Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of education, training, and work experience on job productivity, with work motivation acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was applied, focusing on private sector employees in the automotive industry in Tangerang as the unit of analysis. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using SmartPLS version 3. Since the population size was not clearly defined, the sample was determined using Hair’s method, which suggests multiplying the number of indicators by a factor between 5 and 10. With 35 indicators multiplied by 8, a total of 280 respondents were obtained. The data analysis process involved both outer model and inner model evaluations. The outer model assessment included tests of validity, reliability, discriminant validity, and collinearity, while the inner model evaluation covered R-square, F-square, bootstrapping, path coefficients, and specific indirect effects. The results reveal that education and training do not have a significant effect on job productivity. In contrast, work experience and work motivation show a positive and significant influence on job productivity. Additionally, work motivation does not significantly mediate the relationship between education and training and job productivity. However, it significantly mediates the relationship between work experience and job productivity in a positive direction. These findings suggest that work experience and work motivation are the key determinants of job productivity in the automotive industry in Tangerang.

Abstract

This study. aims to analyze the effect of Customer Review, Customer Rating, and Celebrity Endorser on Repurchase Intention with Hedonic Shopping Value as a moderating variable. This study uses quantitative methods by collecting data through surveys to 150 respondents who have purchased products online. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results showed that Customer Review,. Customer Rating, and Celebrity Endorser have a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention. In addition, the moderating variable Hedonic Shopping Value has a different effect on the relationship between variables. Hedonic Shopping Value strengthens the relationship between Customer Rating and Celebrity Endorser on Repurchase Intention, but weakens the relationship between Customer Review and Repurchase Intention. The findings indicate that customer reviews, ratings and celebrity endorsements play an important role in influencing consumers' repurchase intentions, especially for those with high hedonic values. Companies are advised to improve marketing strategies through managing customer reviews and ratings and selecting celebrity endorsers that are relevant to the target market. This research also contributes to the development of literature related to consumer behavior and digital marketing.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to assess the influence of loan interest rates and inflation on the spread of credit in the banking sector as a whole. The method adopted in this study is quantitative with a type of quantitative descriptive research that is explanatory in nature. The population includes all companies operating in the banking sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 46 companies, while the sample used in this study amounted to 22 companies with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis approach used is multiple linear regression. The conclusions of the analysis revealed that the significance level of 0.00 (smaller than 0.05) in the joint test confirmed that inflation and lending rates significantly affected the volume of credit disbursements in banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the perspective of the t-test, the credit interest rate (X1) has been proven to produce a strong and statistically significant negative effect on the dependent variable (Y), in contrast to inflation (X2) which actually creates a significant positive impact on the dependent variable (Y). The results of the determination coefficient analysis showed that the adjusted Rsquare value reached 0.996. This implies that 99.6% of the fluctuations in the dependent variable Y can be explained by the independent variables X1 (Credit Interest Rate) and X2 (Inflation). Meanwhile, the other 0.4% was due to external elements that were not included in this study model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how tax avoidance is impacted by managerial ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees, CEO Compesation, and foreign ownership. This study employed a quantitative methodology using secondary data from corporate financial statements and annual reports. Purposive sampling was used to choose 180 firms that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020-2025. Panel data regression was the method utilized for data analysis. The study's partial findings show that independent commissioners have a considerable negative impact on tax avoidance, whereas management ownership and foreign ownership have a significant beneficial impact. In the meanwhile, tax evasion is not much impacted by audit committees or CEO compensation. Concurrently, tax evasion is not significantly impacted by any of the independent variables. According to the coefficient of determination, 32.49% of the dependent variable may be explained by the research model, with other factors influencing the remaining portion. When making judgments about corporate tax policy, investors, management, and regulators may take ownership structure and corporate governance systems into account. This study suggests that these factors have an impact on tax avoidance techniques.

Abstract

Sub-district financial management plays a crucial role in supporting sub-district development, but various challenges remain in its implementation, including potential irregularities and non-compliance with regulations. This study aims to analyze the implementation and level of compliance with the sub-district financial management cycle, as outlined in the Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018, in Trimulyo Sub-district. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that, in general, sub-district financial management in Trimulyo Sub-district has complied with the provisions at each stage, namely planning, implementation, record-keeping, reporting, and accountability, although several challenges remain, such as uncertainty regarding the timeliness of reporting, a lack of clarity in record-keeping related to the closure of the Buku Kas Umum (BKU) or general cash book, and delays in receiving budget allocation information from the central government.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand consumer behavior regarding the purchase of environmentally friendly products. The respondents selected were those residing in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). However, due to the lack of definitive data on the number of consumers of environmentally friendly products, the researcher used the Hair method to determine the sample size. This was done by multiplying the number of indicators (19) by 10 (a minimum of 190 respondents). This study successfully obtained 194 valid respondents. This research is a deductive-inductive study, using a problem-based approach followed by hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing is the process of proving cause and effect (influence) between exogenous and endogenous variables using the SEM PLS 3.0 analysis tool to process the questionnaire results. The results of the data show that only variables X1 (Green Product) and X2 (Green Price) have a significant influence in forming Z (Consumer Satisfaction), while X3 (Green Promotion) together with Z (consumer satisfaction) have a greater influence on Y (Purchase Decision) while X1 and X2 do not have a significant influence on Y.

Abstract

This research has the objective of whether partial profitability, leverage, liquidity, sales growth, company size affect the value of the company. and whether profitability, leverage, liquidity, sales growth, the size of the company by being moderated by the size of the company has an effect on the value of the company. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with a sample in the study of 22 companies that meet the criteria while the data analysis used SmartPLS. Based on the results of the research, profitability and leverage have a positive and significant effect on the company's value. Liquidity, sales growth, and company size do not have a significant effect on the company's value. Meanwhile, the results of moderation of company size are proven to be significant in the relationship between leverage and liquidity to company value and company size is not significant in the relationship between profitability and sales growth to the value of the company. This shows that the influence of these two variables is not influenced by the size of the company.
