Abstract

Floods are the most frequent natural disasters, both in terms of their intensity in one place and the number of locations in a year, which is around 40% of other natural disasters. Even in some places, flooding is an annual routine. The location of the incident can be urban or rural, developing countries or even developed countries. Geographic Information System (GIS) is one tool that can be used to assist the government in tackling flood-prone areas. In addition, GIS can also provide information to the public to be more vigilant. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to create a geographic information system for mapping flood-prone areas in the city of Samarinda based on a web that can assist the government in tackling flood-prone areas and provide information on flood-prone areas. to society.Keyword— GIS, prone areas, flooding, web, webGIS

Abstract

Measuring product demand is an important process for e-commerce companies to assess product viability in the future production. Measuring product demand can assist e-commerce companies to produce and developing new products based on market potential. Decision maker usually only using their best seller product as indicator to estimate future market trend. But in the fact future market trend will not only based on best seller product, but also there several criteria which is needs attention too. In order to use several criteria to estimate market trend, need some analysis so it will take a long time. With Decision Support System (DSS), decision making will be easier and faster. In this research the DSS takes into consideration the following input variables:  Total Sales (TS), Rating (R), Viewed (V), Total Comments (TC) and output Product Demand (PD). Once the Fuzzy Inference System model has been developed, an assessment of the variables is made through testing 1-years data, which allows verifying how the variables behave in the system under study, and their impact on the output variables. Abstract

The batik raw material purchase order application is a website application that will be used by Batik MSMEs to be able to help managers make decisions in determining the quantity of raw material orders. To ensure the application meets the expected functional requirements, testing is required. Testing is done using Black Box Testing, which is validating the output from the given data input. Test cases in black box testing can be designed using use cases, because the functional requirements of the application are described in the use case diagram. Test case design that can assist in finding application errors are an important consideration in application testing. There are several types of methods that can be used in determining test cases including Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning. Boundary value analysis can only be used to test data types with range values. Whereas the Equivalence partition is used to exploit all possible data based on defined criteria. So in this study the test was carried out by combining Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning. The test results show the method can find errors from effective applications, this is evidenced by the DRE value obtained of 0.45, which means that 45% of the test cases built did not pass the test.Keyword— Black Box Testing, Boundary Analysis Value, Equivalence Partitioning, MSMEs, Use Case

Abstract

Insan Permata Hospital is a company engaged in the health sector, Insan Permata Hospital is a company that provides the best health services for the people in the city of South Tangerang with type C class and has followed accreditation from the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS) with achievements that have passed and get the main ranking or 4 stars. The process of selecting the best employee at the Insan Permata Hospital is based on direct observation in the assessment process carried out in paper format and this will certainly take a long time and the results are less objective, in selecting employees this is routinely carried out every semester, and the employee appraisal system is still subjective, of course this causes several problems including the accumulation of files, when data is needed, it takes a long time to look for it, data is slipped or lost and others. To overcome this, the authors try to provide a solution by comparing 2 methods, namely TOPSIS and SAW for selecting the best employees according to SDM requirements at Insan Permata Hospital, with 3 criteria including: Aspects of work based on Key Performance Indicators, Behavioral and Managerial Aspects . From the results of the comparisons made by the authors of the TOPSIS method, the solution needed compared to the SAW method, so that the problem of giving bonuses to the Permata Insan Hospital for the best employees can be resolved properly.Keywords: Comparison method, TOPSIS and SAW, Best Employees

Abstract

The circumstances and natural in the Pasuruan Regency area are in the highlands so that they have hilly land surface contours. Several times there were forest fires that could not be controlled due to lack of information. Therefore we need an automated system that can provide information directly through the sms gateway. SMS communication media can provide notifications so that fire information will not come again because it will come to the field. The goal is to use an Arduino that is connected to a sensor as soon as possible and a fire that will send data with an IoT-based 800l SIM and an sms gateway will be able to cause accidents due to fires because fire information can be known quickly on fire notifications.Keywords— Fire, SIM800l, SMS Gateway

Abstract

The website has become an important part of government matters for government agencies. To find out the level of satisfaction of website users need to be considered in order to be an assessment for website managers. In this evaluation process the writer uses the webqual method and guidelines for administering a web site from the government. In the process of data analysis, researchers invited a questionnaire using the purposive sampling method, and the number of respondents was 30 people, with the analysis completing the validity and reliability testing. Furthermore, the questionnaire data was processed according to the distribution of respondents produced by the OKU Disdukcapil website received a good response from respondents with a yield rate of 65.83%. Then the website that is in accordance with the Government Guidelines with the Disdukcapil OKU website results with a percentage of conformity level of 62.06%.Keywords: website, webqual, usability

Abstract

Performance measurement as an agency's internal audit process in the context of Information Technology General Control (ITGC) functions to track, study and provide results on how to apply Information Technology (IT) in an agency. The implementation of the internal audit framework used helps provide better IT recommendations. With the Semantic Lirature Review (SLR) on several research results on the application of IT performance measurement in Indonesia, it aims to find out what agencies are implementing, the framework used and how the results of the implementation of performance measurement are. From the results of the search with the SLR, it provides several conclusions including a description of the condition of IT and recommendations for better IT implementation, and it is possible to continue to develop or integrate parts of the performance measurement framework to provide better IT audit results and increase the variety of contributions in the audit field. Abstract

Take a trip to a place using two-wheeled vehicles, namely motorbikes, sometimes for newcomers or people who travel far from their homes, not all know the conditions of the place and the angle of the area they visit, sometimes when experiencing obstacles on a motorcycle, such as a leaky tire or a strike vehicle, it will be difficult to find a tire patch or workshop location because they do not know the area they are visiting. Limited information about the location of services for motorbike vehicles that cause difficulties for someone who is experiencing problems with their vehicles in certain locations. Difficulties will be felt more when the driver is there an important need or hurry. In this design, users can easily use this Android-based tire patch and workshop search application, which will display the location of the nearest tire patch and workshop service from the user's position. The purpose of this paper is to provide information, directions, and provide location information for tire patches and workshops for motorbikes. The conclusion of the making of this paper is that the Android-based mobile application designed can provide information to users about the location of tire patching services and workshops for motorbikes by using maps, and guiding users to the location by using Google Maps service-based mapsKeywords: Android, GPS, Application, Searcg, Bubble Sort.

Abstract

One of the developments in information technology in this era of the millennial generation is a Decision Support System. This system was built with the aim of accelerating decision making and shortening time, it would take a long time if calculated/processed manually. This study aims to develop an existing system to provide efficiency and accuracy for students to provide extracurricular recommendations at the Aras Kabu Tanjungbalai Education Foundation School. The criteria and weight of the criteria that will be used as a reference in making decisions regarding these extracurricular recommendations include Interests, Talents, Achievements, Knowledge and Creativity. Then do the calculations using theMFEP method. This study found that voice guided extracurricular options were more dominant than scouts, sports and the arts.Keywords— Profile Matching, DSS, Recommendations, Extracurricular, Talent Interests.

Abstract

Forecasting (forecasting) product sales in the business world provides significant benefits. A company can predict the number of sales in the future based on past data. PT Tristania Global Indonesia is a company that supplies customer requests in the form of medical and laboratory equipment in the Bali area and its surroundings. Transaction data owned by PT TGI has not been used optimally and is only a historical record so that further processing is needed. Through the transaction data, product sales forecasting analysis will be carried out using the Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method with parameters p,d,q of 4,2,1. This parameter test was implemented on one of the categories of goods and city names, namely "Microbiology" and "Denpasar" for a total of 1872 data. Evaluation of the method using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) formula produces a value of 4.129 (0.04129). This shows that the product sales forecasting analysis using the ARIMA method has an acceptable error value, which is less than one of the critical values or alpha of 0.05, so this forecasting method is suitable to be applied to cases at PT.
