Abstract

This research aims to analyze the partial influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, the partial influence of income on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, the partial influence of consumer preferences on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, and the simultaneous influence of lifestyle, income, and consumer preferences on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses. This research is quantitative, employing Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling for sample collection, resulting in a sample size of 393 individuals. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analytical techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis and a binary logistic regression model, which encompasses multicollinearity tests, simultaneous tests (omnibus test of model coefficients), individual tests (Wald test), model fit tests (Hosmer and Lemeshow test), model interpretation, model classification accuracy, and the determination coefficient test (Nagelkerke R Square). The results of this study indicate that Lifestyle (X1) and Consumer Preferences (X3) have a significant partial influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y), while Income (X2) does not have a partial influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The simultaneous influence of Lifestyle, Income, and Consumer Preferences directly affecting Purchasing Decisions is 38.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of halal labels on the purchase decision of cosmetic products mediated by the religiosity of the empirical evidence of BKMT Palopo. The type of research used is quantitative to collect data from Muslim entrepreneurs with questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of this study are that there is a significant relationship between the influence of halal labels on purchase decisions, halal labels on and regiliusness and there is a significant influence of religiosity on purchase decisions. This research can also provide deeper insights into consumer preferences that pay attention to halal aspects in the products they buy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of investment, inflation, number of workers, export value, and number of internet users on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia. The data population used in this research is the creative industry subsector of Application and Game Developers in Indonesia in 2011-2015. The analysis method used is the multiple regression analysis method with the EViews program. The results of the research show that investment, number of workers, export value and number of internet users have a significant influence on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia, while inflation does not have a significant influence on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia . subsector of the creative application industry and game developers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the potential and challenges of the coffee agroindustry in Lampung Province through a literature review. As one of the largest coffee producers in Indonesia, Lampung excels in robusta coffee production, with major hubs such as West Lampung and Tanggamus. Despite its significant potential, Lampung's coffee agroindustry faces constraints, including low coffee bean quality, supply chain inefficiencies, limited market access, and suboptimal promotion. Strategic approaches, such as cultivation innovation, post-harvest quality improvement, supply chain coordination, and diversified marketing strategies, are essential to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of this industry. These findings provide valuable insights for the sustainable development of Lampung's coffee agroindustry

Abstract

This thesis discusses the impact of unsecured People's Business Credit (KUR) on the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malimbu Village, Sabbang District. The research aims to determine the impact of unsecured KUR on the growth and development of MSMEs in Malimbu Village. It also aims to assess the changes in income and welfare of the community after receiving unsecured KUR, as well as to evaluate the sustainability of MSMEs in utilizing unsecured KUR for business development in Malimbu Village. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data through observation and interviews. The research instruments or tools used to collect data in this study include mobile phones, cameras, and interview guidelines. The data analysis techniques employed are data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of this research show that: first. Providing People's Business Credit (KUR) without collateral in Malimbu Village has had a significant positive impact on the growth and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). second. Based on research results, this program has proven effective in increasing the income of MSMEs, improving the quality of education, and facilitating access to health services. THIRD. Based on the research results, the level of sustainability of MSMEs in utilizing KUR without collateral for business development in Malimbu Village can be considered good. Abstract

This research discusses the influence of sharia microfinancing on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) among PNM Mekaar Syariah Bara Palopo City customers. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved 93 customers who had received loans at PNM Mekaar Syariah Bara Unit, Palopo City. The data collection procedure uses the Questionnaire and Observation method using linear regression analysis to identify the relationship between micro financing and the development of MSMEs, which is measured through indicators such as increasing business scale, level of business difficulty, capital characteristics, type of business, increasing sales turnover, and job creation. The research results show that sharia microfinancing has a significant positive influence on the development of MSMEs. These findings indicate the important role of sharia financial institutions in supporting the growth of the MSME sector, as well as providing recommendations for developing more effective policies and programs. Abstract

This thesis discusses the Influence of Halal Labels and BPOM on Purchase Decisions with Price as a Moderation Variable of the FEBI IAIN Palopo Student Study.This study aims to analyze the variables of halal labels and BPOM on cosmetic purchase decisions in FEBI IAIN Palopo students. To analyze halal label variables and prices on the decision to purchase cosmetics of FEBI IAIN Palopo students. To analyze the influence of BPOM and price on cosmetic purchase decisions and to analyze halal labels, BPOM, and prices on cosmetic purchase decisions of FEBI IAIN Palopo students. The method used is a quantitative research method that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to determine information about what you want to know. The data source used is primary data through questionnaires. The population was 2,983 people using the slovin formula, the number of samples used was 97 respondents. As well as using purposive sampling. The methods used to test the hypothesis are classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression, and moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The analysis tool in this study uses the help of SPSS Version 20. The results of this study show that halal label variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. BPOM variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. So that the halal label and BPOM have a simultaneous effect that directly affects the purchase decision by 73.4% while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The results of the study using moderation variables show that the price variable cannot moderate the halal label variable on the purchase decision. The price variable also cannot moderate the BPOM variable on the purchase decision. So that the halal label, and BPOM cannot influence the purchase decision by 75.8% after the interaction of price variables as a moderation variable. Abstract

Peran mahasiswa perbankan syariah dalam menjawab kerguan umat islam terhadap perbankan syariah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat.penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran mahasiswa serta faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendorong dan penghambat berkembangnya perbankan syariah . Dalam hal ini mahasiswa perbankan syariah pada Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Islam UIN Sumatera Utara sebagai objek penelitian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah literartur review dan field research,data yang digali dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melaluidata pustaka, observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi mengenai pengetahuan mahasiswa ,kesaan mahasiswa,dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dalam menjawab keraguan umat islam terhadap perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa peran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dalam perbankan syariah dapat dilihat dari kajian-kajian dan membentuk organisasi kemahasiswaan yang menjurus pada perbankan syariah. Faktor pendorong adalah peran mahasiswa akan pentingnya perbankan syariah dalam mengurangi berbagai permasalahan perekonomian ,sedangkan  faktor penghambat adalah ragunya umat islam terhadap perbankan syariah ditambah kurangnya dukungan pihak terkait,sosialisasi,dan kurangnya kerjasama terhadap institusi.

Abstract

Menurut Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 12/POJK.03/2018 Ketentuan Umum Pasal 1  menjelaskan Layanan Perbankan Digital adalah layanan perbankan elektronik yang dikembangkan dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan data nasabah dalam rangka melayani nasabah secara lebih cepat, mudah, dan sesuai kebutuhan (customer experience), serta dapat dilakukan secara mandiri oleh nasabah, dengan memperhatikan aspek keamanan. Kegiatan Perbankan yang dimaksud seperti membuka akun rekening, melakukan transaksi, penutupan rekening dan sebagainya dengan menggunakan media digital. Media digital tersebut salah satunya adalah Mobile Banking. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Minat Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Menggunakan Mobile Banking. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana penulis memaparkan hasil penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan wawancara terhadap nasabah yang menggunakan layanan perbankan digital serta mengumpulkan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Objek penelitian merupakan nasabah perbankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam banyak yang menggunakan Mobile Banking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Sikap, Gaya Hidup dan Kepribadian terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, gaya hidup dan kepribadian secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Korea, untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Korea, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Korea, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Korea. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh Perempuan generasi Z yang ada di kota Palopo, dengan jumlah tidak diketahui. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan, sebanyak 96 orang. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Selanjutnya, data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan regresi berganda, uji t dan uji f. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Sikap  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian  kosmetik Korea, gaya hidup  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Korea, Kepribadian  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Korea. Sikap, gaya hidup dan kepribadian berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Korea sebesar enam puluh delapan koma tiga persen, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dapat dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
