Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aim to analyze the role affective commitment in mediating the influence of organizational culture and training on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of the Semarang City Culture and Tourism Office totaling 120 people. The sample was taken using the census method. Meanwhile, 111 questionnaires were processed. The method of analysis uses multiple regression model path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, so it can be interpreted that the more understood organizational culture, the higher affective commitment. Training has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, so it can be interpreted that the more effective the training is, the higher the affective commitment. Affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the affective commitment, the better the employee's performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that it can be interpreted that the more understood organizational culture, the better employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the better the training is, the better the employee's performance. The results of the analysis of the mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that affective commitment can mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. This proves that affective commitment is a mediating variable of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Affective commitment can mediate the effect of training on employee performance. This proves that affective commitment is a mediating variable of the effect of training on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational culture, training, affective commitment, employee performance ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komtmen afektif dalam memediasi pengaruha budaya organisasi dan training terhahap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Semarang berjumlah 120 orang. Adapun sampel diambil menggunakan metode sensus. Sedangkan yang diolah sebanyak 111 kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis jalur model regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin dipahami budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi komitmen afektif. Training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin efektif training maka semakin tinggi komitmen afektif. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen afektif maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin dipahami budaya organisasi maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin baik training yang dilakukan maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis variabel mediasi dengan menggunakan uji Sobel, menemukan komitmen afektif dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini membuktikan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel mediasi dari pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen afektif dapat memediasi pengaruh training terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work and employee performance training on the quality of work life as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of PT Cassanatama Naturindo Semarang, perhaps 103 people. The number of samples taken by all members of the population using the census method. Methods of data analysis using regression data processing using SPSS. The test results show that work stress has a negative significant effect on the quality of work life. Training has a positive significant effect on the quality of work life. The quality of work life has a positive significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a negative significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive significant effect on employee performance.The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that the quality of work life did not mediate the effect of work stress on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research on profitability aims to analyze the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on BPR Profitability in Indonesia by mediating Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The population is 1,546 rural banks in Indonesia, while the sample based on the Slovin formula with an error of 10% obtained 94, but there are outlier 3, so the final sample is 91, with an observation period of 2015-2019, so there are 455 samples. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analytical method used is path analysis with multiple linear regression which is processed through the SPSS program.The results showed that LDR had a significant positive effect on GCG. CAR has a significant positive effect on GCG. LDR has a significant positive effect on ROA. CAR has a significant positive effect on ROA. GCG has a significant positive effect on ROA. GCG is proven to mediate the effect of LDR on ROA. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on overall teacher performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as a mediating variable. The population of this study were teachers at SMK Bhina Tunas Bakti Juwana, totaling 111 people and all of them were used as samples. Data processing techniques with SPSS 17.0. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The Sobel test found that Organizational Citizenship Behavior can adjust the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on teacher performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and hospital image on patient satisfaction at Dr. Karyadi Hospital Semarang. The population in this study were patients at Dr. Karyadi Hospital Semarang is unlimited. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula and using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing 1 (H1) show that service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction, meaning that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied patients are treated. Testing hypothesis 2 (H2) has a positive effect on patient satisfaction, meaning that the better the facilities in hospital, the more satisfied the patients treated will be. Testing hypothesis 3 (H3) hospital image has a positive effect on patient satisfaction, meaning that the better the image of Dr. Karyadi Hospital Semarang, the more satisfied the patients treated will be. Keywords: Quality of service, facilities, hospital image, and patient satisfaction ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, dan citra rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di RSUP Dr. Karyadi Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan di RSUP Dr. Karyadi Semarang yang berjumlah tidak terbatas. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan menggunjakan sampel 100 responden. Alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis pengujian hipotesis 1 (H1) menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien, artinya semakin baik kualitas pelayanan, maka akan semakin puas pasien yang dirawat. Pengujian hipotesis 2 (H2) fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien, artinya semakin baik fasilitas, maka akan semakin puas pasien yang dirawat. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, workload and work environment on teachers of SMK Muhamadiyah 1 Semarang. The sample in this study amounted to 30 with the census method. Data processing is processed with SPSS. The results of this study found that work motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance. Workload has a negative effect on teacher performance. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior with career satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediating variables. The population in this study were employees of the State Treasury Service Office in Central Java as many as 452 people. Sampling in this study using the Purposive Judgment Sampling method, a total of 102 people who can be processed. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on career satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Career satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the results of the Sobel test, career satisfaction mediating organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior concluded that career satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Third Party Funds (DPK) and interest rates (BI rate) on bank performance (ROA) through disbursed loans. The population in this study is data on commercial banks in Indonesia, while the sample was taken for 60 months (January 2016–December 2020). The analytical technique used is two-stage regression. The results of the analysis show that TPF has a positive and significant effect on credit, so hypothesis 1 (H1) that TPF has an effect on credit is proven, TPF has a positive impact or can increase the amount of credit at commercial banks in Indonesia. The BI rate has a positive and significant effect on credit, so hypothesis 2 (H2) that the BI rate has an effect on credit is proven. Thus the increase in the BI rate will increase lending to commercial banks in Indonesia. Credit has a positive and significant effect on bank performance so that hypothesis 3 (H3) that credit affects bank performance is proven, credit distribution has a positive impact or can improve bank performance at banks. -commercial banks in Indonesia. Keyword : DPK, BI Rate, Credit, ROA ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) dan tingkat bunga (BI rate) terhadap kinerja bank (ROA) melalui kredit yang disalurkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data DPK, BI rate, kreditdan ROA dari seluruh bank umum yang ada di Indonesia, sedangkan sampelnya diambil selama 60 bulan (Januari tahun 2016–Desember 2020). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi dua tahap. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa DPK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kredit sehingga hipotesis 1 (H1) bahwa DPK berpengaruh terhadap kredit terbukti, DPK berdampak positif atau dapat meningkatkan jumlah kredit pada bank-bank umu di Indonesia.BI rate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kredit sehingga hipotesis 2 (H2) bahwa BI rate berpengaruh terhadap kredit terbukti. Dengan demikian kenaikan BI rate akan meningkatkan penyaluran kredit pada bank-bank umum di Indonesia.Kredit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bank sehingga hipotesis 3 (H3) bahwa kredit berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bank terbukti, penyaluran kredit berdampak positif atau dapat meningkatkan kinerja bank pada bank-bank umum di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : DPK, BI rate, kredit, ROA

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to analyze the effect of dividend payout ratio and price earning ratio on price company stock in manufacture companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Samples were selected through purposive sampling of 110 companies. The method of data collecting used library research, and data analysis using regression. The result show that dividend payout ratio has a positive and significant effect on share price, and price earning ratio has a positive and significant effect on share price. Keywords : Devidend Payout Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Price Company Stock AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mengenai pengaruh dividend payout ratio dan price earning ratio terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Poluasi dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha manufaktur BEI pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 193 perusahaan. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling sejumlah 110 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, dan teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dividend payout ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, dan price earning ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci : Devidend Payout Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Harga Saham

Abstract

ABSTRACTRepurchase intention is the customer's decision to repurchase goods or services that they have previously purchased from the company, including online transportation sectors. Repurchase intention is influenced by perceived value. In addition to perceived value, perceived service quality is also considered as one of the repurchase intention behavioral factors, where the higher the service quality perceived by the customer, the more likely the customer will repurchase. Satisfaction is considered as a strong indicator in encouraging customers to repurchase and in some cases it can moderate perceived value and perceived service quality to repurchase intention. However, there are still deviations regarding the role of customer satisfaction as intervening between perceived value and perceived service quality in transportation services such as Grab. Thus, there is still a need to study the effect of perceived value and perceived service quality on repurchase intention, as well as the influence of satisfaction in intervening those effects. This research is a causality study with a quantitative approach with a total of 146 respondents involved. The statistical analysis in this study used Structural Equation Model and Sobel Test. The results showed that perceived value and perceived service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived value and customer satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Moreover, this study is able to prove that customer satisfaction plays a role as an intervening variable on the effect of perceived value and perceived service quality on repurchase intention of Grab service users in Semarang. Keyword : Custumor satisfaction, Percieved value, Percieved service quality, Repurchase intention ABSTRAKRepurchase intention adalah keputusan pelanggan untuk membeli ulang barang atau jasa yang pernah mereka beli sebelumnya dari perusahaan, termasuk sektor transportasi online. Repurchase intention dipengaruhi oleh perceived value. Selain perceived value, perceived service quality juga dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor perilaku repurchase intention, dimana semakin tinggi service quality yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan maka besar kemungkinan pelanggan akan kembali membeli produk dari perusahaan tersebut akan semakin tinggi. Kepuasan (satisfaction) dianggap sebagai indikator kuat dalam mendorong pelanggan untuk membeli ulang dan dalam beberapa penelitian dapat memoderasi perceived value dan perceived service quality terhadap repurchase intention. Akan tetapi, hingga saat ini masih terdapat kesenjangan mengenai hubungan variabel-variabel ini. Kajian mengenai pengaruh perceived value dan perceived service quality terhadap repurchase intention, serta besar pengaruh customer satisfaction dalam menjembataninya masih perlu dilakukan pada layanan transportasi online Grab. Penelitian termasuk dalam penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 146 responden. Analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perceived value dan perceived service quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Perceived value dan customer satisfaction juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Terlebih lagi, penelitian ini mampu membuktikan bahwa customer satisfaction berperan sebagai variabel intervening pada pengaruh perceived value dan perceived service quality terhadap repurchase intention pada pengguna jasa Grab di Kota Semarang. Keyword : Custumor satisfaction, Percieved value, Percieved service quality, Repurchase intention
