Abstract

Konvergensi IFRS dengan Pedoman Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk menjamin daya saing nasional. Perubahan tata cara pelaporan keuangan dari Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), PSAK, atau lainnya ke IFRS berdampak sangat luas.  Terutama tujuan Standar akuntansi modern yang berorientasi ke masa depan berbeda dengan standar akuntansi lama yang mengandalkan pada peristiwa masa lalu. Sehingga prinsip konservatisme akuntansi sudah bukan lagi merupakan karakteristik kualitatif dalam kerangka konseptual yang baru tahun 2010 dan membuatnya menjadi mengecil. Meskipun demikian, prinsip akuntansi konservatisme masih dipertahankan pada berbagai area meskipun dalam standar pelaporan keuangan internasional (IFRS).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris mengenai adanya pengaruh tingkat konvergensi IFRS terhadap konservatisme akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2010 -2015. Sampel yang digunakan dalam objek penelitian ini adalah 72 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam objek penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi linear dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS versi 16.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar -3,650 dengan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada tingkat konvergensi IFRS terhadap  konvervatisme akuntansi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa konvergensi terhadap IFRS menurunkan konservatisme akuntansiKata kunci: konservatisme, konvergensi, IFRS, standar akuntansi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan BUMN di kota Padang (2) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan BUMN di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei terhadap 30 kantor cabang BUMN di Kota Padang. Responden dalam peneltian ini yaitu manajer divisi. Jumlah responden yaitu 67 orang. Keseluruhan anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel (total sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karywan pada perusahaan BUMN di kota Padang (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan BUMN di kota Padang. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas daerah penelitian, atau dengan melakukan perubahan sampel penelitian

Abstract

Navy of the Republic of Indonesia one part of the military has the responsibility to enforce the law and maintain the security of the sea forces and national jurisdiction in accordance with international law. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Navy to be supported cadetmidshipmen are tough and smart. Therefore, in creating a formidable cadets, prospective cadets are given training through the Naval Academy. Education conducted to prepare the cadets to be a leader and is the backbone and driving force of the Navy. The existence of inaccuracy in delivering value to prospective cadets have an impact on the decision given less precise. Therefore, to facilitate in the selection of candidates for naval cadets, Decision Support Systems can be an option in choosing a new cadet at the Naval Academy. Abstract

Abstract : Analysis Before and After Go Public at. Sources Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The purpose of this study is to find out how it is important to know the financial performance before and after going public at PT. Sources Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The variables of this reserch consists of Financial Ratios (Likuidas, Solvency, Profitability) and financial statements before and after going public. In this reserch the authors use data collection techniques with documentation of secondary data. Anlisis tool that I use in this thesis is a qualitative and quantitative analysis. From the results of this study in 2006 until 2011 ( before and after go public), On Liquidity ( Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Ratio Current Assets and Total Assets ), In Solvency Ratio ( Debt Ratio over Capital and Debt Ratio over Assets ), and Profitability Ratio ( Profit margin, Turn Over Assets, and Contribution Margin Ratio ) overall of financial performance unhealthy. Financial performance stay healthy only on quick ratio in 2006, debt ratio over assets after go public, and contribution margin after go public. Finally, the authors suggest PT. Sources Alfaria Trijaya Tbk to improve the company's financial performance and better management should also be solely responsible for investors over the next decisions to be taken. Abstract

This research was conducted on the Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2010-2014. This study aims to determine how much influence the Efficiency of working capital (x_1) and Solvency (X_2) partially and jointly to Profitability (Y) using the method of data collection in the form of literature, scientific papers, previous research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research hypothesis I denied, where Working Capital Efficiency has a value of t <t table (-0.259 <1.688) with a significant level of 0.797> 0.05, meaning a partial no significant effect between Profitability Efficiency Working Capital. Hypothesis 2 received, which has Solvency t> t table (3.258> 1.688) with a significant level of 0.002 <0.05, meaning that there is a partial positive and significant influence between the Solvency Profitability. Simultaneous test (F test) can be seen calculated F value of 6.270 with 2.866 F table so that F count> F table (6.270> 2.866) with significant 0.002 <0.05, then Ho is rejected. This means that there is significant influence between the Efficiency of working capital and solvency to Profitability with multiple linear regression equation is: Y = -2.964 - 0.048 X1 + If the variable Efficiency Working Capital and Solvency its value is zero (0), then the profitability of its value is equal to -2.964. Keywords: Efficiency Working Capital, Solvency and Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the participation of budget preparation and budget goal clarity and simultaneous partial effect on the performance of local government officials in Solok City Government. The hypothesis in this study are the effect of partially or simultaneously budgetary participation and budget goal clarity on the performance of local government officials in Solok City Government.This type of research is causative. The population in this study are all the people involved in the budget planning SKPD Se-Solok totaling 41 SKPD. The sample selection using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help of Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS).Research shows that participation budgeting and clarity of budget targets positive significant effect on the performance of local government officials. F shows that the budgetary participation and budget goal clarity together or simultaneously significant effect on the performance of local government officials. Results of statistical processing regression analysis showed a significant value on the table F 0.05 is calculated F value 3.145 7.023 0.002 significant. Thus 7.023 F count> F table 3.145 with significant value of 0.002 <0.05. Keywords: Participation Budgeting, Clarity Budget Targets and Performance of     Local Government Officials.

Abstract

Pasar bebas adalah pasar yang sudah banyak terdapat para penjual /pedagang ( antar negara, Aneka ragam produk perusahaan) yang sangat ketat persaingan yang akan terjadi seperti harga, mutu atau kualitas produk yang di jual di pasar bebas dan yang pasti adalah harus sesuai dengan Standar nasional, UUD atau peraturan yang ada dalam suatu Negara. Untuk kesiapan kita menghadapi hal tersebut adalah setiap Negara harus memberikan pengetahuan terhadap masyarakat khusunya di Indonesia agar masyarakatnya tidak berpengaruh dengan produk luar. Sebagai warga Indonesia kita tetap harus mencintai produk buatan Indonesia dan selalu membagakan buatan dalam negeri sendiri. Kata kunci : Pasar bebas, kesiapan untuk menghadapinya.

Abstract

This research aimed to find:1) the influence of customer relationship management on customer satisfaction, 2) the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction, 3) the influence of customer relationship management on customer loyalty, 4) the influence of customer value on customer loyality, 5 ) the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyality at Bank BRI Unit Tiku Cabang Bukittinggi.The kind of research is expost-facto; the population research is customers of  Bank BRI Unit Tiku Cabang Bukittinggi, with totally are 2509 peoples. The withdraw of the sampling method is using  Accidental Sampling method, with total of sample are 118 peoples. Primary data was collected through polls using Likert Scale model that has been tested validity and reliability. Data analysis technique that was used is Path Analysis.The results of research are:1) there is a positive and significant impact for customer relationship management to customer satisfaction, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of customer value for customer satisfaction, 3) there is a positive and significant effect of customer relationship management for customer loyalty, 4) there is a positif and significant effect of customer value to customer loyalty, 5) there is a positive and significant effect of customer satisfaction to the customers loyalty at Bank BRI Unit Tiku Cabang Bukittinggi.In terms of directly or indirectly influence from customer relationship management, customer value, and satisfaction to customer loyalty of  Bank BRI Unit Tiku Cabang Bukittinggi is  22,75 %.It's meaning that understanding of customer relationship management has a direct role in the customer loyalty to Bank BRI Unit Tiku Cabang Bukittinggi. Keywors: Customer Relationship Management, Customer Value, Satisfaction, Loyality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan, (1) Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan,(2) Komitmen Karyawan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan, (3) Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan, (4) Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Komitmen Karyawan, dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. XL Axiata Padang yang berjumlah 80 orang, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel adalah secara Total Population. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey. Pendekatan survey adalah kegiatan mengumpulkan data sebanyak banyaknya mengenai fakta-fakta yang merupakan pendukung terhadap penelitian, dengan maksud untuk mengetahui status dan gejala. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Komitmen Karyawan dan Kepuasan Kerja, terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terbukti/ diterima dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Perkembangan dalam peralatan hardware maupun software sangat berarti untuk memperoleh informasi yang cepat, tepat, dan relevan sehingga setiap instansi atau perusahaan terutama yang berskala besar selalu mengharapkan bagaimana data-data yang ada di instansi atau perusahaan tersebut dapat diolah dengan sistem komputerisasi yang handal. Menurut penelitian yang dilakukan pada CV. CITRA KARYA NUSANTARA, khususnya kepada penanggung jawab pengolahan data anggaran proyeknya  masih menggunakan cara penyimpanan dalam bentuk kertas yang dimasukkan kedalam map-map, sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pencarian data, untuk itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi komputerisasi yang dapat mengatasinya. Dengan menerapkan suatu aplikasi untuk masalah data anggararan proyek dengan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman JAVA diharapkan dapat menigkatkan efisiensi kerja pada masalah pengelolaan data anggaran proyek pada CV. CITRA KARYA NUSANTARA.
