Abstract

A pricing strategy is adjusting the price of a product based on the quality of the product. Based on this, the pricing strategy used for one product may not be compatible with other products. This pricing strategy then manifests itself in the pricing policy of the company. In this study, the determination of pricing policy implies an examination of the problems with perishable products. This perishable pricing method has to deal with several unique characteristic effects based on perishables. In addition to the price factor,  demand is also determined by the quality of the product being sold. The challenge for retailers is to choose the right price that is comparable to leveraging product-based quality, triggering consumer desire to buy and unleashing demand, ultimately leading to a surge. business profits. In this study, examples of forwarding pricing are developed and then applied to regular, high-low, daily, private, and hybrid pricing policies. Performance based on each of these guidelines is evaluated under the price-conscious consumer category and the quality-conscious consumer category. Mathematical calculations are performed to determine the policy that will provide the most benefit to the price-conscious consumer category and the policy that will provide the most benefit to the quality-conscious consumer category. Price sensitivity and consumer sensitivity tests are performed to determine policy performance and the reality that arises from policy implementation.   Keywords: dynamic pricing, agro, perishables, dynamic, pricing.

Abstract

Penjadwalan kuliah merupakan aktivitas rutin yang dilakukan tiap semester dalam sistem akademik. Pada proses penyusunan jadwal terdapat beberapa komponen seperti matakuliah, pengampu, ruang kelas, dan waktu. Dalam pelaksanaannya, terkadang hasil penyusunan jadwal kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pada dasarnya untuk menentukan jadwal kuliah perlu diatur agar mahasiswa dapat mengikuti perkuliahan tanpa bertabrakan dengan jadwal kuliah lain dan sesuai dengan jam dosen mengajar. Terutama penjadwalan di Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya yang juga menerapkan sistem hybrid learning dalam pelaksanaan kuliah. Sistem penjadwalan yang diperlukan bukan hanya jadwal kuliah pada umumnya, melainkan sistem jadwal yang memadukan pertemuan tatap muka dengan perkuliahan daring. Agar dapat merancang jadwal yang sesuai, maka susunan jadwal harus detail dan dapat mencakup semua kemungkinan, sehingga pembuatan jadwal dapat dilakukan secara komputerisasi menggunakan suatu algoritma. Penelitian ini merepresentasikan sistem hybrid learning menggunakan algoritma genetika untuk sistem penjadwalan di Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya yang berbasis web, sekaligus bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan pemetaan jadwal dengan algoritma genetika. Dari rancangan sistem tersebut dapat bermanfaat dalam melakukan penjadwalan kuliah secara otomatis, ataupun mampu menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan sistem akademik. Berdasarkan hasil rancangan program, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat kesamaan jadwal yang bertabrakan serta proses dalam penjadwalan bisa lebih singkat sesuai dengan data-data yang di generate.

Abstract

Stunting atau biasa dikenal kerdil atau pendek adalah suatu kondisi dimana anak di bawah usia lima tahun atau balita mengalami perkembangan tertunda karena kurangnya asupan gizi. Angka stunting pada balita di Indonesia cukup tinggi dari standar yang ditetapkan oleh WHO yaitu 20%. Hal ini menjadi prioritas atau isu penting di setiap provinsi di Indonesia, salah satunya provinsi Jawa Timur yang memiliki angka prevalensi stunting sebesar 23,5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko stunting di Jawa Timur dalam bentuk visualisasi pemetaan yang ditampilkan dalam website. Penentuan tingkat risiko stunting menggunakan kriteria berdasarkan pendekatan ecological analysis yaitu faktor yang berkaitan dengan kejadian stunting yang terdiri dari pelayanan kesehatan balita, sanitasi layak, desa UCI, asi eksklusif, dan kasus stunting. Dalam proses menentukan tingkat risiko stunting menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu kriteria atau data faktor yang digunakan sebagai data masukan, implikasi aturan dimana membuat sejumlah aturan berdasarkan logika dan penelitian terkait, dan luarannya berupa tingkat risiko rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Dalam 5 tahun terakhir (2017-2021), sebanyak 11 kabupaten atau kota dengan tingka risiko stunting yang naik turun (28.95%), 25 kabupaten atau kota dengan tingkat risiko stunting yang turun (65.79%), dan 2 kabupaten atau kota dengan tingkat risiko stunting tetap yaitu tinggi (5.26%).

Abstract

The school information system, especially the Industrial Work Practices activity attendance system at SMKN 1 Jetis, is still done manually, that is, it still uses books and you have to fill in an activity journal every day in that book. After the internship ends, students are asked to collect the books, which the teacher will use to collect data on whether the student skipped class, permission and so on. Meanwhile, teachers do not have other data that can be used for data collection if the book is damaged or lost. This problem occurs because there is no system or application that is able to provide convenience for the process of collecting data and checking accurately. This information system created uses web or mobile technology which is tailored to the needs of system users and can make it easier for teachers to carry out the process of checking student attendance at internship activities through this attendance application, and we also provide a comparison of this application with other applications in order to determine the quality application quality and to determine the development of application features aimed at making it easier for users to use the application.

Abstract

Surabaya is the capital city of East Java Province, Indonesia, and the largest metropolitan city in the province. Surabaya is the largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta. With its large area and a fairly dense population, the city of Surabaya has a variety of culinary to offer. This culinary diversity attracts responses and opinions from the public (both positive and negative). People have certain ways to express their opinions, including through social media. Opinions shared by the Indonesians about Surabaya’s culinary in social media provide the right step to know what people think about the culinary places in Surabaya. But these opinions are very diverse because social media does not decide what people will say. We need opinion analysis to gain uses information from those opinions. In this research, we offered a new approach in analyzing the opinion on the culinary places in Surabaya using temporal analysis based opinion mining. The source is the opinions expressed in Foursquare using Indonesian. The rate of the accuracy is still around 67.32%, because other than Indonesian as the formal language used in the express opinions, social media users there also use many local dialects and slangs.

Abstract

Sign language is one of the means of communication for people who are deaf and speech impaired, especially between normal people and people with disabilities in the wider community. But in reality, not everyone can understand the meaning and purpose of the sign language used so that there is a lack of knowledge of normal people about sign language in Indonesia and there is still a lack of effective and easy-to-understand digital learning media. In this study, we propose a new approach to create a sign language learning application for normal people using voice as input which can later display the results of visualization of sign language movements in the form of 3D animation. The display of 3D animation movements uses data that refers to the SIBI (Indonesian Language Sign System) curriculum. This Sign Language application was built by utilizing the Google Speech to Text API to process voice input, Java as the programming language used, and MySQL to manage the database. Based on system testing and on users (general public and persons with disabilities) using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method, it can be concluded that the sign language learning application with Android-based voice input is successful in facilitating the sign language learning process and in terms of usability or usability of the application getting an assessment that the application can be accepted by users and is suitable for use as a learning support media because its features can be understood well.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The final project monitoring activity takes place in the university area, where the final project is one of the requirements for students to receive graduation from the campus. At the Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya, there is already a website-based final project monitoring application. However, the application is still based on a website, access for supervisors requires a VPN, and there are no reminders for students, supervisors, and examiners which will have a fatal impact on students if the final project monitoring process is not carried out properly. Due to some of these problems, this final report research aims to create an android-based final project monitoring application. This application will assist users in monitoring the final project because access via mobile phones will be easier and no longer need to use a VPN. The application is also equipped with a reminder feature so that users do not forget during the process of monitoring the final project. Abstract

Cat is one of a popular animals in the world. Number of cat breeds in the world only about 1%, so most are dominated by cats mixed or domestic cat. Nevertheless, there are so many different types of cat breeds in the world, that it is sometimes difficult to identify them. Therefore, we need a system that can recognize the types of cat breeds. One technique of deep learning that may apprehend and hit upon gadgets in a photograph is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). CNN functionality is alleged because the nice technique in phrases of item detection and item recognition. The author used 9 different types of cat breeds containing 2700 images. The EfficientNet-B0 architecture is used on the system. The most optimal model has earned the accuracy of 95%. Abstract

The advancement of technology is progressing rapidly and will continue in line with the development of science. This progress is inevitable in all aspects of life, including in the corporate environment. CV Agro Utama Mandiri Lestari is a company engaged in agriculture as well as a training and self-sufficient rural development center. A company can grow quickly if its financial management data is accurate and precise. Financial management involves organizing the resources owned by the company to achieve its goals and objectives. In financial management, there are cash inflows and outflows, which are activities that always exist in every business entity. In this company, melon cultivation is still managed using a manual and simple financial system, making administrative activities prone to document loss, inaccuracy, and difficulties in analyzing fertilizer expenses. Therefore, a financial management system is highly necessary for CV Agro Utama Mandiri Lestari. This system features data management for income, expenses, human resources, harvests, capital, and profit and loss per harvest. Additionally, it can generate financial reports based on predefined filters. The system also provides a data visualization dashboard displaying financial information for CV Agro Utama Mandiri Lestari.

Abstract

Sistem Dashboard Pemantau Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) Terintegrasi di Keputih, Surabaya, dikembangkan sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan PJU berbasis teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini bertujuan memantau kondisi lampu PJU, cuaca, dan kualitas udara secara real-time dengan integrasi sensor dan teknologi digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan sistem, implementasi sensor, pengembangan dashboard berbasis web, serta pengujian dan evaluasi sistem. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dashboard dapat menampilkan data kondisi lampu, suhu, kelembapan, curah hujan, dan kualitas udara secara akurat dalam satu platform yang mudah diakses. Selain itu, fitur seperti Live CCTV, Chatbot Service, dan kontrol lampu manual/otomatis berhasil diimplementasikan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pengelolaan PJU menjadi lebih responsif, efisien, dan berbasis data, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keselamatan pengguna jalan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik.
