Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of empowerment and work involvement on the performance of civil servants at the Office of Forestry of Konawe regency, either simultaneously or partially. The study was explanatory in nature as it aimed to explain the position of variables under investigation as well as the relationship and effect of one variable on the others. Population and samples were 48 respondents which included all civil servants at the Office of Forestry of Konawe regency which were determined using a census method. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was administered to the respondents which were then analyzed using the multiple linear regression on the SPSS 20. Results of the study showed that: (1) empowerment and work involvement simultaneously had an effect on the performance of civil servants at the Office of Forestry of Konawe regency, (2) empowerment had a positively significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Office of Forestry of Konawe regency, (3) work empowerment had a positively and not significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Office of Forestry of Konawe regency.

Abstract

The existence of village facilitators must move quickly in developing strategies in resolving poverty and reducing social inequality, of course the target is physical development, and village infrastructure with the aim of opening as wide as possible to developing villages. The existence of village facilitators was formed to organize government affairs and the interests of the local village community in accordance with the mandate of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The formation of village facilitators was the result of reforms as an effort to realize democracy at the village level. Village facilitators have a very important influence in the village government, namely digging, accommodating and channeling community aspirations in the development of rural areas in a participatory manner as well as increasing capacity for village governments, village social institutions in terms of development and empowerment of rural communities so that the community hopes for the program programs that will be implemented by the government, especially for community welfare and own village development. Implementation of companion authority in the framework of development and independence in the Lingom Village of Indrapuri Sub-District, Aceh Besar Regency has been quite helpful in the welfare of rural communities whose majority are farmers. However, this has not yet been achieved because there are several obstacles in carrying out their authority as village facilitators. It is best for village facilitators and village governments to jointly increase village community participation to improve performance optimization, and to synergize in carrying out their duties and functions to realize smoothness in terms of development in the village.

Abstract

Impact simply can be interpreted as influence or effect. In every decision taken by each individual or group, both positive and negative impacts. Dharma Wacana is a method of religious lectures that can be given by Hindu scholars to improve and broaden the insight of Hindus about their religion. The impact of the implementation of dharma wacana in Balirejo Village is: increasing the understanding of sraddha, applying the concepts and teachings of Hinduism in daily life, and uniting the differences in perceptions of Hindus brought from their home regions in carrying out religious rituals in Balirejo Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Hotel Nugraha Unaaha, Konawe Regency. The population in this study were consumers in Hotel Nugraha Unaaha, Konawe Regency, which numbered 50 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneously there is a significant influence variable service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This fact shows that the better the quality of service provided and the more appropriate the price given, the higher the customer satisfaction at Hotel Nugraha Unaaha, Konawe Regency. Service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The better the quality of service provided, the higher the customer satisfaction at Hotel Nugraha Unaaha, Konawe Regency. This fact shows that the better quality of service contributes to increasing customer satisfaction. Price variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The more suitable the price set by the company, the higher the customer satisfaction at Hotel Nugraha Unaaha, Konawe Regency. This fact shows that the more appropriate the price set by the company has a contribution in increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Research type used in this research is descriptive qualitative with aim to for the mendeskripsikan of or explain the event that happened at a period of/to now which is pursuant to at fact in field. Data collecting use the direct observation and interview. To look for the data validity use and trianggulasi method. Technique analyse the data use the model analyse namely phase reduce the data, phase of presentation of data and phase conclude. Pursuant to research result, inferential ( 1) Reason of society remain to preserve the tradition ritus stab the dabus of because tradition ritus stab the dabus represent the heritage from ancestors so that is obliged to preserve. ( 2) Reason of society of Countryside of Kilbat and Kilmoy execute the tradition ritus stab the dabus because to take care of and tighten the concept of life tafilidan or life of people basudara. Form the participation of society of Countryside of Kilbat and also Countryside Kilmoy in carrying out tradition ritus stab the dabus . First is in the form of physical or energy. Form the second participation is involvement mentally and emotional, Third in the form of Items.

Abstract

To find out if there are some regulations governing cyber bullying in Indonesia, it is necessary to examine further the relevant laws. This article using a judicial normative approach in providing interpretations of laws related to cyber bully actions in cyberspace. Those are, the Criminal Law, Child Protection Act (related to bullying of children), as well as the Law of Information and Electronic Transactions(related to locus). Each of the Act has a linkage to each other, Which can be used as a reference in determining the potential crime arise from bullying. Thus, hopefully the society as a legal subject will have deep understanding about ethics and regulations applied in cyberspace concerning to bullying.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers to carry out assessments through clinical supervision at SD Negeri 1 Padangkerta. In the assessment of the learning process in the classroom, there are several important factors that need to be known, namely: 1. Definition of Assessment, 2. Concept of Assessment, 3. Principles of assessment, 4. Assessment techniques, and 5. Assessment steps. The definition of supervision cannot be interpreted narrowly as a process to supervise and attempt to improve limited teaching in the classroom, but wider than that. Supervision of educational units is a direct function of education management while classroom supervision or field of study is specifically focused on the teaching and learning process. Clinical supervision is a face-to-face process between the supervisor and the teacher, who talks about teaching and what has to do with it. Data was collected through analysis of statistical data. In carrying out classroom-based assessments, teachers at SD Negeri 1 Padangkerta, Semester I of the Academic Year 2016/2017. This can be proven from the final calculation results obtained is 84.4. Based on the analysis and discussion as described above, it was found that there had been an increase in the activity of participants in the assessment of the learning process in the classroom for teachers at SD Negeri 1 Padangkerta. Finally it can be concluded that there is a significant influence with efforts to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the assessment of the learning process through clinical supervision in SD Negeri 1 Padangkerta, as evidenced by the initial results of 66.3 and the final results after clinical supervision are: 84.4

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research with 22 research subjects. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes problem-based learning models in PKN learning. The formulation of the problem is whether the application of the demonstration method in PKN subjects can improve the learning outcomes of class VI students in Semester 2 of SD Negeri 2 Seraya. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the increase in PKN learning outcomes of class VI students of SD Negeri 2 Seraya while applying the demonstration method on PKN learning. This study was conducted in class VI SD Negeri 2 Seraya in the 2016/2017 school year with 11 research subjects. Data collection uses the method of observation and student learning outcomes tests. The results of the research obtained in this study are]) The application of problem-based learning models can improve learning activities of PKN subjects in students of Semester II Class VI SD Negeri 2 Seraya with an average acquisition of 52% in cycle I to 78% in cycle II and achievement completeness of 9% in the first cycle to 91% in the H cycle which is above the standard set; 2) Application of problem-based learning models can improve learning outcomes of subjects [PA in semster II Class VI students SD Negeri 2 Seraya. While with absorption from 64% in cycles] to 77 ° o in cycles]] and learning completeness by 55% in cycle I to 91% in cycle II which is above the standard set.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of social studies learning outcomes by applying the cooperative learning model numbered heads together (NHT) assisted by serial card media in class V students in second semester Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sukadana 2015/2016 Academic Year. This type of research uses a type of classroom action research. Classroom action research consists of four stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation / evaluation, and (4) reflection carried out in two cycles with three meetings in each cycle. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of Semester II of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sukadana Academic Year 2015/2016 as many as 25 people consisting of 12 men and 13 female students. Data on student learning outcomes were collected by objective tests combined with stuffing tests and analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the application of the NHT type of cooperative learning model with the help of serial card media was able to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sukadana. The results showed that the average value obtained in the first cycle was 13.56 and the ability level was 67.80% with the medium category. Classical completeness reached 56% with criteria not yet completed. While in the second cycle the average value was 16.32 and the ability level was 81.60% with a high category. Classical completeness reaches 100% with complete criteria. So, the increase in the average Social Studies learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II is 2.76 and the increase in the level of ability from cycle I to cycle II is 13.8%. While the increase in classical completeness from cycle I to cycle II is 44%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning activities and outcomes on social studies subjects through the implementation of the snowball throwing type cooperative learning model. The research was conducted in two cycles, with the research subjects namely fourth grade students of Semester II SD Negeri 4 Pertima in the Third Year with a total of 31 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research using observation methods to measure student learning activities and test methods to measure student learning outcomes. After the data is collected, then it is analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The results obtained from this study are, in the first cycle the percentage of student learning activities reaches 66.8% and in the second cycle the percentage of student learning activities increases to 81%. Thus student learning activities have increased by 14.2%. In addition to student learning activities, student learning outcomes also increased, in the first cycle the percentage of student learning outcomes reached 66.1% with learning completeness of 67.74%. In the second cycle the percentage of student learning outcomes increased to 70.16% with learning completeness that had reached 100%. Thus student social studies learning outcomes increased by 3.55% and student learning completeness increased by 32.26%. For this reason the Cooperative Learning Throwing Type model if applied in Social Studies Lessons in Grade II of semester II in SD Negeri 4 Pertima is very effective, so that education services become more qualified and recognized by the community supporting education in SD Negeri 4 Pertima Karangasem District, Karangasem Regency.
