Abstract

This study is based on the problems in the case study of PT INOVATIF TEKNIK MESINDO namely the increase in the number of customers that are not followed by the renewal of the customer data management system makes the existing performance ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build an information system regarding the matter concerned with the customer so as to facilitate the company in reading the desires and habits of the customer through activities that occur in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and can make a decision to improve quality and company quantity. In this study there are 3 (three) main problems, 5 (five) research objectives, 4 (four) research benefits. Also explained the relevant data collection methods including the observation method, UML (Unified Modelling Language) to describe the running system and the design of the prototype to be built. Abstract

As the development of technology and increasing newcomers to the city of Yogyakarta, so that the need for information about tourism related in Yogyakarta is also higher. Yogyakarta tourism growth is increasing very rapidly every year as many local and foreign tourists visit the city known as the student town. Therefore, the author intends to build a chatbot that serves as a Virtual Assistant for Yogyakarta tourists. This chatbot is able to provide information to travellers through data stored on the system. The implementation and design of the software resulted in a chatbot built using the Boyer-Moore algorithm. The Boyer-Moore algorithm works by comparing patterns ranging from right to left, so this algorithm becomes an efficient search solution. If there is a pattern string mismatch then the pattern will move towards the left, this gesture will give information how many shifts to match the character that corresponds to the initial pattern. The Boyer-Moore algorithm has an edge over time finding patterns in larger file sizes. From the test results verification, validity submission, and prototype testing conducted on the chatbot system can run well according to the planning. Keywords : chatbot, boyer-moore, touris, tour

Abstract

The development of today technology evolving so rapidly, especially in industry. Competition in the industry is getting tighter so that the company will always strive to continue to be first in satisfying consumers and that consumers do not switch to another. Information systems sales report is needed by the company to know at any time the sales summary, sales growth can be monitored at any time and are still manually input method can be done in computerized to avoid many mistakes. Recapitulation of sales at PT. Evergreen Sentosa in Tangerang previously used in the bookkeeping and input using Microsoft Excel 2007. The main purpose of the research conducted by the authors is to assist the Company in the sales summary in order to avoid many mistakes, change a system that is still done manually into a computerized online by using the Other: direct observation, conducting interviews with stakeholders, studying the data that has been given from PT. Evergreen Sentosa in Tangerang, and the method of literature done by seeking additional information from a variety of books obtained, analyzed in the form of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) using visual software design paradigm 6.4 and made proposals as you wish stakeholders. Abstract

The correspondence system is one of the factors that influence the management of letters in the SKK Migas Supply Chain Management Division, so it is very necessary to manage the letter better, faster, and easily. This Information System can reduce so much use of time in archiving letters and dispositions, reduce paper use, reduce the possibility of errors in recording, speed up the search process of the letter, facilitate the control of disposition of letters, and easy to use. This system also eases the process of data communication between sections and makes reports that are always updated and can be seen in the monthly and annually reports. The Incoming Mail Information System is created using tools such as PHPMyAdmin, MySQL as a database and Xampp as the server.

Abstract

Surabaya is the capital city of East Java Province, Indonesia, and the largest metropolitan city in the province. Surabaya is the largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta. With its large area and a fairly dense population, the city of Surabaya has a variety of culinary to offer. This culinary diversity attracts responses and opinions from the public (both positive and negative). People have certain ways to express their opinions, including through social media. Opinions shared by the Indonesians about Surabaya’s culinary in social media provide the right step to know what people think about the culinary places in Surabaya. But these opinions are very diverse because social media does not decide what people will say. We need opinion analysis to gain uses information from those opinions. In this research, we offered a new approach in analyzing the opinion on the culinary places in Surabaya using temporal analysis based opinion mining. The source is the opinions expressed in Foursquare using Indonesian. The rate of the accuracy is still around 67.32%, because other than Indonesian as the formal language used in the express opinions, social media users there also use many local dialects and slangs.

Abstract

Increasing developments in the world of education carried out by tertiary and domestic universities increases the number of students. However, this development has not been matched by the equalization of the course digitization system that can form soft skills and hard skills in several universities in Indonesia which results in gaps for lecturers and students who want to form skills in them. Developing a platform by using sophisticated blockchain technology, Education Smart Courses (E-Scores) can overcome the problems in education that provide courses in the form of gamification. Then the method used in this study is the business model method of CANVA and TKT to measure systematically on technological development. The benefits of Education Smart Courses (E-Scores) and Blockchain-based innovations that can be easily accessed by academics and gamification in educational courses, with the hope of becoming more value in prototypes and will be developed to be able to provide better change.

Abstract

The falsification of certificates or documents is running rampant in Indonesia, especially in urban areas. The lack of public knowledge about the authenticity of a document and the difficulty of verifying documents are the main factors in the fraud of this document forgery. The purpose of this document verification system research is to facilitate the public in verifying documents and minimizing the falsification of duplicate or modification documents, and reducing the number of certificate and document fraud. The application is designed based on web and mobile apps (Android & IOS), making it easier to use and develop. This research uses data collection research methods which include observation, interviews, and literature study. Interviews were carried out in a socialization manner to the public so that they could find out to what extent their knowledge of cases of forgery of this document, while to analyze the system using the SWOT analysis method and blackbox testing. This verification system is really needed by the community and government, so that in the creation of web applications and mobile apps it is designed in such a way that it can produce applications that are user friendly, innovative, creative, and informative. The research results are also directed to obtain the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), both in the form of Copyright and Industrial Property Rights. Abstract

A journal is a special article in articles in several fields of science. The journal is used as a reference in conducting scientific work both by students and by lecturers. At present several institutions and associations which are the object of research have used the OJS-based scientific journal processing and publication system. However, its publication is still based on OJS Version 2.4.8. In OJS Version 2.4.8, it's still not optimal, one of which is in terms of customization that can't adjust the display easily. Therefore, optimization of the e-journal management system is needed by using OJS Version 3.1.0.1 which is more flexible and has an attractive appearance and is easily customizable using the CSS Bootstrap Framework theme. The research methods in this study include the method of challenge analysis, the method of analyzing the need for system upgrade, and the method of software development using the waterfall method. After optimizing using OJS version 3.1.0.1, publications are easier to do and most importantly can be customized using the CSS Bootstrap Framework so that it is more user-friendly.

Abstract

Evaluation of examiners is very important in giving a decision to every student. Raharja University as the organizer of higher education institutions in the field of Science and Technology continues to strive to improve the quality and quality of education and services for students or students in Information Systems innovation that is growing rapidly, one of which is PESSTA + (Thesis Assessment and Final Assignment Plus) is a system Evaluation Testing Postgraduate student trials that provide convenience in inputting the value of the Final Session of Postgraduate students. The problem this time is that examiners must be careful to input the value of the final thesis trial that is currently using the Microsoft Excel application. The purpose of this study is to design an application for inputting the value of an online thesis-based final trial. This research uses the SWOT Analysis method and Literature Study. And the Research Results in this Research is a Final Assembly Examination Assessment System which is located on the Yii Framework-based PESSTA + website which is expected to facilitate the final trial examiners at Raharja University.

Abstract

Embedded system courses in the department of informatics engineering there are materials taught in the form of microcontroller interfacing techniques that use three types of interface protocols on peripheral microcontroller communication microcontrollers that can be programmed, and designed specifically for embedded systems. The learning process in this subject is the lecturer conveying the theories and concepts of the microcontroller interface by illustrating the concept only on the board. Of course, for some students who do not understand the concept of a microcontroller, it will be difficult to understand the material being taught. This study uses the design method then the method of observation and observation regarding the learning process in the interfacing course and interviewing several students about their understanding of the material being taught. This trainer will later be used as a student practicum tool to apply interfacing material to the Internet of Things-based microcontroller and its components directly along with programming techniques so that students who use this trainer in interfacing courses will get a theoretical understanding and its application to the microcontroller.
