Abstract

-- Clustering is a method used to classify a set of objects into classes consisting of the same objects. In other words clustering is the process of grouping objects based on the similarity of characteristics among the objects. In this thesis will be discussed about the clustering method by using K-Means algorithm that is used to determine the value of the electricity usage group as well as grouping it based on the level of power usage and the hours of the flame so that it can be grouped and known which ones are lost. The K-Means algorithm is one of the clustering methods that researchers will use to solve the problem of grouping. Starting from the determination of the grouping boundaries to the determination of each cluster so that the groups formed the data of electricity consumption adjusted with the level of usage. The result of this thesis is the value of data grouped by level of electricity usage grouping. And with the support of GUI programming MATLAB expected this program can be used easily. With this application can be seen the results of 200 data for cluster 1 as much as 44 with the Group of use of electricity in the group at the address is Binjai Timur and for Power group 450 and Jam on> 1100 and Cluster 2 as many as 60 Users of the listik peloros at the address group is Binjai Kota and for Power 450 and 901-1100 Clock 3 and 96 for cluster 3 groups with License usage groups in the Address group are North Binjai and for Daya Power 450 and Jam 700-900.Keywords: Clustering, Electricity Usage

Abstract

Digital watermark is a sign embedded in the digital media, such as images, audio, or video. Digital watermarks typically used to identify ownership of the copyright  of digital media. Digital watermarks may be used to verify the authenticity or integrity of the carrier media. Self-embedding means insert a duplicate of a digital image, into itself. Self-embedding can be implemented as watermarking. This modification will provide the advantage that the introduction of area changes / media damage if it fails to verify the authenticity of the digital media. Duplicates of the digital image is made, by choosing 2 MSB, using selective Bitplane, then pasted on the LSB digital image itself. In this study produced a self-embedding application, which can detect changes in the digital image. The results show that the technique of self-embedding and selective bitplane can be used to verify authentication or integrity, and also the detection of the location of the damage on a 24-bit color digital image.

Abstract

Marketplace online merupakan salah satu perkembangan teknologi yang membantu calon pembeli untuk mencari produk yang diinginkan. Pengembang selalu berusaha untuk membuat proses belanja menjadi mudah dan informatif. Namun, terdapat satu fitur penting yang tidak diimplementasi oleh pengembang, yaitu fitur penyajian informasi tren pergerakan harga produk. Maka, sebuah sistem dibuat untuk menyajikan informasi tren pergerakan harga kepada pengguna. Sistem terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu basis data (cloud firestore), aplikasi backend berbasis Python dan aplikasi klien berbasis Android. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box dan kuesioner. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem sudah berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Pengguna dapat melihat informasi tren pergerakan harga produk, melacak produk dan membuat permintaan pelacakan produk baru dari aplikasi klien. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan skor 82.50% (membantu proses belanja), 86.25% (kemudahan memahami informasi yang diberikan), 85% (kelengkapan informasi), 91.25% (tampilan aplikasi), 97.5% (kelancaran aplikasi berjalan) dan 80% (kelayakan sistem untuk masyarakat luas).

Abstract

Unbalanced data classification is a crucial problem in the field of machine learning and data mining. Data imbalances have a poor impact on classification results where minority classes are often misclassified as a majority class. k-Nearest Neighbor is one of the most popular and simple classification methods but it is not equipped with the ability to work on unbalanced datasets. In this study, the Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Technique (SMOTE) was applied to solve the class imbalance problem on the Credit Card Fraud dataset. By applying the 10-cross-validation evaluation scheme, it was found that SMOTE increases the mean of  G-Mean by 53.4% to 81.0% and the mean of  F-Measure by 38.7 to 81.8%Keywords: Class imbalance, Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique, k-Nearest Neighbor

Abstract

PT Yurindo Perdana merupakan perusahaan pengolah kayu karet yang masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk pengumpulan harga pokok produksinya. Sistem ini menyebabkan masalah keterlambatan pada saat mengumpulkan biaya produksi dan pada saat menghasilkan laporan harga pokok produksi pesanan. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut.Pengembangan sistem informasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode waterfall, pemodelannya menggunakan UML usecase diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram dan state machine diagram, dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemograman java dan mysql sebagai database. Hasil penelitian berupa sebuah sistem untuk mencatat supply barang masuk, melakukan penyesuaian supply barang, mencatat produksi, mencatat penyelesaian pesanan, dan menghitung harga pokok produksi pesanan serta menghasilkan laporan harga pokok pesanan.Kata Kunci: harga pokok produksi, harga pokok pesanan, pengolahan kayu

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi sekaligus meningkatnya kebutuhan akan informasi yang aktual dan nyata, aplikasi IoT pun terus dikembangkan dan menjadi marak di tengah masyarakat. Diperlukannya penelitian yang dapat mengevaluasi data stream yang telah ditangkap sensor dan mengidentifikasi penyimpangan data/concept drift. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua kesimpulan, yaitu hasil pertama adalah pada tahapan evaluasi data, metode SGD Classifier yang memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi dibandingkan metode Hoeffding Tree dan Hoeffding Adaptive Tree pada setiap metrik. Hasil kedua adalah pada tahapan pengidentifikasian penyimpangan data/concept drift, metode Adaptive Windowing (ADWIN) lebih banyak mengidentifikasi penyimpangan data/concept drift dibandingkan dengan metode Page-Hinkley.

Abstract

Facility location problem is an important part of integer programming problems, with application in the field of telecommunications, and transportation industry. This study discussed the facility location problem with two echelon. Each second echelon facilities have  limited capacity and can only be supplied by a facility on second echelon. Each customer is served only by a single facility in second echelon. The number and location of the second echelon of custumers to facilities determined echelon two simltaneous. This study addresses the questions of decision-making in designing cargo distribution system where there is a two echelon distribution system the two level structure, components and issues related decisions. The purpose of the model in the study is to determine the location of facilities at each echelon which is a distribution facility and cargo capacity at the facility so that can minimize the total cost of the minimum as the optimal solution of the modeling. Keywords: CFLP, integer programming, optimization, two echelon

Abstract

Abstract-- The use of technology at this time is very developed along with the development of the times, so there are still many young people who need to get proper teaching. The lessons can be obtained from what parents have taught in the home environment and lecturers at the College. Regardless of the responsibilities of parents at home, we as young people are also obliged to study in school to college to achieve our goals. There are many bona fide universities and even the tuition fees vary, but universities that have expensive fees cannot be used as a benchmark that the university is competent, both from the teaching staff and academic regulations in the college. A competent university is a university that has competent teaching staff. In the Teaching and Learning Process at Higher Education, lecturers have an important role in the success of students in mastering the material given. STMIK Kaputama evaluates the performance of lecturers through 3 (three) variables, namely: Material Variables, Discipline Variables and Attitude Variables. With parameter values: Very Low (SR), Low (R), Enough (C), Good (B) and Very Good (SB), from the parameters the results of the Lecturer Performance Assessment will be known. Then it is necessary to build an application to assess the performance of lecturers using Fuzzy Mamdani with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), so that the assessment of Lecturer Performance can be assessed quickly. Keywords: Lecturer Performance, Fuzzy Mamdani, PSO

Abstract

Breast cancer is a dreaded disease and a major cause of death. In this study, the Naïve Bayes method is used to predict the category of breast cancer treatment for the Breast Cancer Coimbra Dataset. Test results involving nine variables in the dataset resulted in 44.8% of the "Healthy Controls" category and 55.2% of the "Patient" category.Keywords : Breast Cancer, Naive Bayes, Coimbra, Classification.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan memiliki visi, misi, dan tujuan yang hendak di capai untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan kearah tujuan yang jelas. Salah satu kegiatan dalam mempertahankannya adalah kegiatan produksi. Kegiatan produksi yang terhenti dapat menghambat seluruh kegiatan dalam perusahaan. Penerapan sistem manajemen produksi untuk sebuah perusahaan bertujuan untuk mempermudah kegiatan manajemen dalam sebuah perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan yang membutuhkan manajemen produksi adalah Toko Grandy. Toko Grandy merupakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang makanan. Dalam kegiatan usahanya, took Grandy masih melakukan cara manual seperti mencatat pesanan pelanggan dikertas, tidak ada dokumentasi transaksi dan manual dalam perhitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem manajemen produksi yang mengelola data transaksi, produksi, stok, dan menghitung HPP menggunakan metode Full-Costing. Tujuan perhitungan HPP adalah mendapatkan harga pokok produk dengan akurat. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan metode Prototyping.
