Abstract

Diagnosis suatu penyakit akan menjadi tepat jika didukung dengan berbagai proses mulai pengecekan awal (amannesa) sampai pengecekan laboratorium. Hasil dari proses laboratorium mempunyai informasi berbagai penyakit, akan tetapi beberapa jenis penyakit memiliki prevalensi rendah. Penyakit bervalensi rendah memiliki pengaruh dalam penanganan pasien lebih lanjut. Dengan rasio yang tidak seimbang data laboratorium akan menyebabkan nilai akurasi menjadi rendah dalam pengklasifikasian dan penanganan penyakit. Majority Weighted Minority Oversampling Technique (MWMOTE) adalah saalah satu cara untuk menyelesaikan imbalanced. Penelitian ini bertujuan menangani permasalahan ketidakseimbangan data laboratorium kesehatan sehingga diperoleh hasil pengklasifikasian penyakit dengan tingkat akurasi lebih tinggi. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MWMOTE dapat meningkatkan akurasi untuk permasalahan ketidakseimbangan data sebesar 3,13%.   Diagnosis of a disease will be appropriate if supported by various processes ranging from initial checks (amannesa) to laboratory checks. Results from the laboratory process have information on various diseases, but some types of diseases have a low prevalence. Low-valvature disease has an effect in the treatment of the patient further. With an unbalanced ratio the laboratory data will cause the accuracy value to be low in the classification and handling of the disease. Majority Weighted Minority Oversampling Technique (MWMOTE) is one way to complete imbalanced. This study aims to address the problem of imbalance of health laboratory data to obtain the results of the classification of disease with a higher degree of accuracy. The results of this study indicate that MWMOTE can improve accuracy for data imbalance problems by 3.13%.

Abstract

The disease epidemic that attacked the respiratory area and was detected in Indonesia starting in early 2020 is the Corona Virus (COVID-19). This virus's spread is relatively easy, namely through droplets from infected patients, so that the spread is very rapid. This research was conducted to cluster the data on Covid-19 cases in Jakarta Province considering that Jakarta is the starting point for the first case of Corona in Indonesia and until now has become one of the most significant contributors to COVID-19 issues in Indonesia, namely as of December 2020 positive cases of Covid-19 reached 154,000. Souls with the healing of 139.0000 souls. The grouping was carried out based on positive and dead patients from each urban village in Jakarta Province. This study uses the k-means Method to cluster in the handling of COVID-19 cases with 2 clusters. Data distribution in cluster 1 consists of 173 data and 18 data in cluster 2. The use of k-means in this study provides information on areas with the highest and lowest number of positive cases and the highest and lowest cure rates that can be used as an evaluation in handling the Covid-virus 19.

Abstract

Vaksinasi COVID-19 merupakan program pemerintah global yang dilakukan oleh seluruh negara di dunia. Vaksinasi COVID-19 dapat membuat tubuh menimbulkan kekebalan tubuh yang dapat menyerang virus COVID-19, sehingga dalam kasus positif COVID-19 dapat mengalami penurunan dan dunia segera pulih dari wabah virus ini. Progres vaksinasi yang ada berupa data dan hanya dapat dimengerti oleh beberapa orang. Kami melakukan penelitian dengan mengolah data progres vaksinasi global melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, hasil yang kami dapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui informasi jenis vaksin yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu Oxford/AstraZeneca sebanyak 165 negara, Pfizer/BioNTech sebanyak 101 negara dan Moderna dan Sinopharm sebanyak 47 negara. Berdasarkan jumlah penduduk yang ada di dunia, negara China merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak dan negara dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak yang telah melakukan vaksinasi di dunia. Namun untuk hasil persentase progres vaksinasi yang dilakukan oleh dunia, China tidak masuk kedalam 10(sepuluh) besar negara dengan persentase vaksinasi terbanyak. 10(Sepuluh) negara dengan persentase jumlah penduduk terbanyak yaitu Gibraltar, Oman, Falkland Island, Isle of Man, Seychelles, Nauru, San Marino, Malta, Bhutan, dan Cayman Islands.

Abstract

The working technology will provide information and knowledge. Information and technology can be developed in various ways, by reusing the technologies. In this study modeled the ontology of SOPs using protégé. Ontology will be matched between ontology A and B to obtain similarity and reuse ontology to create a more optimal ontology. Matching is a matching process between both ontologies to get the same value from both ontologies. Jaro-Winkler distance is used to find commonality between ontology. The result of the Jaro-Winkler distance has a value of 0 and 1, in matching will be obtained value close to 0 or 1. On matching ontology obtained two tests using 40% SPARQL query. In the test it uses Jaro-Winkler distance with a value of 0.67. This research yields matching value between ontology A and ontology B which is the same so that reuse ontology can be done for better ontology

Abstract

Data yang tidak seimbang dapat menyebabkan kesalahan klasifikasi, menurunkan kinerja dan akurasi. Pengelompokan pada MWMOTE dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pembangkitan data sintetis menjadi representatif serta meningkatkan kinerja MWMOTE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja algoritme MWMOTE pada proses klasterisasi dalam pembuatan data sintetik dengan complete linkage (CL). Dataset yang digunakan memiliki beragam rasio data dengan tujuan menangangani data yang tidak seimbang. Decision tree digunakan untuk mengetahui kinerja dari oversampling MWMOTE dan CL-MWMOTE. Hasil evaluasi CL-MWMOTE memberikan kinerja yang lebih baik dan optimal daripada MWMOTE serta meningkatkan presisi sebesar 0,53 %, sensitivitas 0,67 %, f-measure 0,66 %, dan akurasi 0,67 %.

Abstract

The challenges of e-commerce development pressure every company to develop the appeal of the company's business processes, which will impact high business revenue. Evaluation is essential for a company to improve the assessment of the company's products. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of e-commerce applications from people's perspectives and perceptions by specifically identifying indicators that have or have not met user expectations in using them. This study is quantitative research. The variables are attributes of service used derived from the Delone Mclean model. The measurement of user satisfaction level is done using the Customer Satisfaction Index. The data analysis method used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), done by comparing the level of importance and the level of service performance felt by users. The satisfaction index result obtained by the Shopee application is Very Satisfied with a value of 80.23 %, the Tokopedia application obtained a satisfaction index of Satisfied with a value of 78.58%, and the Bukalapak application's satisfaction index is also Satisfied with a value of 73.22%. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods are used to acquire the knowledge of user satisfaction level regarding any factors impacting the e-commerce application's performance level in meeting user satisfaction. The result obtained by the Shopee application for the IPA method is the absence of variables going into the leading priority quadrant. In contrast, the Tokopedia application has four variables, and the Bukalapak application has five variables in the central priority quadrant.

Abstract

AbstractInformation technology is currently a very important need for the people included in the health field. In hospitals, information technology is used in managing medical records. Most of the medical records in Indonesia managing medical records manually. This study aims to provide a overview of a model medical record information system that is able to produce disease index, operation index, doctor index and patient index. This application is web based application that made by using PHP programming language and MySQL as its database. In manufacturing, this application is customized to the needs of medical records in general by conducting interviews with medical records clerk. This Application can make disease index, procedure index, doctor index and patient index. Besides indexes for medical records, this application can also generate reports 10 major diseases and procedures both inpatient and outpatient. Keywords: Information Systems, Medical Record, Index.AbstrakTeknologi informasi saat ini menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan. Di Rumah sakit, teknologi informasi dimanfaatkan dalam mengelola rekam medis. Sebagian besar unit rekam medis di Indonesia mengelola rekam medis secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran sebuah model sistem informasi rekam medis yang mampu menghasilkan indeks penyakit, tindakan, dokter dan pasien. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasiskan web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Dalam pembuatannya, aplikasi ini disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan rekam medis pada umumnya dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap petugas rekam medis. Hasil dari aplikasi ini dapat membuat indeks penyakit, indeks tindakan, indeks dokter dan indeks pasien secara otomatis. Selain indeks-indeks untuk rekam medis, aplikasi ini juga dapat menghasilkan laporan 10 besar penyakit dan tindakan baik rawat inap maupun rawat jalan. Abstract

The development of technology today has greatly helped and facilitated human work. Almost everything can be associated with internet technology, especially in terms of business, such as on-demand services and marketplaces. PT. Come Solusi Bersama is a technology start-up company engaged in this business. So to simplify and expand the reach of its business, a mobile-based application is needed. With the Datangin Customer application, it will be easier for customers to order services/services that exist on Datangin. In making this mobile-based Datangin Customer application, of course, you have to go through the design stage. Both in terms of system and appearance design. Design thinking is especially useful when dealing with unclear or unknown problems, reframing problems in a human-centered way, brainstorming, using a hands-on approach to prototyping and testing, and trying different concepts and ideas. In this study, the author uses the Design Thinking method and tools in the form of Figma in solving existing problems. It is easier for customers to access the services available on Datangin, unlike before this application, and the interface is user-friendly, attractive, and interactive. Usability testing that the designed user interface can be accepted with a value of 83.33%
