Abstract

Productivity is a concept related to the quantity of work results based on human resources, so this study aims to analyze the influence of workload, work discipline and leadership style on work productivity through the mediation of hardiness at work. This study was conducted on 100 employees who worked for companies engaged in wood trading. Researchers collected data using questionnaires given individually and in groups conducted through work units. The data were analyzed using path analysis arranged according to theoretical hypotheses and tested by linear regression techniques with intervening variables. Path analysis is used to assess the effects of mediation according to structural models. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that workload, work discipline and leadership style affect employee work resilience, this shows that in the company there is a need for a workload that can hone employee resilience at work, and followed by self-discipline in employees with the right leadership pattern. The results also show that resilience at work contributes significantly to productivity, this shows that it is necessary to develop self-resilience in employees to produce optimal productivity, but toughness is not a mediation of workload, work discipline and leadership style on work productivity. The results of this research can be used as a basis for companies in increasing employee work productivity through increasing resilience at work. Work hardiness in employees can be honed through a gradual increase in workload followed by discipline at work and the application of a leadership style that understands employee characteristics. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Leadership Style, Hardiness, Work Productivity.

This project is located in Pare City, Kediri Regency, on a land area of 1200 M² with a size of 120 x 10 M first construction is a 20 x 8 M residential house. According to the agreed plan and a master schedule, this project is expected to be completed within 80 working days, and every day only work for 8 hours reality the implementation of this project, various factors affect the progress of the work. The percentage of actual cumulative progress until the 4th week of January is 97.42% of the 100% master schedule plan, there is a deviation of 2. 58 & it can be seen that the achievement of progress from the previous month indicates a continuous delay from the monthly plans made. One of the methods that must be used to design Network Planning is the Critical Path Method (CPM). The CPM method is used to plan, schedule, and control project activities that are deterministic or single time after evaluation data is obtained so that time and cost are more efficient and effective in calculating evaluation data using the CPM method. The project, which was initially completed in 103 days at Rp. 213,956,500 after being evaluated, and if there were no mistakes during project implementation, the normal time was 72 days at Rp. 160,276. 500 and then using the CPM method obtained an effective time of 52 days and an efficiency cost of Rp. 115,755,240. Abstract

This study examines the impact of psychological capital and digital literacy on innovation in entrepreneurship while also considering the mediating function of work-family conflict. This study utilised a quantitative research approach and involved a sample of 240 female entrepreneurs aged 19 to 50. The researchers collected data through a questionnaire they created and evaluated it using the WarpPLS 7.0 program. The results demonstrate that psychological capital and digital literacy have a significant and beneficial influence on innovation in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, these two variables exhibit a substantial negative association with work-family conflict. Intriguingly, work-family conflict presents a significant adverse effect on innovation. Additionally, psychological capital indirectly influences innovation via work-family strife; however, this indirect effect is not observed with digital literacy. In conclusion, psychological capital and digital literacy are crucial to enhancing innovation among female entrepreneurs. However, the friction that arises from having two roles, known as work-family conflict, might hinder innovation. Therefore, it is crucial to adopt a comprehensive approach to assist female entrepreneurs in tackling these obstacles. The orientation of the scientific work that the researcher has compiled is none other than as a benchmark for the implications of leadership and compensation on the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees. This research uses a quantitative explanatory method using purposive sampling on 35 respondents. Observation, interviews, questionnaires are data collection methods that researchers use. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test as analysis of the data the researcher obtained. (1) partial test results or t test of the leadership variable with a value of 0.024. Thus, the Leadership variable (X1) partially has implications for the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees, because the significant value is X1 = 0.024 < 0.05. So the researcher can state that the first hypothesis is accepted. (2) partial test results (t test) of the Compensation variable (X2) have a significant t value of 0.001. From these results, the compensation variable partially has significant implications or influence on the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees. Which is the value of X2 = 0.001 < 0.05. So in this research the second hypothesis is accepted. (3) simultaneous test results (f test), Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) simultaneously influence Employee Performance (Y). Based on the calculation results obtained, the calculated F is 12.425 which is greater than F table 3.29 and the sig value is 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the leadership and compensation variables influence the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees.
