Abstract

Aviation is an industry that has been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Several number of risks arise due to the low demand for flights which results in a number of business risks, including obstacles that occur from the SCM side of the aircraft maintenance industry. This study aims to analyze risk control strategies in supply chain management, by offering updates in the evaluation of SCOR using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model version 12, House of Risk (HOR), and pareto diagram.The object of research is PT GMF Aero Asia, which is an aircraft maintenance service provider (MRO). This research is a qualitative-phenomenological type using primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with informants who represented managerial in the field of SCM at GMF Aero Asia, while secondary data was obtained from documentation studies by collecting documents related to the research. The data obtained is then processed according to the stages of risk identification, risk severity analysis, risk probability, and risk management. The results showed that there were 50 risk events, including 7 risk events from the SCM planning process (planning), 9 risk events from the source procurement process (source), 11 risk events from the production operation process (make), 12 events risk from the delivery process, 7 risk events from the product return process (return) and 5 risk events from the maintenance & compliance process (enable), as well as 30 risk triggers (risk agent). Other results state that there are 9 risk agents that will be prioritized for preventive action.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of retail business model strategy in form of entrepreneurship activities based on local wisdom, along with the challenges to implement it. The objects of this study is Pelanusa Community; a business community in Malang City that implements a retail business model based on local wisdom. A qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation were used. The informants were selected purposively. The results of the study show that creativity and product innovation that accentuates local culture is the strength of Pelanusa Community to produce final product that has value proposition. This strength is supported by training activities that enhance technical and managerial skills. Strict quality control is also an important element to maintain product quality. However, Pelanusa Community faces challenges in terms of production scale to implement the strategy for its retail business model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis Keputusan Mahasiswa Memilih Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan Pada Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam Iain Kendari. Unit analisis penelitian adalah mahasiswa pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam Iain Kendari. Responden yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 95 orang mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda. Informasi kualitatif digunakan untuk menggali tambahan informasi berkaitan dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Fasilitas Pembelajaran, Kualitas Dosen, Peluang Kerja, Biaya Kuliah dan Reputasi Kampus terhadap keputusan memilih prodi ESY. Kemudian pengujian secara partial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Fasilitas Pembelajaran, Peluang Kerja, dan Biaya Kuliah terhadap keputusan memilih prodi ESY. Namun hasil pengujian secara partial antara Kualitas Dosen, dan Reputasi Kampus tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih prodi ESY, hal ini mengambarkan bahwa kualitas dosen tidak menjadi ukuran bagi mahasiswa Ekonomi syariah untuk memutuskan memilih prodi Ekonomi syariah, demikian halnya dengan reputasi kampus tidak signifikan yang berarti bahwa keputusan untuk memilih kuliah di IAIN Kendari tidak di pengaruhi oleh reputasinya, namun dipengaruhi oleh informasi dari alumni yang menyatakan IAIN Kendari bukan saja perguruan tinggi keagamaan tetapi ada fakultas lain bersifat umum.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the issues of entrepreneurship and financial competence that exist in Beautypreneurs. This research chooses the qualitative approach using a phenomenological study, which involves in-depth interviews with six Beautypreneurs who are active in building businesses and developing their financial competencies. This phenomenological study is developed based on four main categories, namely are 1. Socio-economic problems, 2. work-life balance, 3. financial knowledge, 4. self-improvement. This study suggests that, firstly, Beautypreneurs have a discursive learning pattern when developing their financial competencies. The second thing, this study found that the personal resilience they try to build based on the cognitive deepening process obtained from the crisis, so these Beautypereneurs needed high mentoring by the mentor who understood the Financial knowledge. Third, they see investation as the best way to develop their financial literacy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek dan materialisme terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Menggunakan rumus Slovin, peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, citra merek, dan materialism secara Bersama-sama dan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan produk MS Glow. Hasil ini memberikan implikasi penting yang dapat didiskusikan. Materialisme menjadi faktor yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa produk kecantikan dapat menjadi salah satu produk materialism bagi konsumen, karena produk kecantikan mampu memunculkan pengejaran rasa kebahagiaan bagi konsumen.

Abstract

Improving SME performance sourced from technology and resources that make it competitive advantage of innovation. SMEs with the support of empowerment programs, are expected to innovate based on local wisdom in order to have a competitive advantage so they can maintain future business performance. Innovative research on marketing performance is widely researched on a large business scale, however small businesses are still lacking. The research aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence of green innovation, competitive advantage and empowerment on marketing performance. Quantitative research methods by taking data through questionnaires with a sample of 43 respondents, data analysis using multiple regression. The result is competitive advantage and empowerment have positive and significant effect on marketing performance, but green innovation has a negative and not significant effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on green innovation, competitive advantage and empowerment on the marketing performance.

Abstract

Influencer marketing has grown rapidly nowadays on social media platforms, one of which is YouTube. Youtubers who are not in-house with brand or non-endorsed YouTubers have more trustworthy information in providing reviews regarding a product. Based on this, this study focuses on non-endorse YouTubers by proposing a source credibility model in the form of expertise, trustworthiness and homophilia on information accessibility and consumer purchase intentions. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire which was then distributed to respondents via social media. Furthermore, 423 data were obtained from respondents who were then evaluated based on certain criteria. A total of 380 valid data obtained after conforming to the research criteria from all the data obtained. Valid data are then analyzed using PLS analysis with the help of the SmartPls 3 application. The findings of this study indicate that the expertise, trust and homophilia of non-endorsed YouTubers have a significant effect on the credibility of information and purchase intentions. In addition, the credibility of information also significantly affects purchase intentions.

Abstract

This research is about industry revolution 4.0 which supports disruption in agriculture and management (advertising). Qualitative method with case study analysis is used in this research, specifically on Mr Basiri case as the subject, who is the condito sine qua non, known for his hidroganic invention. According to the analysis, it can be concluded that, by using YouTube to spread his knowledge, he was able to promote himself and obtain a source of income. Besides earning revenue from YouTube, a lot of people and organizations who are interested in his uploaded videos actually come to meet him or communicate with him through mobile phone to implement his farming model. Everything that had happened unexpectedly made him viewed as unique, as he loves to share, help, think ahead, follow the rules, do continuous research, and live religiously

Abstract

Based on PP. 74 of 2012 on the change of hospital status to Public Service Board (RS-BLU) changed the perspective of the responsibility of the hospital in informing its operational performance. The practice of preparing and presenting the RS-BLU financial statements in Indonesia is not in accordance with PSAK 45, thus indicating financial management that is not in accordance with the financial accounting standard (SAK) that has been determined and affects stakeholder decision-making related to budget acceptance accessibility due to limited relevance of performance information sources on its financial statements. The purpose of this research is to analyze the increase of financial reporting value stakeholder through presentation of financial statements based on PSAK 45 with internet financial reporting as a detector to build stakeholder trust and increase source of RS-BLU budget revenue. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method describes, describes, compare a data with theory based on literature study that obtained from the source of publication documentation (The Asian Sun Life Index of Health in 2017). The results show that most of the RS-BLU in Indonesia do not apply financial reporting according to PSAK 45 and have a negative image in the eyes of their stakeholders, low capital financing and RS-BLU health service quality decreased by 65%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate culture and leadership style on employee engagement. Corporate culture is measured by 4 dimensions, namely adaptability, consistency, involvement, and mission. Leadership is measured using 4 dimensions, namely ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. Employee engagement is measured by 4 dimensions, namely leadership style, remuneration, skill development, and work environment. This type of research is quantitative through an explanatory approach. This study used primary data using questionnaires and obtains a sample of 350 employees. Hypothesis testing is used multiple linear regression with SPSS. Based on hypothesis testing, this study concludes that corporate culture and leadership have a significant positive effect on employee engagement.
