Abstract

Using new spam technologies to carry out internet banking fraud refers to shifting and withdrawing money from the user’s balance account without it’s authorization. Credit card fraud pops into the mind so far in the current scenario when the concept of fraud bursts into some conversation. Credit card fraud has escalated tremendously in recent times due to the incredible growth in credit card purchases. In order to assess, identify or prevent undesirable conduct, fraud detection requires tracking the purchase behavior of users/customers. The purpose of this project is to predict the genuine and fraud transactions with respect to the amount of the transaction utilizing various machine learning approaches like Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest and K-Nearest Neighbor. The model built who has greater accuracy and precision is considered to be best fit for this system.

Abstract

Saat ini Internet of Things (IoT) semakin berkembang pesat. Dengan teknologinya yang canggih, IoT mampu memberikan berbagai dampak positif, seperti efisiensi, efektivitas dan kecepatan dalam melakukan tugas tertentu, terutama dalam bidang kesehatan. Keberadaan IoT dalam bidang kesehatan ini sangat penting dalam memantau kondisi pasien secara cepat dan praktis. Banyaknya penelitian tentang pemanfaatan IoT di bidang kesehatan dapat membantu peneliti atau pihak terkait dalam melakukan pengembangan IoT di dunia medis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan literature review terkait pemanfaatan IoT di bidang kesehatan agar informasi dapat diklasifikasikan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis penelitian-penelitian terbaru terkait pemanfaatan IoT di bidang kesehatan dari tahun 2020 sampai 2021 menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan bantuan tools Publish or Perish, Mendeley, Zotero, dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 129 artikel IoT pada Quartile 1 tahun 2020-2021, terdapat 10 artikel terkait IoT di bidang kesehatan yang terbagi menjadi 4 topik, di mana topik yang paling banyak diteliti adalah dampak langsung IoT di bidang kesehatan, yaitu dengan persentase sebesar 50%, lalu diikuti topik efisiensi pengiriman data terkait penggunaan IoT di bidang kesehatan sebesar 20%, masalah keamanan terhadap IoT di bidang kesehatan sebesar 20%, serta penggunaan atau pemakaian energi pada IoT di bidang kesehatan sebesar 10%.

Abstract

Banyak produk yang dijual oleh perusahaan Souq.com. Perusahaan ini mengalami penumpukan di beberapa produknya karena terlalu banyak menyediakan produk yang kurang diminati oleh pelanggan, sehingga banyak produk yang tidak terjual. Perusahaan perlu melakukan pengelompokan untuk setiap produk untuk mengetahui barang mana yang paling diminati dan kurang diminati oleh pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan tiga kelompok cluster dengan kemiripan produknya agar dijadikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merencanakan stok barang. Pada penelitian ditentukan 3 cluster dengan cluster 1 merupakan produk yang paling laris, cluster 2 produk yang laris dan yang cluster 3 produk yang kurang laris. Penelitian ini mengambil 5 kategori produk dengan masing-masing kategori ada 10 jenis produk. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan Ms. Excel menunjukkan bahwa cluster 1 mempunyai 18 anggota, untuk cluster 2 mempunyai 6 anggota dan cluster 3 mempunyai 26 anggota. Dari perhitungan dengan Rapidminer didapat bahwa anggota pada cluster 1 sebanyak 22 anggota, cluster 2 sebanyak 5 anggota dan cluster 3 sebanyak 23 anggota. Evaluasi cluster dengan DBI didapatkan hasil yang cukup baik dengan nilai 0,431. Pengukuran akurasi, recall dan precission hasil perhitungan Ms.Excel mendapatkan nilai masing-masing 62%, 67% dan 59%. Untuk perhitungan menggunakan Rapidminer mendapatkan nilai akurasi 64%, recall 81% dan precission 88%. Hasil perbandingan clustering membuktikan perhitungan menggunakan Rapidminer mendapatkan nilai yang accuracy, recall dan precission yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

PT. Putra Wisana Motorrad adalah sebuah perusahaan otomotif yang bergerak di bidang services, reparasi dan onderdil untuk kendaraan motor. E-Business dengan konsep CRM adalah strategi bisnis yang menguntungkan perusahaan dengan mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun E-Business dengan konsep CRM, dengan menerapakan teknik pengembangan Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) yang merupakan analisis syarat/keperluan yang harus dipenuhi dari sudut pandang kelas dan objek dalam ruang lingkup serta fokus arsitektur software pada manipulasi objek PT. Putra Wisana Motorrad. Teknik ini meliputi 4 tahap yaitu: fase Inception, Elaboration, Construction dan Transition dengan UML (Unified Modelling Language), diagram yang digunakan yaitu: use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, dan sequence diagram. Abstract

Employees who are performing are assets in an organization to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work. The use of Social Technology has experienced a significant increase in the context of the company to help employee performance. This study proposes a model of employee performance measurement in terms of the use of Social Technology. The method used is a quantitative method with an extended Social Technology model. This model has seven variables: collaboration, communication, frequency of access, resource sharing, usefulness as independent, employee performance as dependent and social technology use which is the mediator. In its testing using PLS-SEM data analysis technique with SmartPLS 3.0. The test results show that there are six hypotheses tested, with five hypotheses accepted or influential and one hypothesis not accepted. Five accepted hypotheses prove that collaboration, communication, resource sharing, and usefulness have a significant effect on the use of Social Technology use and the use of Social Technology use which has a significant relationship to employee performance.

Abstract

IT-business alignment (ITBA) is the development of a Strategic Alignment Model (SAM), which was introduced some decades ago, and is still the most critical issue for top management. This study proposes the Initial FIT-HR model in mapping specific components indicators that align HR in carrying out business processes for higher education institutions (HEI) in Indonesia. Previously, research had studied the alignment of HR management with IT to suit the Tri Dharma of Higher Education towards World-Class University. Meanwhile, the methodology used a mixed-method (with interview techniques, questionnaires, and focus group discussion FGD), which went through 3 phases: identification and determination of indicators, the initial design phase of the model, and validation. The results after the FGD process showed that four indicators (out of 40 based on 20 papers) were invalid in mapping specific components due to the different opinions of the participants. Therefore, in future work, the Islamic concepts to the proposed modeling. In addition, this study produced an initial model that collaborated the BITA concept with tree science as an approach to be applied by the higher education industry.

Abstract

Pengelolaan perpustakaan saat ini di MAN 1 Kota Tangerang masih menerapkan sistem manual sehingga terdapat kendala, salah satunya kesulitan dalam proses manajemen informasi. Oleh karena itu, agar pekerjaan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien serta untuk meminimalisasi permasalahan, sistem yang terkomputerisasi penting untuk diterapkan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi perpustakaan untuk pengelolaan, penyimpanan & pendistribusian buku elektronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan menggunakan pendekatan pemrograman berorientasi objek. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah perancangan sebuah sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web yang mampu mengelola keanggotaan, pengadaan dan pengelolaan koleksi, sirkulasi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku.

Abstract

Peningkatan konsumsi sayuran hidroponik memberikan peluang besar bagi usaha sayuran hidroponik menjadi bidang bisnis yang berkembang pesat. Unit usaha Puji Hidroponik adalah salah satu unit usaha yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan distribusi sayuran hidroponik yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengelolaan informasi yang terjadi di Puji Hidroponik belum berjalan secara optimal dan belum terintegrasi secara menyeluruh. Dalam mengumpulkan informasi, Puji Hidroponik masih melakukan cara manual dengan menghubungi satu persatu supplier terkait ketersediaan bahan baku. Hal ini menyebabkan ketidakpastian terhadap ketersediaan bahan baku dan menghambat proses produksi sayuran hidroponik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang tepat untuk unitusaha Puji Hidroponik dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Develeopment (RAD). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah electronic supply chain yang memudahkan dalam mengambil kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan supplier dan pendistribusian sayuran kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires a software system development method to identify and analyze user needs. In this research, software system development uses the Task Centered System Design framework with several stages, including identification, needs analysis, design, and evaluation. The identification stage is carried out by conducting interviews with stakeholders, and then the results of the interviews are analyzed and approved by stakeholders. This study aims to obtain user needs to build an application interface by applying the steps of the Task Centered System Design method and usability evaluation and calculating the weight of the feasibility value by testing the Heuristics method and System Usability Scale on the solution application design. The evaluation phase aims to determine the value of the usability problem in the design that has been designed. The evaluation phase uses the Usability Heuristic method by involving experts in the field of software development and the System Usability Scale method involving end users. After conducting research from the identification to the evaluation stage, the average severity rating of the Heuristic Usability test component scored less than 1 (one) in the second iteration, and the System Usability Scale results scored 70.3 for admin and 73.75 for the customer application. This result is in grade C with an adjective rating of Good.

Abstract

Arsani Hospital has implemented Hospital Management Information Systems since 2010 to support operations to improve services, work effectiveness, and efficiency. However, in its implementation, there are obstacles such as the seldom use of Hospital Management Information Systems and employees' lack of knowledge. Also, the appearance of Hospital Management Information Systems is challenging to understand, and Hospital Management Information System has not been integrated (BPJS system, attendance, and employee payroll). In addition, there are queues in the administrative process. To ensure Hospital Management Information Systems can achieve the expected targets, its necessary to evaluate the success of the implementation as quantitatively using the HOT-Fit (Human Organizational and Technology Fit) model. The model focuses on three dimensions, namely human (system development, user satisfaction, system use), organization (organizational structure, organizational environment), and technology (quality systems, information quality, service quality). This study aims to determine the factors that influence Hospital Management Information Systems implementation success rate at Arsani Hospital using a questionnaire. A total of l99 respondents were obtained by analyzing PLS-SEM data using SmartPLS v3.3 software. The results showed that of the 18 hypotheses developed, 11 were accepted, while the other seven were rejected. The output of this research is given several recommendations which are intended to increase the success rate of Hospital Management Information Systems at Arsani Hospital.
