Abstract

The significant changes in the return of the Financial Sector Stock Index both before and after the COVID-19 pandemic entered Indonesia have been the focus of attention in this study. In the midst of this uncertain condition, the Financial Sector Stock Index on the Indonesian Stock Exchange experienced noticeable changes. This research focuses on analyzing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the return of the Financial Sector Stock Index on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The study involves the Financial Sector Stock Index as the research object, with research variables including Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Inflation Rate, and Return of the Financial Sector Stock Index. The research also examines the consistency of the relationship between GDP, inflation, and stock returns over a considerable period. The study period covers from 2019 to 2022. This research is of a quantitative nature. The model used to address the research question is the Structural Vector Autoregression (SVAR) model. The research tool in this SVAR model uses the Eviews software. Secondary data is used in this study. The research population consists of 20 companies in the finance sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the study period. The results of the Granger causality test show that inflation has a significant relationship with the return of the financial sector stock with a probability value of 0.0382. However, variance decomposition illustrates that the contribution of inflation to changes in stock returns is not very large, at 3 percent from period one to period sixteen. Meanwhile, GDP to the return of the financial sector stock index has a probability value of 0.0916 from the Granger causality test results. This means that GDP does not have a significant relationship with the return of the financial sector stock during the observation period.

Abstract

Abstract.   The Village Fund Management includes Planning for village funds from the Ministry of Finance where each village is required to prepare a Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) and a Village Government Work Plan (RKPD) containing programs and activities to be implemented within the next 3 years. Because villages are the spearhead of development and improve community welfare. Village Fund management is expected to be efficient and effective and must be accountable. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Village Fund Management based on PMK 201 th. 2022 can reduce village poverty in Minahasa Regency. This research analyzes that the plan must be prepared by involving the entire village community and adjusted to the needs and potential of the village. The distribution of village funds goes through 3 stages; Administration, accountability and reporting at the local government level includes recording and controlling the receipt and expenditure of village funds. Disbursement of Village Funds to Villages is carried out by administrative and technical checks on documents on the use of village funds submitted by the village, compiling accountability reports on the use of village funds at the end of each fiscal year, compiling reports on the use of village funds periodically and submitting these reports to the Ministry of Finance. The use of village funds includes; improvement of basic services, improvement of basic services in the village, community empowerment of village funds, development of economic potential, development of economic potential, environmental management and empowerment.   Abstrak. Pengelolaan Dana Desa meliputi Perencanaan dana desa dari Kementerian Keuangan dimana setiap desa wajib menyusun Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJMDes) dan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa (RKPD) yang memuat program dan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu berikutnya. 3 tahun. Karena desa merupakan ujung tombak pembangunan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengelolaan Dana Desa diharapkan dapat efisien dan efektif serta harus dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Pengelolaan Dana Desa berdasarkan PMK 201 th. Tahun 2022 dapat menurunkan kemiskinan desa di Kabupaten Minahasa. Penelitian ini menganalisis bahwa rencana tersebut harus disusun dengan melibatkan seluruh masyarakat desa dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Penyaluran dana desa melalui 3 tahap; Penatausahaan, pertanggungjawaban dan pelaporan pada tingkat pemerintah daerah meliputi pencatatan dan pengendalian penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana desa. Penyaluran Dana Desa ke Desa dilakukan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan administratif dan teknis terhadap dokumen penggunaan dana desa yang diserahkan oleh desa, menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban penggunaan dana desa setiap akhir tahun anggaran, menyusun laporan penggunaan dana desa secara berkala dan menyampaikan laporannya kepada Kementerian Keuangan. Penggunaan dana desa meliputi; peningkatan pelayanan dasar, peningkatan pelayanan dasar di desa, pemberdayaan masyarakat dana desa, pengembangan potensi ekonomi, pengembangan potensi ekonomi, pengelolaan dan pemberdayaan lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to measure student satisfaction with the information provided by the Unsrat Inspire portal service using fuzzy servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods by conducting surveys through questionnaires. The stages of this research are starting from studying existing literature to become the basis for taking questionnaires, processing data to drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it was found that all statement attributes gave negative values, although not too large, which meant that students were still not satisfied with the inspire portal service. It can be seen from the table that the top five that get the biggest negative value are the security of student data on the Unsrat Inspire Portal (-0.57), the accuracy of announcement information on the Unsrat Inspire Portal (-0.57), making it easier for students to find exam schedules (-0.48), the accuracy of lecturer information provided to students through the Unsrat Inspire Portal (-0.46), and the features on the Unsrat Inspire Portal are complete (-0.45) while from the Importance & Performance Analysis diagram there are 2 service attributes that are in quadrant I which means that these attributes must improve their services. Abstract

Along with the development of the e-commerce business in Indonesia, it opens up opportunities and market share for expedition companies. In this research, the object of research is the Logistics Post. Logistics Post also provides several services such as heavy equipment transportation, retail cargo, customs import export delivery, warehousing management, logistics management. Based on the type of research, this research is included in quantitative research. In this research, the population used is people who have used postal logistics services. In this case the population number is not known validly. The author used a purposive sampling technique with the Bernoulli formula, so that a total sample of 100 was obtained. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the results of responses from respondents who were 100 people who had used postal logistics services, showed that responses to service quality could be stated as existing service quality. well, provided by the postal logistics service to its customers, then the response to customer satisfaction, it can be stated that the customers are satisfied with the service provided by the postal logistics service and on customer loyalty, there is a fairly loyal attitude from the customers, to continue using the service logistics post compared to other logistics services.

Abstract

Abstract.     The company's performance is something that must be considered by the hotelier. With the downward trend in the company's performance, the question is what factors affect the company's performance. Judging from previous research and facts in the field, it is suspected that the influencing factors are company costs, capital structure and company size. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of company costs, capital structure and company size on company performance. The population in this study are all hotels listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2021. Samples were taken by purposive method. Furthermore, this data was analyzed using multiple linear regression models. Through the results of the study, it is seen that there is a negative effect of company costs on company performance and there is no influence of capital structure and size on company performance.   Abstrak. Kinerja perusahaan merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh para pelaku bisnis perhotelan. Dengan tren penurunan kinerja perusahaan, maka yang menjadi pertanyaan adalah faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Dilihat dari penelitian terdahulu dan fakta di lapangan, diduga faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah biaya perusahaan, struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh biaya perusahaan, struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh hotel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2021. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive. Selanjutnya data ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Melalui hasil penelitian terlihat terdapat pengaruh negatif biaya perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan tidak terdapat pengaruh struktur modal dan ukuran terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

The method for the survey conducted in this study used a questionnaire. This study is a census study with a total of 78 nurses at Tria Dipa Hospital, Jakarta. Data analysis in this study used the PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SMART PLS software. The results of transformational leadership research have a positive effect on motivation, organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation and motivation positive effect on job performance.   Abstrak. Tujuan penelitiani ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi, dan pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat. Metode untuk survey yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sensus dengan jumlah perawat 78 responden di Rumah Sakit Tria Dipa Jakarta. Analisis data pada penelitian ini memakai pendekatan PLS-Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) menggunakan Software SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian ditemukan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Indonesia and tourism are an inseparable and mutually synergistic unit that has the potential to become a competitive advantage for Indonesia. Tourism Villages present an overall atmosphere that reflects rural authenticity in terms of social, economic, cultural, daily life, customs, has unique architecture and spatial planning. distinctive and unique, or economic activities that are unique and interesting and have the potential to develop tourism components. This research aims to provide recommendations for developing strategies for the potential of tourist villages through SWOT analysis with matrices, quadrants and EFAS&IFAS. The goal is to achieve sustainable tourism in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Observation, interview and literature study methods were used to obtain information about tourism potential. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to formulate a Tourism Development Strategy in the Special Region of Yogyakarta based on SWOT Analysis. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the blue ocean strategy of the Company "China Construction Bank Indonesia". Following the "market oriented, customer-centric" business concept, Bank CCB Indonesia is committed to developing itself into a world-class banking group. Existing strategies will be further developed so they can compete in new markets. The method in this research uses surveys and literature studies to understand, research and learn about the strategies used by Bank CCB Indonesia. To reconstruct the elements of Bank CCB Indonesia to enter a new value curve, researchers developed a strategy using several analytical tools, namely The Four Action Framework and The ERRC Grid. The research results show that the blue ocean strategy can increase service user satisfaction, create new market segments, and provide completeness for products and services from Bank CCB Indonesia. Implementation of the strategy will provide positive benefits for banking services businesses to be more competitive in new markets and become a sustainable business. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding and application of the blue ocean strategy in banking services in Indonesia. Apart from that, it can contribute to the development of marketing strategies in the face of intense competition in the banking industry. Abstract

Oral communication, known as "word of mouth", It’s considered the largest and foremost customer communication tool. It can influence the choice of where to buy, the products purchased, and the customer's opinion of certain goods and services. As a form of mass communication, positive word of mouth can arise when customers already have brand commitment as represented by their brand image and brand love. This research is to analyze the impact of brand love and brand image for brand commitment empirically on word of mouth. Our research was conducted using Somethinc objects with a sample of Somethinc product consumers. This descriptive and quantitative method was used in this study using the Partial Least Squares method. Collected data is done by using a questionnaire with an ordinal scale. The respondents' characteristics showed that the majority were somethinc product users with a percentage of female gender as much as 95.2%, age 21-24 years 57.4%, and have jobs as students as much as 67%. The analytical results show a positive relationship between brand love to brand image, brand commitment, and positive WOM, a positive relationship between brand love to brand commitment and positive WOM, to brand commitment to positive WOM, and a positive relationship between brand commitment to positive WOM.
