Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of state-owned banks in Indonesia and find out which state-owned bank shares are suitable for investment by the younger generation. In addition, it aims to increase knowledge and information about investment and become one of the considerations for the younger generation in choosing a place to invest in state-owned banks. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative, using secondary data as the main material for statistical analysis. The results showed that all state-owned banks were in good condition, the lowest share price was Bank BTN, the highest share price was Bank Mandiri, and the highest profits were Bank Mandiri and Bank BNI. The bank that pays the highest dividend is Bank BRI. The younger generation who are risk averse, want to try investing, and have small capital, are suitable for investing in Bank BTN. If you dare and want big profits, it's better to invest in Bank Mandiri or Bank BNI. But if you want to focus and get big dividends, Bank BRI is the right choice. It cannot be denied that if you want to get big profits, you must be willing to take big risks (High-Risk High Return). Keywords: Investments, stocks, dividends, banks, the millennial generation.

In order for cooperative units to maintain their existence and continue to develop, supporting rules and policies are needed, professional and optimal management as well as active and maximum member participation. This research is of a qualitative type, which aims to provide an overview of what factors influence the development of cooperatives to increase business in cooperatives in Mojokerto City. The sampling procedure in a survey is representative of the population. The basis for taking samples for surveys can be divided into at least three, namely systematic, random, or purposive sampling. The population in this study are all cooperatives in the administrative area of Mojokerto City in 2021. The total population is 175 cooperatives. The sampling technique used in this study was Stratified Random Sampling. Stratified random sampling was carried out because the population was not homogeneous. The development of cooperatives in the City of Mojokerto seen from membership has increased the number of members. This is very beneficial, because one of the indicators for the advancement of cooperatives is that more and more people become members of cooperatives. The Municipal Government of Mojokerto through the Office of Cooperatives & UKM has carried out coaching aimed at increasing cooperative business and strengthening cooperative institutions so that cooperatives function according to their objectives. Abstract

UD Berkah is a small business, that currently produces surface mats for adult slippers and children's slippers. Hot Embossing is one of a series of processes for making the surface of slippers. The Hot Embossing process requires a High Frequency machine to create a pattern on the printed slipper surface. Currently UD Berkah has 3 units of High Frequency machines to meet consumer demand. Due to the large number of requests, not all of them can be done by the company itself, so it requires the services of subcontractors to meet production shortages. Currently, the company plans to purchase High Frequency machines to overcome this problem. So it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of investment projects by considering several aspects with the Straight Line Depreciation method approach, Payback period, Net Present Value, Profitability Index and Internal Rate of Return. This is done to consider whether the investment in adding High Frequency machines is feasible or not for UD Berkah. Research results with an investment value of Rp. 55,000,000 with an economic life of 5 years, the results for a depreciation of Rp. 7,000,000 every year, NPV of Rp. 477,026,441, payback period results for 1 year and 8 months, Profitability Index value is 11.7, the IRR value shows the result of 37.54%, So it can be concluded that investing in high frequency machines is feasible. Keywords: Hot Embossing, High Frequency, Investment, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of application-based filing system implementation (SIS FORUM) on employee efficiency and productivity and the variables that affect PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a saturated sample of 45 people. The research instrument is a validity and reliability test using simple linear regression. The design of this study is an explanation of the variables SIS FORUM (X), Efficiency (Y1), and Productivity (Y2). This research's limitations are limited to PT Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik employees, so not generalizable to other populations. Future researchers are expected to be able to analyze the effect of more detailed variables related to the implementation or operation of the SIS FORUM system at PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik to become a reference or recommendation for the efficiency level of employee productivity. The results of this study indicate that (1) SIS FORUM implementation has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of employees at PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik; (2) SIS FORUM implementation positively and significantly impacts employees' work productivity at PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik. (3) SIS FORUM has an R2 (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.200, equivalent to 20%. It means that the influence of SIS FORUM on efficiency is 20%. The remaining 80% is influenced by other factors not examined. (4) SIS FORUM has an R2 (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.895, equivalent to 89.5%. It means that the influence of SIS FORUM on productivity is 89.5%. The remaining 10.5% is influenced by other factors not examined. Keywords: Efficiency, Productivity, SIS FORUM

Abstract

Companies engaged in selling fertilizers to farmers involve various factors, including price, Promotion and service quality. Purchasing decisions at CV Semi cannot be separated from these factors. To determine whether or not each factor is present in sales, quantitative research is used at CV Semi with a survey method of respondents through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that price (X1) and service quality (X3) partially do not influence purchasing decisions at CV Semi. The data analysis results show that the t value generated by each independent variable is below the t table 2.034. So the alternative hypothesis (H1) is rejected, and the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted, meaning that partially there is no effect of the independent variable price (X1) and service quality (X3) on the dependent variable purchasing decisions (Y). Promotion (X3) partially affects purchasing decisions at CV Semi. From the Results of data analysis show that the t value of the independent variable is above the t table 2.034, meaning that the independent variable Promotion (X2) partially affects the dependent variable purchasing decision (Y). From the results of data analysis testing, price (X1), Promotion (X2), and service quality (X3) simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at CV Semi, where f count (24,650) > f table 2.88. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study investigates consumer behavior toward healthy beverages and examines the impacts of subjective norms and attitudes toward healthy beverages on the purchase intention of healthy beverage products. In this study, consumers' long-term orientation, health concerns, and Trust in healthy beverage products influenced attitudes toward healthy beverages. It was conducted in Surabaya City, Indonesia, and the sample size consisted of 137 consumers of healthy drinks in Surabaya. Structural Equation Modeling was applied to measure the relationship among the constructs. The results indicated that health concerns and long-term orientation did not influence consumers' attitudes toward healthy beverages. Purchase intention was not affected by health concerns and long-term orientation through Attitude. However, Trust influenced consumers' attitudes toward healthy beverages, and Trust was proven to impact purchase intention with Attitude as the mediating factor. Attitude and subjective norm had a positive relationship toward purchase intention. Keywords: Healthy Beverages, Consumer Behavio, Trust; Attitude, Subjective Norm.
