Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana Strategi pemasaran PT. Indofood Di Kota Palopo, dengan masalah bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Indofood, Upaya apa yang dilakukan oleh PT. Indofood dalam mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif suatu produk. Tujuannya adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh PT. Indofood. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya perusahaan dalam meningkatkan dan meraih keunggulan yang kompetitif dalam suatu produk, manfaatnya adalah sebagai bahan informasi bagi pihak PT. Indofood dalam memecahkan  masalah yang dihadapi khususnya mengenai masalah pemasaran, hasil penelitian ini dapat menambah informasi dan referensi bacaan bagi semua pihak yang membutuhkan baik maupun dosen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis pendekatan sosiologis normatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, lokasi penelitian di Jln. Batara, subjek penelitian adalah Pimpinan PT. Indofood dan karyawan, sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta teknik pengolahan dan analisa data yang digunakan adalah deduktif dan induktif. Berdasarkan dari data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran pada PT. Indofood memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan dan mencapai target yang diinginkan, bentuk-bentuk strategi yang dilakukan: Segmentasi Pasar, Kompensasi Harga, Promosi, dan Produk.

Abstract

Permasalahan pokok hasil penelitian yaitu bagaimana kesadaran merek, citra merek, respons terhadap merek, dan hubungan dengan merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusaan pembelian handphone di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Palopo? Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Software SPSS versi 22. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 95 orang mahasiswa Fakultas ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Palopo. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket/Kuesioner. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda, uji T, uji F dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesadaran merek, citra merek, dan respon terhadap merek mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan hubungan dengan merek berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan  dengan keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian tersebut digambarkan ke dalam persamaan regresi linear berganda, Y=0,544+0,163X1+0,235X2+0,314X3+0,071X4, dimana X1 = kesadaran merek, X2 = citra merek, X3 = Respon terhadap merek  dan X4 = hubungan dengan merek.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of profitability ratios on PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk's financial performance in 2020-2022. The method used is quantitative analysis, which calculates the return on assets (ROA), return on Equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM) ratios from the company's financial statements. The results show that ROA increased sharply in 2021 but decreased in 2022. ROE also experienced a similar trend, while NPM fell drastically from 59% in 2020 to 1.13% in 2022. This decline reflects the company's operational efficiency and cost control challenges, negatively impacting profitability. These findings emphasize the need for strategic evaluation to improve financial performance in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan usaha pegadaian syariah terhadap tingkat distribusi mikro arrum di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia periode 2012-2022. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu pendekatan yang menekankan pengujian teori atau hipotesis melalui pengukuran variabel penelitian dalam angka dan melakukan analisis data. Sampel yang digunakan berasal dari Laporan Tahunan PT. Ada 11 sampel dari pegadaian dari tahun 2012-2022. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji data deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana pada data panel, uji t (parsial) uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Berdasarkan analisis data, disebutkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh pendapatan terhadap distribusi mikroarrum pada tahun 2012-2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Peran Kredit Usaha Rakyat bagi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro di Kecamatan Lamasi, Kabupaten Lamasi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) bagi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro di Kecamatan Lamasi, Kabupaten Luwu. Skripsi ini membahas tentang Peran Kredit Usaha Rakyat untuk Pengembangan Usaha Mikro di Kecamatan Lamasi, Kabupaten Lamasi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) bagi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro di Kecamatan Lamasi, Kabupaten Luwu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) di Kabupaten Lamasi harus melalui beberapa tahapan mulai dari penawaran hingga pencairan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) kepada nasabah. Tahapan yang akan dilalui meliputi inisiasi, analisis, dan persetujuan. Setelah pencairan dana Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), ada tahap selanjutnya yang disebut pasca kontrak. Tahapan pasca kontrak meliputi restrukturisasi dan pemeliharaan setelah Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dicairkan. Kemudian dari hasil analisis perkembangan Usaha Mikro, setelah menggunakan fasilitas dana Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), terjadi peningkatan dari segi penjualan atau omzet pendapatan, peningkatan jumlah pelanggan dan peningkatan volume kualitas produk, menunjukkan perubahan signifikan setelah menggunakan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang ditandai dengan terpenuhinya ketiga indikator pengembangan usaha tersebut. Pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) oleh bank kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja Usaha Mikro, yang dapat dilihat dari selisih keuntungan sebelum dan sesudah menerima Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR).

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether knowledge, promotion, facilities, and location factors affect people's interest in saving at BSI KCP Ratulangi Palopo. And whether religiosity as a mederation variable can strengthen/increase the factors of knowledge, promotion, facilities and location on the interest in saving. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire/questionnaire, which is distributed online to the people of Palopo City who use Sharia banks. The results of the study showed that the variables of knowledge had no effect on interest in saving while the variables of promotion, facilities, and location had a significant effect on interest in saving and religiosity moderated the variables of knowledge, promotion, facilities, and location on interest in saving at BSI KCP Ratulangi Palopo. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, ease of use, and security on the decision to use mobile banking in Generation Z. In the digital era like today the behavior of generation to generation has changed a lot, especially in terms of conducting banking transactions, which prioritizes aspects of ease of use, security and according to the lifestyle of gen Z in today's digital era. The convenience of mobile banking transaction services is able to change lifestyles, especially among students. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, which was distributed online to FEBI students, with a total population of 2,430 students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at IAIN Palopo. The sample used with the Slovin technique formula was 99 students. The data analysis technique used is data analysis test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that, the lifestyle variable (X1) partially has a significant and positive effect on the decision to use mobile banking in generation Z. This can be seen from the Thitung value of X1. This can be seen that the value of Tcount> Ttable. Then the ease of use variable (X2) partially has a significant and positive effect on the decision to use mobile banking. This can be seen that the value of Tcount> Ttable. And the security variable has a significant and positive effect on the decision to use mobile banking in generation Z. This can be seen that the value of Tcount> Ttable. Finally, the lifestyle, ease of use and security variables simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the decision to use mobile banking in generation Z. This can be seen that Fcount> Ttable. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Lifestyle on the Welfare of Communities Recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Palopo City. This research aims to determine the influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) on the welfare of PKH recipient communities in Palopo City in part, to determine the influence of Lifestyle on the welfare of PKH recipient communities in Palopo City in part, and to determine the effect of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Lifestyle on the welfare of PKH recipient communities in Palopo City simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative to examine the influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and lifestyle on the welfare of the people who receive the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Palopo City. The population in this study were recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Palopo City. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling technique and determined the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Based on this formula, the number of samples used was 99 people. Data was obtained through observation and questionnaires. Furthermore, this research data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that the Family Hope Program (PKH) variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare with a tcount value of 10.187 > ttable value 1.984 (Y) Lifestyle (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare with a tcount value of 6.118 > ttable value 1.984 (Y) recipients of the family hope program in Palopo City. The Family Hope Program (X1) Lifestyle (X2) simultaneously has a significant effect on community welfare with an Fcount value of 107, 594 > Ftable value 3,090 (Y) for recipients of the Family Hope Program in Palopo City. The ability of the Family Hope Program (PKH) (X1) and Lifestyle (X2) in explaining the influence on community welfare (Y) of recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Palopo City is 68.5% and the remaining 31.5% is explained by other variables not included in the research. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the partial influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, the partial influence of income on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, the partial influence of consumer preferences on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, and the simultaneous influence of lifestyle, income, and consumer preferences on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses. This research is quantitative, employing Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling for sample collection, resulting in a sample size of 393 individuals. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analytical techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis and a binary logistic regression model, which encompasses multicollinearity tests, simultaneous tests (omnibus test of model coefficients), individual tests (Wald test), model fit tests (Hosmer and Lemeshow test), model interpretation, model classification accuracy, and the determination coefficient test (Nagelkerke R Square). The results of this study indicate that Lifestyle (X1) and Consumer Preferences (X3) have a significant partial influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y), while Income (X2) does not have a partial influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The simultaneous influence of Lifestyle, Income, and Consumer Preferences directly affecting Purchasing Decisions is 38.4%.

Abstract

This thesis discusses digital literacy in the tourism sector based on local wisdom. The research aims to determine the level of digital literacy competence of local wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City. This research uses a quantitative research design with a descriptive statistical analysis approach. The population in this study is local wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method, resulting in 35 samples of local wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents. The results of this study indicate that the level of digital literacy competence of local wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City, measured using the UNESCO DLGF Framework (2018), is in the moderate category with an index score of Respondents' ability to operate digital hardware and software (device and software operations) is in the high category (index score of 4.02). Meanwhile, respondents' ability in digital data, information, and content literacy (information and data literacy) is in the moderate category (index score of 3.32), their ability in collaboration and communication through digital technology (communication and collaboration) is in the moderate category (index score of 3.15), their ability in creating and editing digital content (digital content creation) is in the moderate category (index score of 2.97), their ability to protect data, privacy, and digital devices (safety) is in the high category (index score of 3.57), and their ability in digital gap analysis (problem solving) is in the moderate category (index score of 2.85). Thus, local wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City excel in two abilities with the highest index scores, namely device and software operations and safety. However, other abilities still need to be improved, especially digital content creation and problem solving with index scores of only 2.97 and 2.85, respectively, to be more active in digitally branding local wisdom tourism objects in Palopo City
