Abstract

This study is a research gap from previous studies due to differences in results between researchers. This study discusses the effect of managerial ownership, leverage, and firm value with enterprise risk management as a moderating variable in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This study took a sample of 17 companies with a total of 85 units of analysis. In processing the data, the researcher used the SPSS Version 22 program.The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has no significant effect on firm value. While leverage has a significant negative effect on firm value and firm growth has a significant positive effect on firm value. ERM does not significantly moderate managerial ownership on firm value. ERM significantly moderates the effect of leverage and firm growth on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for wardah products in the city of karawang, this research method used quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The population used in this study is using social media followers Instagram Wrdah Beauty as much as 2,900,000 with 100 samples used. The validity of the data used is the validity and reliability test and the classical assumption test using linearity, normality, homoscedasticity, non-autocorrelation, and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study are there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of product to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Maharaja Pusaka Nusantara adalah sebuah instansi dibidang industri kopi, dan memiliki brand yaitu Maharaja Coffee. Perusahaan telah mengikuti revolusi industri 4.0 dengan menjual produknya di online. Terdapat masalah, bahwa perusahaan kurang memberikan rasa integritas kepada konsumen, promosi online kurang optimal, dan kualitas layanan yang kurang memuaskan. Sehingga ketiga variabel tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarkepercayaan, promosi online, dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui media sosial dan marketplace pada Maharaja Coffee di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis simple random sampling. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial telah memperoleh hasil t_hitung untukkepercayaan yaitu 4,962, t_hitung untuk promosi online yaitu 6,157, dan t_hitung untuk kualitas layanan yaitu 0,516, dengan t_tabel senilai 1,655. Secara simultan Hasil yang telah diperoleh dari F_Hitung yaitu 60,099 dengan F_Tabel yaitu 2,67. Pada penelitian ini telah disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antarakepercayaan dan promosi online terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemudian tidak ada hubungan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Apabilakepercayaan, promosi online, dan kualitas layanan dapat ditingkatkan dengan baik maka dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: Kopi, Integritas, Digital, Pemasaran, Kuantitatif.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of company size, liquidity, and profitability on company value. The population in this study is the financial statements of food and beverage subsector companies listed on the IDX 2016-2019.The samples were determined using purposive sampling with a total sample size of 10 companies during a period of 5 years of observation so that the total sample was 50. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method to determine the research method with SPSS application version 25.The result of this study indicate that the company size variable has a negative and insignificant effect on company value, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on company value, profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value on food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020.The results show that company size, liquidity, and profitability have an effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, FDR, BOPO, and TPF on the profitability (proxied by return on assets) of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in the 2016-2020 period . Data analysis in this study used a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection uses secondary data using a purposive sampling technique. The population is Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and took 7 Islamic commercial banks to be used as samples. The sample has been tested using the classical assumption test and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis . The results showed that the independent variables, namely CAR, FDR, BOPO, and TPF simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely ROA of 82.3%. While partially, the BOPO variable has no significant effect on ROA, while the CAR, FDR, and DPK variables have no effect on ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance. The research sample are 102 employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar, Kampar Regency. Using the secondary and primary data, analysis method using statistics tool multiple linear regression The results reveal that leadership and work environment both partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on the employees’ performance. The result also show that directly effect of leadership variables and work environment on performance is greater than the indirectly effect of leadership and work environment on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Usaha pimpinan perusahaan dalam mengembangkan karir karyawan pada unit-unit terkait memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan. Secara khusus, hal ini merupakan upaya dalam mencapai kesejahteraan sosial dan upaya dalam memberikan kinerja pelayanan publik terbaik. Untuk mencapai kinerja terbaik, pimpinan perusahaan diharapkan memberikan dorongan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas organisasi sehingga karyawan dapat melaksanakan tugas sebaik-baiknya untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, pimpinan perusahaan harus memiliki karakteristik seperti keahlian tinggi dan ketrampilan, pengetahuan yang luas, bakat dan potensi yang baik, kepribadian yang baik, motivasi, moral dan etos kerja. Untuk mencapai karakteristik tersebut, pimpinan perusahaan harus mengembangkan potensinya dengan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Penerapan disiplin kerja yang didukung dengan motivasi yang relevan dengan pengembangan karir karyawan harus terencana dengan baik. Penelitian ini meneliti dan menganalisis peran disiplin kerja, pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja karyawan.
