Abstract

The main task of the lecturer is Tri Dharma. Then, the implementation must be accompanied by responsibilities, quality-oriented teaching, benefit-oriented research, and welfare-oriented service. To realize this requires an effort, and therefore this research was conducted to see what factors influence lecturer performance. The quantitative research method was chosen as a scientific way, by distributing questionnaires and analyzing with structural models. The results showed, performance is achieved through commitment, and motivation and other variables. This finding confirms that commitment plays an important role in realizing performance, even in reality other variables such as motivation, discipline, compensation and the environment are needed

Abstract

Banking institutions are one pillars of the country's economy. His role as a regulator of financial traffic is the cause. Therefore, banks cannot fail, especially bankruptcy. The impact is triggering inflation and deflation that disrupt the economic system and crisis. A bitter experience occurred in 1998. The state suffered losses and triggered a social crisis. Since then, Indonesia has continued to maintain banking institutions to remain healthy and stable. This study aims to present information on banking performance, so it can be useful for parties. Proof efforts use a quantitative approach. Research data sourced from OJK. The results showed that the bank's performance was relatively good. But the last ten years showed a downward trend. The bank is able to maintain capital adequacy, good management of credit burden and risk, so as to increase interest income. But this has not been able to optimize profit and liquidity

Abstract

Every company has a purpose,  the establishment of a company has a clear purpose. There are several things that suggest about the purpose of establishing a company. The company's first goal is to achieve maximum profit or profit as much as possible. The second goal of the company is to prosper the company owner or shareholders. The purpose of this research are: 1). to test and analyze the effect of training on employee performance at Sales Department PT. X. 2). to test and analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance at Sales Department PT. X. 3). to test and analyze the effect of supervision on employee performance at Sales Department PT. X. 4). to test and analyze the effect of training on motivation at Sales Department PT. X. 5). to test and analyze the influence of incentives on motivation at the Sales Department of PT. X. 6). to test and analyze the influence of supervision on motivation at the Sales Department of PT. X. 7). to test and analyze the effect of employee performance on motivation at Sales Department PT. X. The results of this study are: 1). there is influence of training  on employee performance , with path coefficient 0,167 and tcount 2,015 with probability equal to 0,046 (0,046 <0.05). 2). there is influence of incentive  on employee performance , with path  coefficient 0,187 and tcount 2,293 with probability equal to 024 (0.024 <0.05). 3). there is an influence of supervision  on employee performance , with path coefficient of 0403 and tcount of 5.004 with probability of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). 4). there is influence of training  on motivation , with path coefficient of 0.156 and tcount of 2,185 with probability of 0.031 (0.031 <0.05). 5). There is influence of incentive  to motivation , with path coefficient 0,161 and tcount 2,260 with probability equal to 0.026 (0.026 <0.05). 6). there is influence of supervision  to motivation , with path coefficient 0,350 and tcount 4,636 with probability equal to 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). 7). there is influence of employee performance  to motivation , with path coefficient 0,314 and tcount 3,978 with probability 0,000 (0.000 <0.05)

Abstract

Training, Incentive, Supervision, Motivation,  Employee Performance This study aims to analyze the affect factors of BRI Syariah financial performance bank with quantitative approach. In quantitative research which data source secondary, the research method often used is associative causal. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS as a statistical tool. The results show that BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA. While CAR has a negative but not significant impact on ROA. Then NPF and FDR has positive but not significant effect on ROA. The simultaneous results of CAR, NPF, BOPO, and FDR has significant effect on ROA with a contribution value of 32.8%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that can affect the supply of Indonesian salt. The method used is quantitative method using ordinary least squares (OLS) with a multiple linear regression model. The type of data to be used in this study using secondary data time series year 2000-2014. The data are taken from a variety of sources, including the Central Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and other resources related to the research. The results of this study showed that the factors that significantly affect the salt deals in Indonesia is the rainfall and the PUGAR and technology not significantly. Negative coefficient of rainfall that can be explained that when there was an increase in precipitation will result in salt deals in Indonesia will go down. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work complacent and motivation of job on the employees working performance either partially or simultaneously.  The object research carried out to the employee stamp of PT. Bank Panin BSD Tangerang Selatan. Design research conducted in the preparation of this is associative quantitative that aims to determine the influence between two or more deeply variables describe or reveal a problem, situation, event or revealing fact as they are deeply and try to find a solution or solutions to problems. The results showed that work content based on partial test was positive and significant effect on the achievement capability of 51,7% and then work arousal  also was positive and significant effect on performance of 52,6%. The result of determinate coefficient (R2) of 63,8% can be summed up the effect of the variable job satisfaction and work motivation toward employees performance where the influence are positive. The results of calculation for 41,458 F-value further consultation with the F-table with dk = k numerator and denominator dk = (nk-1) with a 5% error level the importance of the F table = 3,18. Provisions applicable for F-value greater than F-table (41,458  > 3,18), it can be stated that the multiple correlation is significant. Thus the null hypothesis (H0) that states there is no effect between work satiation and work motivation influence on employees performance is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Motivation against Employee Commitment at the Ministry of Religion Banten Province. The research design used in the preparation of this study is quantitative causal associative with descriptive explanation. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with sample of 59 and sampling technique used is simple random technique. The test results prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment with regression coefficient value of 0,462. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment with the value of regression coefficient of 0,612. Simultaneously proved organizational culture and work motivation positive and significant to Employee Commitment with determination coefficient equal to 89,7%. While the remaining 10.3% is explained by other variables outside this study, such as leadership, career, work environment, competence and others

Abstract

The research result, obtained the findings as follows: The Leadership and competence both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on work motivation with contribution (R2) 51%. Partially leadership dominantly influence on work motivation. Further on Structural 2 showed, The leadership, competence and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on employee?s performance with contribution (R2) 78%. Viewed as partial, competence had dominantly  toward employee?s commitment. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and prove the influence of leadership, school culture and competence on work motivation and its implication toward teacher?s performance of vocation high school at Banten province, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research were descriptive, survey and explanatory method with population size of 617 and sample size of 215 respondents. The method used to analysis data was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The research result, obtained the findings as follows: The leadership, school culture and competence both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on work motivation with contribution (R2) 50%. Partially leadership dominantly influence on work motivation. Further on Structural 2 showed those: The leadership, school culture, competence and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on teacher?s performance with contribution (R2) 77%. Viewed as partial, the leadership had dominantly toward teacher?s performance. Concerning on direct and indirect effect that work motivation was being full mediating. This study found and recommended that to increase teacher?s  performance of vocation high school at Banten province needed to be extending work motivation, reflected by the dimension of affiliation and supported with an increase in leadership which reflected by the dimension of personality especially integrity, and then backed with an enhance in teacher?s competence which reflected by the dimension of personality, especially hold the norms, and the last one repaired the school culture with the dimension bureaucracy especially coordination

Abstract

This study pupose to analysis the leading sectors of agriculture in Bogor Regency, Analyzing the specialization of agricultural growth in Bogor Regency, Analyzing Growth of Superior Sectors in Bogor Regency. Method of analysis using Location Quotient, Regional Specialization and Shift Share. The results of this study indicate that agriculture superior sector in Bogor Regency is food crops subsector, plantation crops, livestock and its products, forestry, fishery. While the Growth Specialization of Agriculture Sector shows that there is no Specialization of Growth of Agricultural Sector in Bogor Regency to West Java Province. Then based on the Shift Share results show There is an economic sector in Bogor regency grew faster than the average provincial growth of the Sub Sector of food crops that is 2,162,177,188, then Livestock subsector and the results that have the second highest value of 1,236,933,539, and most The sector in Bogor Regency is relatively developed, the name of agriculture sub-sector is relatively less developed, only the fishery sub-sector has a rapid development of 179,655,562 for the agricultural sector, Bogor Regency has a less good competitiveness, especially the plantation sub-sector is very strong In regional share
