Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of coworker envy and workplace ostracism on job performance, with the nature of work as a mediating variable. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Researchers get a sample of 35 respondents who are all employees of CV. Malang Puppet Palace. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Then the data was processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results showed that coworker envy and workplace ostracism had a positive effect on job performance. Meanwhile, coworker envy and workplace ostracism have a positive and significant effect on job performance. The nature of work has a positive and significant effect on job performance. It was found that the nature of work was able to mediate coworker envy significantly on job performance but not significantly on workplace ostracism on job performance.

Abstract

Usaha disektor informal menjadi penopang kehidupan banyak orang di negara-negara berkembang. Usaha sektor informal menarik banyak pihak seperti pemerintah, akademisi, dan pembuat kebijakan, untuk mempelajari lebih dalam guna pengembangannya. Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi yang efektif untuk pengembangan usaha sektor informal di Jawa Timur dan keterbatasan yang dihadapi pengusaha dalam menerapkan strategi tersebut. Metode penelitian campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Informan dipilih dari pengusaha informal yang ada di beberapa daerah Jawa timur dengan menggunakan metode snowball. Kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengusaha perempuan lebih mendominasi pada usaha sektor informal. Harga rendah, pelayanan pelanggan, jam buka yang panjang, lokasi bisnis, ketepatan waktu, kualitas, dan reputasi adalah beberapa strategi untuk pengembangan usaha sektor informal. Tenaga kerja, modal, kebijakan pemerintah, kesenjangan ekonomi, lingkungan bisnis yang keras, ketidakamanan, peraturan, dan persaingan usaha yang tidak sehat adalah beberapa faktor yang menghambat pengembangan usaha di sektor informal. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengusaha tentang bagaimana mengembangkan usaha disektor informal yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah karyawan PT Multi Harapan Utama di Tenggarong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis dan pengaruh Safety Leadership dan Safety Training terhadap Kinerja Keselamatan dan Positive Reinforcement . Dalam rangka menguji analisis hipotesis penulis menggunakan alat analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Multi Harapan Utama di Tenggarong dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: Safety Leadership dan Saftey Training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Positive Reinforcement dan Kinerja Keselamatan PT Multi Harapan Utama.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test Financial Attitude and Financial Literacy towards Investment Interests and Investment Decisions and to test the role of Investment Interest mediation in improving Investment Decisions. This study uses perception and causality for students. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method of positive paradigm approach. In addition, structural equation modelling is used to conduct research testing. The population of this study is students of state universities in Malang, Indonesia. This study used a Likert scale questionnaire that was distributed to 160 respondents. Random sampling techniques are used to determine respondents. The study found that Investment Interest is more primarily shaped by financial literacy than Financial Attitude to improve investment decisions

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze and study the effect of customer proposition value on customer loyalty for heavy equipment products in Kalimantan with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable and customer profile as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population of this research is heavy equipment user companies in Kalimantan, with a sample size of 100 companies. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The research findings reveal that the customer proposition value has a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction is meaningful as a mediating variable, meaning that the increase in customer perception of the customer value proposition is unidirectional and significant towards increasing company customer loyalty using heavy equipment products. Customer profile has a positive meaning to strengthen customer value proposition towards customer loyalty. The practical implication of this study is to provide an understanding that the customer value proposition that matches customer expectations is one of the important concepts to increase customer loyalty and customer profile to strengthen relationships.

Abstract

The research objective is to describe service quality, customer satisfaction and trust; analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction; analyze the effect of service quality on customer trust; analyze the effect of satisfaction on customer trust; analyze the effect of trust on customer satisfaction; analyze the effect of service quality on trust through customer satisfaction and analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction through customer trust at Daarul Huda Santri Shop at Daarul Huda Islamic Boarding School Malang. This research uses explanatory research. The research population is all customers of the Santri Daarul Huda Store. This study used a Likert scale questionnaire which was distributed to 100 respondents. Random sampling technique is used to determine the respondents. This research concludes that in between trust and satisfaction, satisfaction factors include the suitability of expectations, interest in revisiting, willingness to recommend prioritizing related to service aspects at the Daarul Huda Santri Shop

Abstract

The corporate image moderating contribution is used to explain the relevance of service quality and promotion to visitor satisfaction. An explanatory study based on the realm of positivism is used to prove the response of 170 visitors to the Nipah Mall in Makassar. Analysis of data using WarpPLS 7.0, the results of the study show evidence that the better the quality of service and the more intense the promotion carried out with the support of corporate image is proven to make a significant contribution to visitor satisfaction. On the other hand, the low quality of service is not able to provide a real meaning in increasing satisfaction, even though the management is aggressively promoting, this condition remains the same. This condition is due to the high sense of concern of the nipah mall management to visitors accompanied by high social responsibility so as to create positive value.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of environmental performance as measured by the PROPER award rating and social performance as measured by the corporate social responsibility (CSRI) disclosure index on the company's market performance as measured by the Tobin's Q ratio. The sample being used is 188 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2016. OLS results show that the PROPER award has a positive effect on market performance. Companies that receive prestigious PROPER awards (blue, green or gold) show higher market performance. The test also shows the positive influence of social performance on market performance. Furthermore, social performance fully mediates the effect of environmental performance on market performance. Robustness check using quantile regression shows that social performance fully mediates the effect of environmental performance on firms with small and medium market performance (Q25 and Q50).

Abstract

Tujuan didirikannya sebuah perusahaan adalah untuk meningkatkan kekayaan pemegang saham yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan nilai perusahaan.. Nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain pemanfaatan aset, struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh pemanfaatan aset, struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018-2021. Data sekunder yang digunakan diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. metode pengambilan sample menggunakan pendekatan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan sample sebanyak 134 perusahaan. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM (Struktural Equation Model) - PLS (Partial Least Square) menggunakan smart PLS 3.2.9. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa pemanfaatan aset dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan mampu memediasi hubungan antara pemanfaatan aset dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021

Abstract

Komisaris independen dan kinerja perusahaan telah menjadi isu yang menarik untuk diteliti. Banyak penelitian telah dilakukan sehubungan dengan topik ini, walaupun hasil penelitian-penelitian tersebut masih kontroversial, namun kebanyakan penelitian melaporkan hasil adanya hubungan positif antara komisaris independen dan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah dan persentase komisaris independen terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan apakah pengaruh tersebut berbeda bagi perusahaan BUMN dibanding perusahaan swasta. Penulis menggunakan sampel perusahaan non-keuangan BUMN dan perusahaan non-keuangan swasta di Indonesia. Hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa komisaris independen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan kepemilikan pemerintah memperkuat pengaruh positif komisaris independen terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan BUMN lebih membutuhkan peran komisaris independen dibanding perusahaan swasta.
