The research method used in this research uses qualitative methods with a quantitative approach. The 360 degree feedback method is used to find data from respondents, namely from superiors, colleagues, themselves and subordinates. Based on the research that had been done, it had succeeded in determining the best workers from each discipline and position based on the calculation of variables and indicators used. The 360 degree feedback performance assessment can help the company appropriately to provide rewards for workers with the highest percentage and provide punishment for workers with lowest percentage. The calculation of these variables and indicators helps the company to find the right solution in an effort to optimize the performance of its employees. Keywords: performance, performance appraisal, 360 degree feedback method

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about extrinsic motivation and work experience and its effect on employee performance in the Serang Baru District Office. This study uses a saturated sample so that the population is the same as the sample of 80 employees, at the Serang Baru District Office. The method used is validation test, reliability test, then classical assumption test, which includes normality test and multicollinearity, as well as heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, multiple linear equations, F test, coefficient of determination, and t test. The data of this research used observation methods and questionnaires distributed to 80 samples which were addressed to employees of the Serang Baru District Office. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded: 1) Extrinsic motivation does not affect employee performance because employees are willing to work more than expected regardless of extrinsic motivation or not. 2) Employee performance is strongly influenced by work experience. The more experience, they get while working, the more knowledge they will get. 3) Employee performance will be better with the support of experienced employees so as to increase the level of output produced.             Keywords: Employee Performance, Extrinsic Motivation, Work Experience

Abstract

This research aims to find out the main attributes consumers consider in instant noodle purchases, and to know their attitudes and behaviors. The data source in this study was obtained from 167 respondents in Bogor City Area.Statistical analysis used in this study includes analysis of multi-attribute models of fishbein, subjective norms and Theory of reasoned action. The result of fishbein analysis is as follows four most important evaluation attribute is the number of flavor variations of 1.56, then ease of obtaining products, product halalness and quick/practical in serving with scores of 1.53, 1.42 and 1.35 respectively. The smallest evaluation value is given to the gift-giving attribute in the sale of 0.59 packs. This illustrates that respondents consider promotional attributes in the form of gifts less important than other attributes. However, the score is still in an important category. From the behavioral model it appears that of the four brands analyzed having a value of B ~ BI positive (greater than zero) this means the consumer behavior for the above brands is good or positive.Indomie has the largest value of 30.58 compared to other brands describing the attitude of consumers inclined to make purchases against larger Indomie. Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Fishbein Analysis, Instant Noodles, Subjective Norm Analysis, Theory of Reasoned Action

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine whether social responsibility and corporate governance actually have a significant effect on the risk of the company's stock price. The independent variable in this study is social responsibility and corporate governance, while the dependent variable is the risk of stock prices. There are four control variables in this study, namely company size, return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), and stock price volatility. This study collects data from 26 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a period of 5 years (2014-2018) and uses a multiple regression model for testing. The findings of this study indicate that social responsibility, company size, ROE, EPS, and stock price volatility have no significant effect on stock price risk. Meanwhile, corporate governance has a significant positive effect on stock price risk. The results of this research can be used to present a successful model for banking companies in Indonesia to concentrate more on social responsibility and corporate governance in mitigating their share price risk. All studies have used NCSKEW and DUVOL as measures of share price risk. In the novelty of this study, the Coefficient of Variation is used to measure the dependent variable so that the measurement can be distinguished from previous studies. Keywords: Banking Industry, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Multiple Regression, Stock Price Risk
