Abstract

Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam cara pengelolaan keuangan adalah menghambat perilaku konsumtif yang berlebihan pada masyarakat. Perilaku konsumtif dipengaruhi oleh faktor Financial literacy, Financial behavior, Financial attitude dan demografi. Berdasarkan teori tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Financial literacy, Financial behavior, Financial attitude dan demografi terhadap perilaku Konsumtif (Studi Pada Ibu Rumah Tangga di Wilayah Margorejo Surabaya)”. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial literacy, Financial behavior, Financial attitude dan demografi terhadap perilaku Konsumtif, baik itu secara parsial maupun secara simultan dan membandingkan antara wilayah Margorejo Surabaya yang berjumlah sekitar 500 Ibu rumah tangga. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah 100 Ibu rumah tangga.Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous prices, product quality and promotion on the Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang City and find out the most influential variables on purchase decision process. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a population and sample of 100 Indosat consumer respondents in Malang City using multiple linear data analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that prices, product, and promotion have simultaneously effect to Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang city. And prices, product, and promotion have partial effect to Indosat's initial purchase decision process in Malang city. Dominant variable in influencing Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang City is a promotion variable, with the influence value 38.4%.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) East Java Distribution Unit conducts organizational culture transformation programs, employee engagement, and quality of work life for employees with the aim to forming an employee work culture that is in line with core values, fostering strong emotional relationships towards work, and increase employee loyalty to the company, so as to increase employee contribution in order to support continuous improvement of employee performance. This type of research is causal explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees 166 people, the sampling technique used the Slovin method (error 5%) in order to obtain 117 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, and the coefficient of determination. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression in the form of the F test and t test. This research was conducted in the city of Surabaya with a research sample of PT PLN (Persero) East Java Distribution Unit. The conclusion proved that organizational culture, employee engagement, and quality of work life partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions regarding this research are organizational culture, employee engagement, and quality of work life are still the company's main concerns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of NOM and BOPO on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia and at the same time analyze the impact of covid 19 as a moderating variable. The analysis tool to fulfill the goodness of fit model uses the classical assumption test including the normality test; multicollinearity test; heteroscedasticity test; autocorrelation test; and linearity test. Path analysis to test direct and indirect relationships, moderating regression analysis (MRA), and hypothesis testing. The population and sample in this study were 13 Islamic banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study are that the NOM and BOPO variables affect ROA at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2018-2020 which means that Islamic banks are able to obtain net operations so that the average ability of productive assets to generate profits is known. The Covid'19 pandemic variable as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of NOM and BOPO on ROA

Abstract

The policy of limiting social interaction (working from home) by the government since March 15, 2020, makes proper communication very important. Therefore, communication and involvement are important factors to improve employee relations and performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of communication and involvement on employee relations, the effect of communication and involvement on employee performance, the effect of employee relations on employee performance, and the effect of communication and involvement through employee relations on employee performance CV. Allsolutions, Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods and the sample is 54 respondents. In collecting data, this study used a questionnaire, which was processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The analysis technique used was path analysis. The results showed that Communication had a positive and significant effect on Employee Relations, Involvement had a positive, insignificant effect on Employee Relations, Communication and Involvement simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee relations, Communication and Involvement partially and simultaneously had a positive and insignificant effect on Employee performance, employee relations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and communication and involvement partially or simultaneously through employee relations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee relations has a significant influence to mediate the effect of Communication and Involvement on employee performance.

Abstract

Persebaya supporters are called Bonek Mania, Bonek is one of the most fanatical supporters in Indonesia, almost all Persebaya Bonek matches are always present to provide total support. During the Persebaya Bonek match, not only Surabaya, but also Sidoarjo, Pasuruan, Gresik, and several supporting cities of Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to provide answers and explanations to the questions or problems previously raised, namely, to analyze the effect of partial supporter interaction on the performance of Persebaya club management. This study uses a quantitative approach and aims to determine the effect of the interaction of supporters and club management Persebaya on improving club management performance and improving the quality of club management Persebaya. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents in the form of a google form to be filled in according to the situation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity and Inflation on Firm Value either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are all food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used is 12 food and beverages sub-sector companies that meet the criteria. This type of research used quantitative research methods with associative methods. The results of this study partially show that the Profitability (NPM) variable has a significant effect on Firm Value, while the Leverage (DER), Liquidity (CR) and Inflation variables have no significant effect on Firm Value. Simultaneously Profitability (NPM), Leverage (DER), Liquidity (CR) and Inflation have a significant effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of recruitment, selection, communication, motivation and work environment of employees at the aircraft engineering department of PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility Sidoarjo. The sample in this study amounted to 82 employees through the distribution of questionnaires. The type of data used is quantitative. The time of the study was carried out in May-June 2021. The data processing in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The results of the t-test showed that the variable sig motivation (X4) and work environment (X5) <0.05, then H0 was rejected at a significance level of 5%. It can be concluded that the motivation variable (X4) and work environment (X5) partially have a significant and positive influence on employee performance (Y). While the variable recruitment (X1), selection (X2), communication (X3) > 0.05, then H0 is accepted at a significance level of 5%. It can be concluded that the variables Recruitment (X1), selection (X2), communication (X3) partially have a significant and negative influence on employee performance (Y) in the aircraft engineering section of PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility Sidoarjo. Variables Recruitment, Selection, Communication, motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance in the aircraft engineering section of PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility Sidoarjo with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination show a value of 0.175 or 17.5%, which means that all independent variables (recruitment, selection, communication, motivation and work environment) can affect employee performance variables by 17.5% while the rest is influenced by other variables besides the independent variables in the study. this amounted to 82.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to find clarity about the role of promotion as a mediating variable on the relationship between product quality and price perception with purchasing decisions, by designing and forming a research model. This research approach is quantitative, explanatory. The population in this study were users of oppo smartphones in Surabaya. The research sample was 150 respondents who were determined using the non-probability method and purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses SEM Pls. The results showed that the research model was accepted with a Q-Square value of 0.573. This study also shows clarity that: product quality has no effect on promotion. Perception of price has an effect on promotion, and promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions. The results also explain that: the promotion variable acts as a positive mediation on the relationship between product quality and price perception with purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Modern society understands investment. One of the investment options in the capital market that is most in demand by investors is stock securities. There are two types of investors in the capital market: actual investors who invest for the long term and short-term investors (day traders) who invest daily using stock price changes. The analysis used by day traders is called technical analysis. There are various kinds of technical analysis tools, one of which is the Moving Average. On the Moving Average, an indicator can be used to execute a sell called the Death Cross, and a buy execution called the Golden Cross. This study uses the Moving Average indicator to generate investment returns on stocks that have prices above Rp. 10,000 and stocks that have prices below Rp. 10,000. From the results of observations of 9 stocks that have a price above Rp 10,000 and 9 shares with a price below Rp 10,000, it is found that stocks with prices below Rp 10,000 generate an average return of +27.64% while stocks with prices above Rp. IDR 10,000 generates an average return of +10.28%. Meanwhile, the average loss of shares priced above Rp 10,000 is -18.54%, while shares below Rp 10,000 generate an average loss of -9.88%.
