Abstract

Abstract. This research discusses the role of generations (Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials) in the Blue Economy industry in Indonesia. The main challenge for leaders is managing generational and work culture differences. The research results show that Millennial leaders have three basic characteristics of leadership behavior, such as communicating a clear vision, building trust, and respecting others. However, these characteristics are not enough to overcome cross-generational challenges and work culture in Indonesia. Therefore, leaders need to develop adaptability, generational understanding, and self-control. The research was conducted at PT. X in Probolinggo with qualitative methods and a case study approach.effects. This research uses a qualitative approach with resource persons taking high-level decisions (directors, General Managers, or owners) as interview subjects. Data was collected through purposive sampling, including in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Confirmation data was obtained through interviews with employees, visitors, and document analysis.. Abstrak.   Penelitian ini membahas peran generasi (Baby Boomer, Generasi X, dan Millennial) dalam industri Blue Economy di Indonesia. Tantangan utama bagi pemimpin adalah mengelola perbedaan generasi dan budaya kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin Millennial memiliki tiga karakteristik dasar leadership behavior, seperti komunikasi visi yang jelas, membangun kepercayaan, dan menghormati orang lain. Namun, karakteristik ini belum cukup untuk mengatasi tantangan lintas generasi dan budaya kerja di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pemimpin perlu mengembangkan kemampuan adaptasi, pemahaman generasi, dan kendali diri. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. X di Probolinggo dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus.efek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan narasumber pengambil keputusan tingkat tinggi (direktur, General Manager, atau pemilik) sebagai subjek wawancara. Data dikumpulkan melalui purposive sampling, termasuk wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Konfirmasi data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan karyawan, pengunjung, dan analisis dokumen.

Abstract

Abstract. The type of research used is quantitative by examining organizational performance by looking at employee job performance. This research is clause research and will use random sampling techniques. Respondents are company employees with a total of 200 respondents and questionnaires will be distributed. It was found that employee performance is an important factor in organizational performance which will have an impact on blue economy companies in Probolinggo. This research will provide an understanding of organizational performance on the basis of organizational performance (OP) which includes several influences regarding work attitude, job satisfaction and work environment which have an impact on job performance in generation Z in blue economy companies.   Abstrak.  Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitaif dengan menguji performa organisasi dengan melihat job performance pada karyawan. Penelitian merupakan clausal research ini akan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Responden merupakan karyawan perusahaan dengan jumlah 200 responden dan akan dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner. Ditemukan bahwa performance karyawan menjadi fakor penting dalam organizational performance yang akan berdampak pada blue economy company di Probolinggo. Penelitian ini akan memberikan pemahaman mengenai organizational performance dengan dasar organizational performance (OP) yang mencakup beberapa pengaruh mengenai work attitude, job satisfaction dan work environment yang berdampak pada job performance pada generasi Z di blue economy company.

Abstract

Abstract. This research investigates the imperative need for training in enhancing the competencies of Civil Servants (ASN) within the Gunungsitoli District Court. Competency development among ASN is a critical aspect of ensuring effective and efficient public service delivery. Through a comprehensive analysis, this study assesses the current competencies of ASN, identifies skill gaps, and evaluates the role of training programs in addressing these gaps. The research also explores the impact of competency development on organizational performance and service quality. Findings from this study are expected to inform policy recommendations for optimizing training initiatives and enhancing the overall capacity of ASN at the Gunungsitoli District Court.

Abstract

Abstract. Participative leadership is leadership that provides significant space and roles to subordinates in carrying out decision-making process activities. Participative is related to the level of maturity from medium to high. A follower or subordinate at this level of development has the ability but not the desire to perform a given task. Their unwillingness is often due to a lack of confidence. However, the Head of KP2KP Gunungsitoli has not been optimal in carrying out participatory leadership to improve service quality at KP2KP Gunungsitoli. Where the Head of KP2KP Gunungsitoli seems less assertive in conveying important information and less involved in developing the skills and career opportunities of employees and PPNPN. This study aims to determine the strategy of optimizing participatory leadership to improve the quality of tax services. Based on the research results, the strategies for optimizing participatory leadership to improve the quality of tax services are providing training, development and additional learning to employees and PPNPN on a regular basis, evaluating employees and PPNPN on a regular basis, building a work culture that encourages collaboration, where employees are valued for their contribution in sharing knowledge and working together to achieve common goals, making the decision-making process and tax implementation more transparent and accountable, ensuring that tax guides, brochures, and other information provided to taxpayers are easy to understand and available online or offline.

Abstract

Abstract. Evaluation is one of a series of activities to improve the quality and performance or productivity of an institution in implementing a program. Organizational Development (PO) is a long-term planning program and process that brings transformational change in organizational culture through the use/application of research and theories based on Information Technology and Science. The Osseda Faolala Perempuan Nias Consumer Cooperative has become a center for women's education & learning, especially for members of the Osseda Faolala Perempuan Nias Cooperative through various capacity building activities in the form of training (TOT), critical awareness discussions or courses aimed at increasing women's leadership potential so that they are able to involve themselves & become takers. decisions either in government agencies or non-government agencies. The obstacles faced by the Osseda Faolala Women's Nias Consumer Cooperative are caused by the Vision and Mission and the rule from year to year that membership is only women in accordance with the Vision and Mission that has been developed. It can be concluded that the problem is that it collides with the rules that have been established since time immemorial, especially the Vision and Mission that have been created and continue to be adopted to this day, however, they do not address the dynamics of the needs of the community, especially the Nias Islands. The results of this research are that the Osseda Faolala Perempuan Nias Cooperative has a good understanding of effectiveness, especially in the context of planning and evaluation. Their efforts to correct discrepancies between plans and results, as well as awareness of changes in the external environment, demonstrate a mature approach to managing challenges. A good understanding of challenges and changes, strong collaboration with stakeholders, a high level of member participation, and holding a scheduled Annual Membership Meeting every year are important elements that enable an organization to address and overcome challenges, maintain transparency, and achieve goals community economic development.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine then influences of organizational commitment toward turnover intention, moreover the effects of job stress, job satisfaction, and work environment on organizational commitment was also observed, and finally the influence of job stress and work environment had on job satisfaction. Data collection was conducted via electronic questionnaire on 268 hospital employees. Data analysis was done using partial least square-structural equation modeling technique (PLS-SEM) using program software SmartPLS 3.0. Results from this study showed that organizational commitment had negative effects on turnover intention, meanwhile organizational commitment was negatively influenced by job stress and positively influenced by job satisfaction and work environment, finally job satisfaction was negatively influenced by job stress and positively influenced by work environment. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of employee turnover dynamics and give understanding on the underlying factors that affects turnover intention. Given the results derived from this study, it is recommended for any organizations stakeholder to improve employee’s commitment to control turnover, by boosting employee’s satisfaction and work condition, as well as reducing their stress. Abstrak.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention, selain itu juga diamati pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan terakhir pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap pekerjaan. kepuasan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner elektronik pada 268 pegawai rumah sakit. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap niat berpindah, sedangkan komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh stres kerja dan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja, terakhir kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh stres kerja dan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk berkontribusi pada pemahaman dinamika turnover karyawan dan memberikan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor mendasar yang mempengaruhi niat turnover. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan bagi setiap pemangku kepentingan organisasi untuk meningkatkan komitmen karyawan dalam mengendalikan turnover, dengan meningkatkan kepuasan dan kondisi kerja karyawan, serta mengurangi stres mereka.

The purpose of this study is to analyze, prove marketing transformation strategies, and find out the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of transformation strategies in smart branches at bank mandiri regional II Palembang. The research method used in this study is qualitative method. This type of research is a case study with a single case study design. In this study using a descriptive research design. The smart branch marketing transformation strategy at Bank Mandiri Regional II Palembang has been quite effectively implemented, this digital banking 5.0 innovation by Mandiri offers a different experience from other banking services because the ease, speed and accountalization of solving customer needs is very structured and measurable in accordance with customer needs. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the variables of human resources competence, Internal Audit and organizational commitments as well as information technology systems as moderation in their influence on the quality of financial reporting at BLU Kemenkes Ministry hospital. The data collection technique uses non-probability sampling by distributing 136 questionnaires to financial compilers. Analysis method using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 25 application. The results of the research showed that the competence of SDM, internal audit affects the quality of financial statements, while the organization's commitment variables have no influence on financial reporting quality. Information technology systems have been shown to moderate the relationship between SDM competence and internal audit of the quality of financial statements

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of the Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Profitability, Leverage on the disclosure of the Sustainability Report. This assessment is quantitative and contains secondary data obtained through annual reports or information as well as ongoing information. The population in this study used purposive sampling. The total sample used was 115, covering all companies in all sectors that were verified on the IDX or the Indonesian stock exchange. The data analysis uses media software or the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of the study show that the Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Profitability have an impact on the disclosure of the Sustainability Report. However, the Leverage variable has no impact on the disclosure of the Sustainability Report. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of Sales Growth, Firm Size, Total Assets Turnover, Net Profit Margin, and Inflation Rate on the profit growth of companies in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017-2020. The research employs a quantitative method with documentation techniques using annual reports from the IDX website. From the results of descriptive statistical analysis, tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and autocorrelation, the data are deemed valid and proceed to regression analysis. The regression results indicate that Sales Growth has a significant positive influence on profit growth, while Firm Size, Total Assets Turnover, and Net Profit Margin do not significantly affect profit growth. Inflation Rate has a significant negative impact on profit growth.
