Abstract

Latar belakang : Dewasa ini obesitas telah menjadi masalah kesehatan dan gizi  baik di negara maju maupun di negara berkembang. Prevalensi overweight dan obesitas meningkat sangat tajam di seluruh dunia, yang mencapai tingkat membahayakan. Obesitas menjadi faktor resiko terjadinya penyakit kronis seperti penyakit jantung koroner, hipertensi, diabetes, dan kanker yang pada akhirnya mengakibatkan kematian. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku gizi seimbang terhadap status gizi lebih pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Penyakit Infeksi Prof. DR. Sulianti Saroso Jakarta Utara tahun 2016. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sebanyak 100 pegawai yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu pegawai laki-laki dan perempuan yang memiliki IMT >25,00 kg/m2, dan tidak sedang hamil. Responden diukur BB dan TB, mengisi kuesioner pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku. Hasil: Tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku terhadap status gizi lebih (p<0,05). Namun ada kecenderungan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku pada kelompok obesitas lebih baik daripada kelompok overweight. Proporsi responden yang menjawab kurang tepat pada pertanyaan tentang jumlah porsi yang dianjurkan untuk dikonsumsi dalam sehari berdasar Pedoman Gizi Seimbang seperti makanan pokok, lauk pauk, sayur dan buah, jumlah minyak dan gula yang sebaiknya dikonsumsi per hari serta tentang waktu yang baik untuk sarapan dan tentang durasi atau frekuensi olah raga yang dianjurkan. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku gizi seimbang  pada pegawai RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso dengan kejadian gizi lebih. Perlu diberikan edukasi gizi mengenai bentuk porsi sayur dna buah yang baik untuk dikonsumsi, pembatasan jumlah lemak, gula dan minyak serta peningkatan aktivitas fisik untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal (sebab-akibat) dengan metode kualitatif yang kuantitatifkan dan menggunakan alat analisis software SPSS versi 23,0.        Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Variabel X1 hukuman (punishment) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai koefisien regresi thitung sebesar 2,829 dengan ttabel 1,977, dari data tersebut tampak thitung  > ttabel (2,829 > 1,997) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05, sehingga  Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel X1 yaitu Hukuman (Punishment) berpengaruh signifikans terhadap variabel Y (Prestasi Kerja). Variabel X2 penghargaan (reward) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 1,145 dengan ttabel 1,977, dari data tersebut tampak thitung  > ttabel (1,145 > 1,997) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,254 > 0,05. Sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel X1 yaitu Penghargaan (Reward) berpengaruh signifikans terhadap variabel Y (Prestasi Kerja). Pengujian pada uji F atau uji simultan dari perbandingan Fhitung sebesar 21,693 > dari Ftabel 3,06, dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X1 (Hukuman (Punishment)) dan variabel X2 Penghargaan (Reward) terhadap variabel Y (Prestasi Kerja).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Culture on Work Commitment and its implications for Nurse Performance in hospitals in the Banten Province. Nurses play a pivotal role in the delivery of quality healthcare services, directly impacting patient recovery and overall hospital performance. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method, collecting data from nurses at four city hospitals in Banten. The results show that both Emotional Intelligence and Work Culture have a significant positive effect on Work Commitment, which in turn, strongly influences Nurse Performance. Emotional Intelligence enables nurses to manage their emotions effectively, fostering stronger emotional engagement with their work. Meanwhile, a supportive Work Culture enhances collaboration and communication among nurses, further strengthening their commitment to their jobs. The findings also reveal that Work Commitment serves as a crucial mediator in the relationship between Emotional Intelligence, Work Culture, and Nurse Performance. Nurses with higher Emotional Intelligence are better equipped to handle stress and build stronger relationships with patients and colleagues, leading to improved performance. Similarly, a positive Work Culture fosters an environment where nurses feel valued and supported, increasing their dedication and job satisfaction. The study concludes that hospitals should prioritize strategies to enhance Emotional Intelligence and cultivate a positive Work Culture to improve both nurse performance and the overall quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

Increasing developments in the world of education carried out by tertiary and domestic universities increases the number of students. However, this development has not been matched by the equalization of the course digitization system that can form soft skills and hard skills in several universities in Indonesia which results in gaps for lecturers and students who want to form skills in them. Developing a platform by using sophisticated blockchain technology, Education Smart Courses (E-Scores) can overcome the problems in education that provide courses in the form of gamification. Then the method used in this study is the business model method of CANVA and TKT to measure systematically on technological development. The benefits of Education Smart Courses (E-Scores) and Blockchain-based innovations that can be easily accessed by academics and gamification in educational courses, with the hope of becoming more value in prototypes and will be developed to be able to provide better change.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the transformational leadership style on employee performance at PT. Ishikawajima Heavy Industries (IHI) Power Service Indonesia, to determine the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance at PT. Ishikawajima Heavy Industries (IHI) Power Service Indonesia, and to determine the influence of the transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee performance at PT. Ishikawajima Heavy Industries (IHI) Power Service Indonesia. In this research, data was taken from a total sample of 119 respondents by distributing a Google Form questionnaire for 2 weeks at PT. Ishikawajima Heavy Industries (IHI) Power Service Indonesia. Then the data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 26 through descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. Hypothesis test results show that the Transformational Leadership Style (X1) obtained a calculated t value of 2.116 > t table, namely 1.98063, and a sig value of 0.036 < 0.05; then H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. The Interpersonal Communication variable (X2) obtained a calculated t value of 3.901 > t table, namely 1.98063, and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05; then H2 was accepted and H0 was rejected. And the variables Transformational Leadership Style (X1) and Interpersonal Communication (X2) have a calculated F value of 20,470 > F table, namely 3.16, and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The application of blockchain technology in e-certificates in the open journal system is needed to validate and distribute managed e-certificates in each journal issue. With tools in the form of conceptualized and managed blockcerts allows users to use and verify the authenticity of e-certificates that are closely linked to the blockchain. Observation on the open journal system and applied blockchain tools in the form of blockcerts as a place to issue e-certificates with guaranteed security so that e-certificates are verified as well as managed data. Issuance of e-certificates is still considered unsafe because it can be easily forged. Specifically, this study produced two benefits, namely: (1) Issuance of e-certificates in an open journal system is more verified, data is managed and there will not be duplications or even falsification of e-certificates. (2) The reputation of the open journal system is better with a sense of trust. This research uses library study method by implementing e-certificate in an open journal system with blockchain technology tools such as blockcerts. In order that the results of the e-certificate issuance go well and to avoid any crime that threatens the authenticity of the e-certificate, this blockchain is used to guarantee that the e-certificate is safe and not easily falsified, duplicated or even easily replaced by those not granted access rights. By using blockchain technology, the data collected will be well managed and not easily falsified.

Abstract

The application of blockchain in the context of E-Journal distribution to journalists is aimed at making the management paper adequately distributed and not misused. The security system in the distribution or management paper process of an open journal system is currently considered to be very lacking because one can duplicate the journal in an open journal system easily. Furthermore, it can be transferred to anyone who is not responsible. The security system in the distribution of an open journal system and the management of the management paper process is currently considered to be very lacking because one can duplicate the journal in an open journal system easily. Furthermore, it can be transferred to anyone who is not responsible. With the implementation of this blockchain technology, there are 3 (three) benefits, namely (1) The distribution of E-Journal in the Open Journal System is more targeted, and there are no errors. (2) The reputation of the Open Journal System becomes better with a sense of trust. This research will be implemented in an E-Journal in an Open Journal System using blockchain technology. (3) The management paper processing in the open journal system runs according to the procedure so that in the management process the distribution of soft copies and hard copies of the journal is protected from hacker threats, and this blockchain is used to guarantee its security.

Abstract

One of the most important things in universities is the development of information systems and management of integrated data, important because of the high needs and completeness of attributes in each component related to academic affairs in all universities. Primary data in academics are students and lecturers. Data management and governance are well taken care of in order to deliver information to be accurate, transparency, accountability and actual. Lecturers and students can apply the SDLC model to produce a system that will later improve or replace the old system, through the design and implementation of data management information systems. In the application of policies towards lecturers and students, in this information system will provide formulation and overview to the leadership.
