collection, analysis, surveys, and implementation using several programming languages to manage the database. The result of this design is the creation of a real-time web-based attendance application using camera and GPS methods in several subsidiaries. It is hoped that this application will bring changes to the attendance process, increase efficiency in obtaining employee attendance information, and make it easier for service admins and leaders to manage employee attendance data.

Abstract

A coffee shop is a place where drinks and food orders are served, and a coffee shop is also a center of social interaction where people can gather, talk, write, read, joke or just spend time. Ordering is an activity carried out by consumers before making a purchase. To achieve customer satisfaction, a company must have a good ordering system. The research method used in this research adopts information gathering methods, namely observation methods, interview methods and library research methods. Mean while, for software development using the Prototype method. Currently, Coffee Time is experiencing difficulties in serving orders and is still using records that have not been computerized or is still using a manual system. Shoppers have to wait too long to order food, and it is difficult for waiters to record orders manually on paper. Recording orders manually is less efficient in terms of time. Therefore, to achieve customer satisfaction in placing orders, an Android-based E-menu application was designed at the coffee time cafe. So this research produces an Android-based E-menu application at the coffee time café that suits your needs and is well structured.
