Abstract

Project planning, execution, and control are part of the Project Management Information System, which helps to ensure that time, budget, and project-specific requirements are met effectively and efficiently. It is expected that the use of project management information systems can improve operational efficiency, organizational structure, and the level of transparency. This study aims to analyze the methods typically used in project management information system research over the past five years. This is expected to facilitate project progress monitoring, asset management, and strategic decision-making, all of which play an important role in overall project progress. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used in this research to systematically identify, review, evaluate, and interpret the collected research. From the results of researching 10 journals on the topic of project management information systems in the span of 2018 to 2023, it can be seen that the most commonly used methods are the waterfall method and the most dominant field in using project management information systems is the contractor sector.

Abstract

Abstract The eruption on Mount Sinabung made North Sumatera the province with the highest frequency of volcanic eruptions and the highest prevalence of deaths in Indonesia. As a consideration for reducing the risk of volcanic eruptions, a risk map was created through mathematical model calculations containing hazard rate values ​​based on the number of Mount Sinabung eruptions which became variables in the regression model for estimating the hazard rate of Mount Sinabung eruptions using the single decrement likelihood approach method. The research results show that the hazard rate value for the eruption of Mount Sinabung in 2020 has the largest value, namely 0.20765. The best and most feasible model after calculating the smallest Mean Squared Error (MSE), namely 0.000616 from the results of the hazard rate which has been transformed into the box cox, is the quadratic model. Through this model, it is assumed that the estimated hazard rate values of Mount Sinabung eruptions ​​in 2021, 2022 and 2023 will increase respectively.

Abstract

As a state-owned company operating in the electricity sector, PT PLN (Persero) is committed to providing the best electricity services and meeting internationally acceptable electricity standards, making this happen by relying on the entire capacity of its citizens. This design system was created to assist in storing data so that in the process adding data, searching for data, changing personnel data, recapping absences, leave, retirement, treatment, and promotions can be faster, more precise, safe, and easier to manage employee data. Using the waterfall method, it is hoped that the design of this personnel application can help speed up work in a structured manner and in accordance with user needs. In system design using MySQL as database storage and HTML, PHP, CSS as programming languages. The result of this design is a web-based employee data collection system that can provide employee data information and act as a safer place to store employee data.

Abstract

Village funds are funds given by the central government to village governments, including Malasaum Village, Aimas District, Sorong Regency to improve village development. However, the management of village funds is often not done properly and transparently. The management and reporting of village funds in Malasaum Village is currently still done manually. In addition, there is no village fund management information system so it is important to design this information system to facilitate reporting, evaluation and control of village fund management and transparency to the community. The design of the Information System carried out in this study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method is an object-oriented approach to software development that aims to shorten the time usually required in the traditional system development life cycle between design and implementation of information systems. As for the design of the system model, it uses unified modeling language (UML) diagrams which include use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. The result of this research is a web-based information system that provides a transparency system for the management of village funds to the community and village officials, among others, this system helps effective reporting management, namely producing reports quickly, accurately and easily understood and efficiency in automating the process of data processing or recording daily transactions and can generate reports quickly and automatically, without requiring a long time.

Abstract

In the era of information technology advancement, organization financial management, including churches, requires an efficient and transparent financial information system (FIS). GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church still uses a manual financial management system that has various problems, such as administrative problems, lack of financial transparency, and slow financial reporting process.This study aims to build a website-based FIS at GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church that can overcome these problems. The FIS that was built has features for financial data management, financial reporting, cash flow tracking, financial data analysis, and the creation of special financial reports.This study used the waterfall method with observation, interview, and literature study as data collection techniques. The analysis model used was object-oriented analysis using UML and coding using the C# programming language and database management using MySQL. Blackbox testing was used to test the functionality of the system.The results of the study showed that the website-based FIS that was built can overcome the financial management problems at GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church. This FIS can help church financial managers to manage financial data more efficiently and effectively, generate complete and informative financial reports, track cash flow in real time, analyze financial data to gain useful insights, and create special financial reports according to the type of cash. Abstract

There are so many motorbikes in this era with varying prices that almost everyone has a motorbike, and motorbike theft crimes often occur everywhere, because of this there should be a security device on the motorbike lock by making a smartkey device on the motorbike. using E-KTP as the key. The system is designed using an Arduino Atmega168p and an RFID Reader as a tool to command the relay to connect electricity. The control system can turn electricity on/off just with an E-KTP, making it easier for adult motorbike owners and to stay away from children who are not yet old enough to use a motorbike. Abstract

Masyarakat modern saat ini dengan penggunaan media sosial yang begitu masif sebagai media komunikasi dan alat dalam transaksi online. Media Instagram adalah media sosial yang berfungsi sebagai tempat melakukan interaksi melalui media internet. Dengan melakukan transaksi pinjam-meminjam melalui media sosial Instragram biasanya terjadi tindak pidana penipuan (Scam), sehingga peniliti, dengan melihat topik permasalahan yang biasa terjadi dalam tindak pidana penipuan (Scam). Maka dari itu peneliti mengembangkan sebuah Framework investigasi untuk verifikasi akum pinjaman online pada media sosial Instagram menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Dalam pengembangan Framework verifikasi untuk pengambilan data ini peneliti menggunakan aplikasi GetContact dan Cekrekening.id sebagai alat verifikasi akun dalam pembuktian identitas pelaku serta pengamanan barang bukti menggunakan tools FTK Imager yang berfungsi untuk menjaga integritas keaslian barang bukti tersebut. Framework verifikasi yang dirancang menghasilkan lima tahapan yaitu perencanaan (planning), analisis (analysis), desain (design), implementasi (implementation) dan pemeliharaan (maintenance). Adapun bukti digital yang diperoleh dari proses verifikasi akun tersebut yaitu berupa akun instagram, nama, nomor telepon, nama rekening, nomor rekening dan bank pelaku.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country heavily reliant on agricultural commodities. Apples, in particular, hold significant importance in this agricultural context, making a substantial contribution to the nation's agricultural prosperity. However, the agricultural sector faces challenges, notably in the form of diseases like Alternaria Leaf Spot, which have the potential to adversely affect crop yields. This research introduces a system for detecting Alternaria Leaf Spot disease on apple leaves, utilizing RGB color space and mathematical morphology operations. Implementing a GUI-based approach through Matlab software, the system efficiently detects infected areas, achieving good performance with a precision value of 96.22% and a recall of 88.74%. The color-based segmentation process, combined with morphological operations, results in the generation of bounding boxes around infected areas. Evaluation using a dataset of 45 apple leaf images demonstrates success in detecting and quantifying leaf spots. These positive outcomes underscore the practical potential of the system in automating efficient monitoring of apple plant diseases, paving the way for further developments in image-based plant disease detection.

Abstract

Pemilihan karywan yang cocok memiliki peranan krusial dalam kelancaran operasional warung makan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada optimalisasi proses seleksi penerimaan karyawan baru di Warung Makan Soto Seger Hj.Fatimah. Metode Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) digunakan dalam pendekatan ini untuk mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria sekaligus, seperti lama kerja, pendidikan, keahlian, alamat, usia, jenis kelamin, dan aspek kepribadian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan. Informasi yang diambil dari pengalaman karyawan sukses menjadi dasar untuk menetapkan kriteria evaluasi. Tahap awal melibatkan analisis faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kinerja yang unggul. MOORA digunakan untuk menilai dan mengurutkan calon karyawan baru berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan MOORA dalam seleksi karyawan baru dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses penerimaan dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria sekaligus. Pendekatan ini membantu manajemen Warung Makan Soto Seger Hj.Fatimah dalam melakukan seleksi karyawan baru dengan lebih efisien, meningkatkan kesesuaian antara calon karyawan dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode seleksi karyawan yang lebih holistik di industri warung makan. Selain itu, dapat menjadi landasan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam menerapkan MOORA dalam konteks seleksi sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

UMKM Tyas Aulia is an UMKM engaged in clothing rental services. The problem with the current Tyas Aulia UMKM is that customers have to come and there is no grouping of clothes based on clothing categories so that searching for clothes takes a long time. Therefore, in this study, a website-based clothing rental application was made at Tyas Aulia UMKM using the Dewey Decimal Classification method as a numbering system to classify clothes based on clothing categories. Based on the results of testing with the Blackbox Testing method, it is found that all functions have run well. While the results of User Acceptance Testing obtained a percentage of 90% that this application can help the admin in managing clothes. In addition, a percentage of 94% was obtained that the application that has been built can help customers to rent clothes online.
