Abstract

This research was conducted in Unisma Bekasi. Data were collected by using a questionnaire, and sampling this study as many as 50 employees of probability sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple regression test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R ²)The results showed that: 1). Partially organizational culture t test variable (X1) effect on the performance of employees at Unisma Bekasi. It is known from p-value less than 0.05. 2). Partially Job Satisfaction variable t test (X2) effect job satisfaction of employees at Unisma Bekasi. It is known from p-value less than 0.05. 3). Simultaneously (F test) organizational culture and Job Satisfaction, has a significant influence on employee performance in Unisma Bekasi. It is known from p-value less than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the working environment and Motivation on Employee Performance in Social Section Sekretaris Daerah Bekasi. The study population is with research samples totaling 29 respondents indicated the following results: First: there is a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Work Environment Officer at the Social Section Sekretaris Daerah Bekasi, with a correlation coefficient Y = 49 520 + 0580 X1, while the coefficient of determination between the variables on the performance of Employee Work Environment obtained by the 0.30 or in percentage 30 00 percent, t-test were obtained for 5428. > 2,045 Second: there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance with a correlation coefficient Y = 65 433 + 0.187X2, while the coefficient of determination between variable work motivation on employee performance is obtained, ie, 0.35 or in percentage 35.00 percent, t-test were obtained for 7692> t-table 2045. Third: there is a positive and significant impact together variable Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient Y = 56 436 + 0.018 X1 + 0185 X2, while the coefficient of determination correlation ® positive (0.361) that t was obtained for 7692> t-table 2045

Abstract

The fulfillment of the need for transportation with conventional motorcycle taxis or online, the good and bad of each transportation is reasonable if then many users/passengers motorcycle taxis to switch to online motorcycle taxis, but also unfair if the traditional motorcycle are rampant/hostile to online motorcycle taxis. Better Online motorcycle taxis they follow the management of modern motorcycle taxis to still/continue exist. Traditional motorcycle taxis will be abandoned/left by passengers/users, as passenger/users will be looking for more pratical and cheap, traditional motorcycle taxis driver can’t control passengers.Prosession as motorcycle taxis driver became one of the solution to reduce the unemployed rate when viewed from the point of view of MSDM, which is earning income, does’t require special skill it only takes discipline and perseverance in performing their duties.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja dosen di lingkungan Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan teknik kausal dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner yang disebar kepada 40 orang Dosen Tetap Yayasan Unisma“45”Bekasi yang menjadi sampel penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen walaupun dalam persentase yang rendah yaitu 4,5%. Penghargaan intrinsik sebagai penghargaan yang bersumber dari dalam diri dosen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dibandingkan penghargaan ekstrinsik yang diterima oleh dosen dari institusi yaitu sebesar 68%.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine: the influence of Current Ratio to cost of share; the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio to cost of share; the influence of Total Assets Turnover to cost of share; the influence of Earning Per Share to cost of share; the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, Total Assets Turnover and Earning Per Share to cost of share in customer goods industry company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2015. This research types was descriptive and asosiative causal. Population of this research was annual report audited and closing cost of share in customer goods industry company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2015.The samples consisted of 31 companies witch were selected by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Earning Per Share didn’t have influence to cost of share, only Total Assets Turnover have influence to cost of share with regression model Cost of Share = - 13.132 + 17.809 TATO. Simultaneously, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover and Earning Per Share in customer goods industry had influence to cost of share with regression model Cost of Share = - 22.339 + 2.523 CR – 1.483 DER + 19.211 TATO + 1,03 EPS.

Abstract

Law No.6/2016 concerning Villages has given the village freedom to be able to prepare plans for meeting basic needs, development of village facilities and infrastructure, development of local economic potential, utilization of natural resources, sustainable environment and village governance. Village transportation facilities and infrastructure are needed, especially for isolated villages. The construction of isolated transportation facilities and infrastructure in the village not only requires a small budget, but also faces several challenges that must be resolved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui a.bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMA homeschooling primagama Palembang, b. bagaimana proses pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMA homeschooling primagama Palembang, c. bagaimana pengembangan nilai-nilai nasionalisme pada siswa di homeschooling Primagama Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di homeschooling primagama Palembang tidak jauh berbeda dalam hal perencanaan pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan seperti di sekolah formal, guru mempersiapkan rencanan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, menyiapkan materi dan guru menyampaikan kompetensi yang ingin dicapai kepada siswa di dukung oleh teknologi yakni internet yang digunakan oleh siswa dan guru dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Perbedaan yang Nampak terlihat dari proses pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di sekolah formal dan homeschooling adalah dalam fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat yang dipilih berdasarkan keinginan siswa dan orang tua, lebih adanya kedekatan antara guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran karena hanya terdapat satu siswa dan satu guru sehingga siswa bisa lebih berdiskusi dan bertanya dengan intensif jika kurang memahami materi pembelajaran. Pengembangan nilai-nilai nasionalisme di homeschooling Primagama Palembang juga dilakukan oleh sekolah dan guru pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Guru menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam proses pembelajaran melalui mengingat hari-hari bersejarah di Indonesia, mencintai indonesia dengan rajin dan bertanggung jawab sebagai seorang siswa, dan memiliki semangat yang tinggi untuk memajuka bangsa seperti para pahlawan yang telah memperjuangan bangsa Indonesia. Sekolah juga mendukung pengembangan nilai-nilai nasionalisme siswa melalui kelas komunitas yang dilakukan satu minggu satu kali yakni setiap hari sabtu. Di kelas komunitas siswa ditanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dikumpulkan semua siswa yang memiliki perbedaan etnis dan agama untuk saling menghargai, diadakan kegiatan berkunjung ke museum, dan perayaan hari-hari besar nasional bangsa Indonesia

Abstract

Strengthening capacity of agricultural extension workers is the significant strategy in attempt to overcome climate change impact therefore, Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) developed an adaptation and mitigation program of climate change by doing Training of Trainers (ToT) for the agricultural extension workers who obligated to continue the skills and materials to farmers and colleagues in their regions. Aims of this research:1. Understanding participants assessment of ToT on adaptation strategy of climate change for agricultural extension workers in Jeneponto district, South Sulawesi, 2. Analizing participant’s assessment to materials and speakers. This research applied mix-methods (quantitative and qualitative) by doing survey and observation. Research findings: 1) Participants gave positive evaluation to organization of ToT due to this program is a new strategy to cope with the climate change impact. 2) Participants gave high score (4 or 5) to all materials with positive response to the speakers who deliver the materials by using tools as well as field practice.

Abstract

Some problems that occur in the Government bureaucracy in West Java is still very complex, especially in the performance of public services indicated still poor. For that reason, the purposes of this research: 1) Identify the change of attitude of bureaucracy officers in terms of service performanc to society, 2) Provide information from the findings of related organization that are used as a sample. The method applied in this research is qualitative and quantitative (mix-methods). This method is a type of research that does not intend to test a particular hypothesis, but describes what it is in a variable, about certain symptomatic state or social phenomenon. Qualitative data collection was done by literature study, in-depth interview, focus group discussion, and observation. Quantitative data was obtained by conducting survey through spreading questionnaires. In this study, the information obtained includes: business permits, Building Permit (IMB), civil records, and land certification in Kota Bekasi, Kota Bandung, and Kabupaten Kuningan. The survey results showed 55% of service users rated the performance of public services is still poor. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Birokrasi pemerintahan di Jawa Barat masih sangat kompleks, khususnya dalam kinerja pelayanan publik terindikasi masih buruk. Untuk itu tujuan yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini: 1) Mengidentifikasi perubahan sikap para petugas birokrasi dari sisi kinerja pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, 2) Memberikan informasi dari hasil temuan intansi terkait yang dijadikan sebagai sampel. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode campuran (mix-methods) kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode ini merupakan tipe penelitian yang bukan bermaksud untuk menguji hipotesis tertentu, tetapi mendeskripsikan apa adanya pada suatu variabel, tentang gejala keadaan atau fenomena sosial tertentu. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion, dan observasi. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dengan melaksanakan survei melalui menyebaran kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini, informasi yang dipeoleh mencakup: izin usaha, Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB), catatan sipil, dan sertifikasi tanah di Kota Bekasi, Kota Bandung, dan Kabupaten Kuningan. Hasil survei menunjukan 55% masyarakat pengguna pelayanan menilai kinerja pelayanan publik buruk.
