<![CDATA[This study aims to examine how Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology can be utilized to improve teacher performance at MTsN 1 Jombang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the type of field research where the researcher is directly involved in the research location and acts as the primary instrument. Data collection techniques were carried out in observation, documentation, and interviews. There are two data sources in this study, namely primary and secondary. Primary data is generated from interviews with the head of the madrasah, deputy head of curriculum, and six teachers at MTsN 1 Jombang. Simultaneously, secondary data is obtained from books, the internet, and scientific journals. Data analysis in this study went through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that implementing AI technology to support teacher performance at MTsN 1 Jombang is classified as good. This is reflected in the number of teachers who are helped with administrative tasks, teaching skills, creativity, and learning innovation by utilizing AI technology. Based on the data obtained, at MTsN 1 Jombang, implementing AI technology makes it more accessible. It increases the effectiveness and efficiency in completing various tasks, opening up opportunities for more creative learning innovations.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to uncover schools' efforts in enhancing English language proficiency, revealing exemplary programs and their implications for students. The study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, data analysis techniques were applied from the beginning to the conclusion of the research. The research findings indicate that the school's efforts to enhance students' English language skills are evident within the school environment, manifested through announcements, school radio, instructions, and displays in various school areas entirely in English. Additionally, the school encourages its students to use English when acting as Masters of Ceremony. These school efforts are supported by exemplary programs such as using English-language math, science, and ICT textbooks, religious lectures, Hadith readings, ESL, "I Speak English" pins, international exposure, and book report presentations. Implementing these exemplary programs has positively impacted students, elevating the school's reputation with achievements at the city and international levels.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the role of religious extracurricular activities in fostering religious moderation among university students. In the context of increasing social polarization and extremism, the role of universities in fostering moderate attitudes is crucial. A quantitative approach was used, combining surveys and interviews with 20 students from various faculties, including 10 students who actively participated in religious extracurricular activities and 10 who were not involved. Respondents were aged 18 to 25 and came from various religious backgrounds. The results showed that participation in religious extracurricular activities positively contributed to developing tolerance, empathy, and strengthening of moderation values among university students. The results of this study indicate that extracurricular activities can be an effective means of building a culture of religious moderation, as well as a strategic effort to counteract the potential for radicalization. This study recommends developing more inclusive and dialogue-based extracurricular programs to further promote religious moderation among young people, especially university students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines various digital marketing strategies that can improve branding efforts in pesantren. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze digital marketing strategies in improving branding in pesantren. The findings show that integrating traditional values with modern digital innovations can significantly increase the effectiveness of branding efforts in pesantren. In addition, community engagement through various outreach programs increases the social impact of these institutions and strengthens their position as significant contributors to local economic development. The discussion highlighted five key strategies: strengthening a unique identity, leveraging digital media, developing flagship programs, building strategic partnerships, and engaging the community in social initiatives. Each strategy is critical to strengthening the educational mission of pesantren while fostering a deeper relationship with the surrounding community. This study concludes that pesantren equipped with a solid digital marketing approach and a clear strategic direction can improve their branding and educational effectiveness. Future research is recommended to investigate the specific impact of community empowerment programs and the utilization of digital technology on the quality of education in pesantren, as well as longitudinal studies to assess the long-term success of the strategic partnerships formed by these institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the perceptions, attitudes, and understanding of digital leadership practices among school principals and teachers, focusing on their potential impact on school performance. A qualitative research approach was employed, using semi-structured interviews with school principals and teachers to collect in-depth data on their views and experiences. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify recurring themes related to the role of digital leadership in school management. Key findings highlight that digital leadership enhances school management quality through fostering a culture of innovation, embracing change, setting clear goals, and effectively utilizing technology. Specifically, participants emphasized the importance of digital leadership in promoting creative problem-solving, facilitating adaptability to evolving educational needs, and ensuring goal alignment with school improvement initiatives. Additionally, digital leaders' ability to leverage technology for instructional and administrative tasks was crucial in supporting data-driven decision-making processes. The study concludes that digital leadership is pivotal in improving school performance by fostering innovation, adaptability, and clear strategic direction while emphasizing the importance of technological competence. These findings offer significant implications for educational management, advocating for leadership models that prioritize digital capabilities to meet the demands of modern education.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the relationship between organizational culture and leadership styles among Local Government Unit (LGU) departments in Santo Tomas, Davao Del Norte. A descriptive correlational research design was employed, with data collected from 108 department head employees using a sample size calculator. The organizational culture questionnaire was adapted from Dawson et al. (2011), while the leadership style questionnaire was derived from Marx et al. (2015). Respondents completed the questionnaires personally distributed and collected by the researchers. The findings revealed a mean score of 4.45 (very high) for organizational culture and 4.51 (very high) for leadership style. A significant positive correlation was identified between organizational culture and leadership styles (r = 0.573, p = 0.001), indicating that higher levels of organizational culture are associated with enhanced leadership styles. These results highlight the crucial role of organizational culture in shaping leadership behaviors within LGU departments. The implications of these findings are discussed about organizational development and leadership practices in public administration.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to explore the role of quality management in enhancing school competitiveness at SMAN 5 Serang City. The study focused on four key questions: (1) how does educational quality planning improve school competitiveness? (2) How does the implementation of educational quality enhance competitiveness? (3) How does the evaluation process of educational quality contribute to school competitiveness? And (4) what actions are taken during the evaluation process to improve competitiveness? This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations and field notes. Data analysis used narrative analysis from existing data sources. The findings revealed that (1) the planning process for improving educational quality included several strategic steps. (2) Implementation involved meeting targets set in the planning stage, though the school still needed to work on optimizing competitiveness and managing facilities effectively. (3) Educational quality evaluations were conducted through regular monitoring, focusing on the curriculum and human resource development. However, competitiveness and facilities management still need to be improved. (4) The school implemented in-house training and improved school information systems to address these challenges. The researcher recommends further studies on the role of quality management in school competitiveness, either in this location or in different settings. Future research could also focus on other topics in the exact location, such as at SMAN 5 Serang City.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify and describe how Islamic education policies in Indonesia can be improved to suit the learning needs of the 21st century. This research is a type of library research with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from three sources “Google Scholar” “ScienceDirect” and “RISE.” The discussion in this research highlights and contributes to the formulation of Islamic education policy to prioritize 21st-century learning, which includes building a commitment to mastering basic literacy and numeracy skills, measuring learning periodically, accurately, and relevantly, aligning the system with learning commitments, supporting teachers in the teaching and learning process, and adapting approaches in taking education policies. Apart from that, the agenda for formulating Islamic education policies must focus on these five priorities while maintaining Islamic religious values as the primary foundation. This study shows the importance of reform policies that focus on the use of technology in Islamic education, improving teacher quality, and digital-based innovative learning. Therefore, Islamic education policies in Indonesia must be designed objectively to create a generation that produces graduates with cognitive intelligence, strong character and morals, spiritual strength, and intellectual qualities that can compete on the global stage.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of the Merdeka curriculum, with a particular focus on the integration of Arabic language teaching at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Aceh Tamiang, Indonesia. This study utilized a qualitative multi-case approach, focusing on three public madrasah's and one private madrasah. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis, with respondents comprising 20 seventh-grade Arabic and general subject teachers, four madrasah principals, four curriculum deputies, and four madrasah operators. Findings reveal that the Merdeka curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Aceh Tamiang varied across institutions. While some schools demonstrated systematic approaches, disparities emerged in teacher training patterns, readiness for 21st-century skills, and the availability of digital education facilities. These challenges hindered the effective implementation of the curriculum and resulted in the absence of a clear evaluation framework. This study recommends that the government and education policymakers enhance teacher training distribution, improve digital education infrastructure, increase teacher welfare, and establish structured evaluation frameworks to optimize curriculum implementation in addressing global challenges.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the influence of digital literacy and teaching experience on teachers' pedagogical competencies and essential skills, which are crucial for ensuring effective and high-quality learning processes. In the digital era, digital literacy empowers teachers to integrate technology into teaching, while teaching experience shapes their ability to manage classrooms and deliver effective instruction. Despite the increasing importance of these factors, there still needs to be a gap in understanding how they interact to enhance pedagogical competence. Data was gathered by administering questionnaires to 136 private senior high school teachers in the Cengkareng sub-district, who were chosen proportionately at random using a quantitative technique and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that digital literacy and teaching experience significantly influence teachers' pedagogical competence. These results underscore the importance of promoting digital literacy and fostering teaching experience as strategic measures to improve pedagogical competence. The study suggests that targeted professional development initiatives should enhance these factors to improve teaching effectiveness and ultimately elevate school learning outcomes.]]>
