Abstract

Meetings are routine activities held mainly on the scope of educational institutions, one of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA). Although FMIPA UNTAN began to focus on the development of technology. However, not all things done by applying the concept of information technology, there are still activities that are done conventionally one of them is the meeting activities. Conventional meeting involves obstacles such as improper invitation letter invitation notification, so that the participants of invited meetings are uninformed and do not attend the meeting. In addition, the changing meeting schedule is not in accordance with the invitation of the meeting, Another obstacle is the attendance attendance list of meeting participants and minutes of meetings can not be well documented. By looking at the many problems that arise in the implementation of conventional meeting activities can lead to the main objectives of meeting activities can not be achieved properly. Therefore, to overcome the problem requires an alternative solution model of communication that does not depend on the location, distance or time of the meeting. One alternative model of communication is by designing online based meetings application website using UML diagrams (Unified Modeling Language). The design of this online meeting is expected to facilitate the distribution of invitation information directly to the members of the meeting concerned. Meeting participants can enter into the application to find out the meeting agenda that will take place and find out the documentation of the meeting result written by the minutes of the meeting after the end of the meeting.

Abstract

Kebutuhan sebuah informasi penjualan ikan dan permodalan dalam mengembangkan usaha tambak merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting dalam membantu para petambak untuk menaikkan taraf hidup ekonomi mereka. Transaksi penjualan yang dilakukan sebelumnya sebagian besar dijual kepada pengepul/tengkulak yang ada disekitar lokasi yang berdekatan, sehingga pendapatan yang didapatkan tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi petambak. Dari masalah yang ada, para petambak memerlukan sebuah strategi operasional bisnis yang bisa menaikkan taraf ekonomi dari hasil panen ikan petambak dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi berbentuk Aplikasi bernama INVUYA (Investasi Budi Daya). Aplikasi ini berkomitmen dalam mendorong terciptanya efisiensi mata rantai pasok industri perikanan serta terciptanya pemberdayaan bagi pembudidaya sektor perikanan dalam mendapatkan akses permodalan. Selain itu, Aplikasi INVUYA (Investasi Budi Daya) juga melihat dari sisi peluang investor yang bisa bekerjasama dengan para petambak yang memerlukan modal untuk mengembangkan usaha pertambakan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode analisis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency dan Service).

Abstract

Abstrak: Warisan budaya perlu dijaga dan dilestarikan agar tidak punah. Kain tradisional merupakan salah satu warisan budaya Indonesia. Salah satu kain tradisional yang perlu dilestarikan dan diperkenalkan kepada dunia adalah kain tradisional khas Kalimantan Barat. Di Kalimantan Barat terdapat beberapa lokasi tempat produksi kain tenun tradisional. Kampung tenun “Kanun” dihuni oleh sejumlah sekelompok ibu-ibu berusia 30 tahun keatas yang memiliki keahlian menenun. Banyaknya jumlah pengunjung wisatawan lokal dan international tidak membuat perekonomian warga kampung tenun khususnya kelompok penenun menjadi meningkat hal ini disebabkan rendahnya pengetahuan tentang marketing. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dalam hal digital marketing dan pemanfaatan marketplace. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode partisipatif dari masyarakat. Metode penyampaian materi sosialisasi dibuat dengan menarik dan mudah dipahami. Implementasi pemanfaatan marketplace dipraktekkan secara langsung kepada peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melihat peningkatan jawaban benar dan berkurangnya jawaban salah saat pretest dan posttest. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai bisnis digital, dimana peningkatan pengetahuan terlihat dari jawaban benar yang meningkat dari 38% saat pretest menjadi 77% saat posttest, sedangkan jawaban salah berbanding terbalik dengan jawaban benar yaitu 62% saat pretest dan 23% saat posttest. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar dan tepat sasaran bagi Kelompok Pengrajin Tenun. Para pengrajin tenun dapat menerapkan ilmu-ilmu yang telah diberikan saat sosialisasi untuk mengembangkan penjualan produk secara online. Bentuk kegiatan seperti ini merupakan bentuk yang sangat efektif untuk memberikan penyegaran dan tambahan wawasan di bidang marketing digital bagi pengrajin tenun tradisional. Abstract: Cultural heritage needs to be maintained and preserved so that it does not become extinct. Traditional cloth is one of Indonesia's cultural heritage. One of the traditional fabrics that needs to be preserved and introduced to the world is the traditional cloth typical of West Kalimantan. In West Kalimantan there are several locations where traditional woven fabrics are produced. Weaving village "Kanun" which is located in RW.15, Gang. Sambas Jaya, Batu Layang Village, North Pontianak District is one of the villages that has the potential to become a center for traditional West Kalimantan cloth crafts. The “Kanun” weaving village is inhabited by a group of women aged 30 years and over who have weaving skills. The large number of local and international tourist visitors did not increase the economy of the weaving village residents, especially the weaving group, this was due to the lack of knowledge about marketing. The solution offered to overcome the problems faced by the residents of the Batu Layang “Kanun” weaving village was socialization regarding business strategies in the digital era as well as implementation of marketplace for marketing. The purpose of this service activity is to increase partners' knowledge in terms of digital marketing and use of the marketplace. The method used in this activity is a participatory method from the community. The method of delivering socialization material is made interesting and easy to understand. The implementation of using the marketplace is practiced directly with the participants. Evaluation is done by looking at the increase in correct answers and the decrease in wrong answers during the pretest and posttest. The percentage of correct answers is greater than the wrong answers, indicating an increase in participants' understanding of digital business, where an increase in knowledge can be seen from the correct answers which increased from 38% during the pretest to 77% during the posttest, while wrong answers were inversely proportional to the correct answers, namely 62% during pretest and 23% at posttest. It can be concluded that this activity is able to provide enormous benefits and is right on target for the Weaving Craftsmen Group. Weaving craftsmen can apply the knowledge that has been given during the socialization to develop product sales online.

Abstract

In this research, a decision support system for accepting direct cash assistance (BLT) has been built using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The system built is website-based. The purpose of this study is to be able to provide results for beneficiaries based on the criteria determined by the village using the MAUT method. The criteria used are extreme poverty, chronic or chronic illness, elderly or not working, disabled or within the family. Tests in this study used 39 alternative data. This data is compared with the results of manual calculations in excel. The results obtained from this study indicate that the value of the alternative Mr. Yohanes Ibu has the highest weight, namely 1. Based on these figures, it may be inferred that computations performed manually and utilizing a system provide identical results. In order to ensure that the system constructed adheres to the MAUT calculation approach, it is necessary to convert various interests into numerical values on a scale of 0-1. Here, 0 represents the lowest value and 1 represents the highest value.

Abstract

The development of science and technology is increasingly intense to affect various sectors, especially in the field of education. As a result, learning media is required to be of quality and innovate. Banyuwangi Regency is an area rich in culture, tourism and has a regional language, namely Osing language. The majority of MIS Sunan Ampel students actively use osing language as a daily language. However, in the knowledge of osing language values, MIS Sunan Ampel students are considered quite low. The contributing factor is MIS osing language subjects for two years. This is due to the absence of effective learning media during a pandemic. Therefore, online learning media is needed. The stages of this activity start from the development of the SOEMOLI Website (Smart Osing Education Monopoly Game) to student assistance. The results obtained from student mentoring, student interest increased by 25 points, knowledge of the osing language increased by 20 points, cultural understanding and tourism increased by 45 points. So it can be concluded that SOEMOLI is quite effective

Abstract

Startups in Indonesia are growing rapidly due to the increasing number of internet users and people's increasing purchasing power, atransaction activity carried out through startup businesses also contributes to Indonesia's economic growth, , therefore PT Betukang Sejahtera Indonesia is required to be ready to compete both in terms of services and information systems provided through applications, betukang.id is an application that provides various types of carpentry services, this study aims to redesign the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), Design thinking methodUsed to produce an application display that makes it easier for users to order services, starting from the stage (empathize) to define the problem, the stage (define) formulating the problem, (ideate) collecting ideas, the stage (prototype) making application design, tested at the stage (test) using usability tools maze.co, then evaluating the results of usability testing using the method System Usability Scale (SUS) to 40 user respondents betukang.id obtained an average score of 83, thus it can be concluded that the UI / UX design of the ordering information system in betukang.id application using the Design thinking method can be used easily based on the results of SUS.

Abstract

Rekomendasi tempat kos merupakan salah satu kebutuhan bagi pelajar, namun menemukan kos yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi siswa bukanlah hal yang mudah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan seperti lokasi, harga, fasilitas dan reputasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun sistem rekomendasi tempat kos menggunakan metode Collaborative Filtering yang dapat membantu mahasiswa menemukan kos yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data penilaian kos-kosan dari pengguna, data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode Collaborative Filtering untuk menghasilkan model rekomendasi. Hasil Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi yang dibangun memiliki tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik. Berdasarkan nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dengan akurasi 29.68%, sistem ini dapat memprediksi penilaian kos-kosan dengan kesalahan rata-rata yang sangat rendah. Selain itu, hasil pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dengan persentase respon positif 83.2% menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi ini diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Collaborative Filtering efektif dalam membangun sistem rekomendasi tempat kos yang akurat dan berguna bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Dalam persaingan bisnis yang ketat, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, terutama di industri penerbangan. Faktor-faktor seperti bagasi tertinggal di bandara keberangkatan, air conditioning (AC) pesawat yang tidak berfungsi selama penerbangan, dan keterlambatan penerbangan hingga 2 jam berpotensi besar mempengaruhi kepuasan penumpang. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, perusahaan harus melakukan survei guna memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Dalam mengukur kualitas layanan, indikator kepuasan penumpang menjadi penting sebagai pandangan bisnis. Dengan menggunakan teknik data mining, khususnya model klasifikasi dalam menganalisis data kepuasan pelanggan, perusahaan dapat menemukan komponen utama yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan pelanggan, seperti kualitas makanan, ketepatan waktu penerbangan, dan layanan di dalam pesawat. Penelitian ini mengkomparasi algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) dan Adaptive Boosting (Adaboost) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui algoritma mana yang memiliki performa yang baik, untuk mengukur performa dari kedua algoritma maka akan digunakan teknik confusion matrix. Hasil akurasi algoritma K-NN sebesar 86%, dengan nilai precision 85% dan recall 78%. Sementara itu, algoritma Adaboost berhasil mencapai akurasi 90%, dengan nilai precision 90% dan recall 84%. Dengan akurasi, precision, dan recall yang lebih tinggi, Adaboost menjadi pilihan terbaik, dengan mencatat score true positive (TP) 3.199 dan true negative (TN) 5.550.

Abstract

Abstrak : Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) mempunyai tugas untuk memantau dan memonitor perkembangan ekonomi Desa khususnya Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Terdapat 549 BUMDes yang aktif di seluruh Kalimantan Barat, namun setelah tahun 2019 perkembangan BUMDes semakin lama semakin menurun bahkan terdapat BUMDes yang mangkrak atau mati suri. Tujuan Bimtek ini diharapkan kepada seluruh pengurus BUMDes di Kalimantan Barat memperoleh pengetahuan yang memadai untuk memahami teknik dan strategi dalam bidang pengembangan sumber daya manusia, tatakelola ekonomi desa, pemetaan bentang dan studi kelayakan usaha, membangun sistem data dan informasi desa sehingga bermanfaat bagi para pengelola BUMDes untuk lebih mudah dalam memanfaatkan sumberdaya desa menjadi peluang penggerak ekonomi masyarakat Desa pada setiap BUMDes. Terdapat 35 peserta dari 35 perwakilan setiap BUMDes yang dihadirkan oleh pihak mitra dari dinas DPMD Kalimantan Barat. Materi yang disampaikan dibuat dengan menarik dan mudah dipahami yang meliputi materi pemetaan bentang dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melihat peningkatan jawaban benar dan berkurangnya jawaban salah saat pretest dan posttest. Persentase jawaban benar lebih besar daripada jawaban salah, mengindikasikan terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam bidang soft skill dan hard skill mengenai pemetaan bentang dan analisis kelayakan usaha, dimana peningkatan pengetahuan terlihat meningkat dari 38% saat pretest menjadi 77% saat posttes, sedangkan jawaban salah berbanding terbalik dengan jawaban benar yaitu 62% saat pretest dan 23% saat posttest sehingga dapat disimpulkan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan ditargetkan akan mampu meningkatkan daya saing BUMDes guna mengembangkan ekonomi Desa di masa akan dating.Abstract: The Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) has the task of monitoring and monitoring Village economic development, especially Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). There were 35 participants from 35 representatives for each BUMDes presented by partners from the West Kalimantan DPMD service. The material presented is made interesting and easy to understand, including material on landscape mapping and business feasibility analysis. Evaluation is carried out by looking at the increase in correct answers and the decrease in incorrect answers during the pretest and posttest. The percentage of correct answers is greater than wrong answers, indicating an increase in participants' understanding in the areas of soft skills and hard skills regarding landscape mapping and business feasibility analysis, where the increase in knowledge appears to have increased from 38% during the pretest to 77% during the posttest, while the wrong answers are inversely proportional. With correct answers, namely 62% in the pretest and 23% in the posttest, so it can be concluded that this activity is very useful and is targeted to be able to increase the competitiveness of BUMDes in order to develop the village economy in the future.
