Abstract

Daun kitolod merupakan tumbuhan yang jarang dilirik oleh masyarakat secara umum, tumbuhan ini tumbuh liar dan mudah ditemukan. Daun kitolod (Isotoma longiflora L.) mengandung senyawa seperti flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin, dan politerol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasi sediaan facial wash ekstrak etanol daun kitolod dan uji stabilitas fisik serta menguji aktivitasnya terhadap Staphylococcus epidermidis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimental laboratorium dimana dilakukan uji stabilitas fisik sediaan facial wash ekstrak etanol daun kitolod (Isotoma longiflora L.) berupa uji organoleptik, pH, homogenitas, daya sebar, daya busa, viskositas, iritasi terhadap kulit, stabilitas penyimpanan, dan aktivitasnya terhadap Staphylococcus epidermidis. Ekstrak etanol daun kitolod (Isotoma longiflora L.) kemudian diformulasikan menjadi sediaan facial wash yang dibuat dalam 3 formulasi yaitu F0:0%, F1:15%, F2:20%. Berdasarkan hasil uji stabilitas fisik Hasil evaluasi uji pH F0, F1, dan F2 berurut adalah 5,3; 5,1 dan 5,1. Hasil uji homogenitas semua formulasi menunjukkan bahwa sediaan homogen. Hasil viskositas F0, F1, dan F2 berurut yaitu 1100 cPs; 553,3 cPs dan 600 Cps. Hasil uji iritasi pada kulit dengan enam sukarelawan menunjukkan tidak terjadi iritasi pada kulit,, hasil uji stabilitas penyimpanan selama 6 siklus atau 12 hari penyimpanan pada suhu bergantian 4°C dan 40°C sediaan tetap stabil, sedangkan pada pengujian aktivitasnya terhadap Staphylococcus epidermidis pada formulasi F1 dan F2 menunjukkan hasil memiliki daya hambat dalam kategori kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of halal labels on the purchase decision of cosmetic products mediated by the religiosity of the empirical evidence of BKMT Palopo. The type of research used is quantitative to collect data from Muslim entrepreneurs with questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of this study are that there is a significant relationship between the influence of halal labels on purchase decisions, halal labels on and regiliusness and there is a significant influence of religiosity on purchase decisions. This research can also provide deeper insights into consumer preferences that pay attention to halal aspects in the products they buy.

Abstract

This study explores the optimization of professional zakat collection among civil servant teachers (ASN) in Parepare City, focusing on the roles of Zakat Collecting Units (UPZ), direct salary deductions, and BAZNAS socialization programs. Using a qualitative field study approach, data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation at BAZNAS Parepare. The findings reveal a substantial zakat potential from ASN teachers, estimated at IDR 2,706,480,000 annually, yet the actual collection in 2022 only reached about IDR 600,000,000. The gap is attributed to limited knowledge regarding zakat obligations, economic constraints, and the distribution of zakat funds to various amil zakat institutions. BAZNAS Parepare has implemented strategic measures, including establishing UPZ in government agencies, direct zakat deductions from salaries, and intensive socialization to increase awareness and compliance. The collected zakat is allocated to eight eligible groups (asnaf), with a focus on economic empowerment programs such as business capital assistance and productive facilities for mustahik. These initiatives have shown positive impacts, enabling some mustahik to become muzakki. The study concludes that optimizing professional zakat, especially from ASN teachers, can significantly contribute to poverty alleviation and economic empowerment in Parepare. Further efforts are needed to enhance zakat literacy, strengthen regulations, and innovate collection methods for maximum impact.
