Abstract

The low level of digital literacy in Indonesia needs to be considered by all educational institutions, especially teachers, so that they can intelligently introduce Google-based digital literacy to students. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of google application-based learning media to increase digital literacy. This study uses a descriptive descriptive research approach. The informants in this study were school principals, teachers and students from four schools. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study used an interactive model consisting of reduction data, presentation data and verification data. To validate the data using source triangulation. The results of the study show that teachers have driven digital literacy by utilizing Google media, namely Google search. Google search media used by teachers is used to find information, material and news that students can understand so that students are used to being able to choose information obtained by elementary school students and information that elementary school-age children cannot know. The teacher also provides videos, both videos downloaded from Google search, namely YouTube and Tik Tok which are used by the teacher, besides that they also use PowerPoint to display material or information.

Abstract

After experiencing a pandemic for approximately 2 years, many businesses, not only in Indonesia, but in the world began to strengthen their determination to bounce back. Not only did it cost lives due to exposure to Covid-19, but businesses also became victims. Nevertheless, there are also businesses that survive in the midst of this deadly virus attack which is full of uncertainty when it will end. The promotional mix is the best strategic combination of advertising variables, personal selling, and other promotional tools, all of which are planned to achieve the objectives of the sales programme. This research aims to find out how the implementation of the promotional mix at Keluarga Baba Wedding Organizer has managed to survive through a pandemic where the majority of business people have to go out of business due to hampered sales activities. The research method used in this research is the explanatory case study method. The informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The result of this study shows that Keluarga Baba has implemented the promotion mix well, starting from the planning to the evaluation process. This is evident from the consistency of Keluarga Baba's educational-based advertising promotions on Instagram and the attractiveness of consumers who want to use Keluarga Baba's services.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Service Reporting Information System is an important aspect in managing population data at the provincial level. However, data security in these systems is a major concern, given the sensitivity of the personal information contained therein. This research applies the RC4 algorithm to the reporting information system of the Central Sulawesi Province population and civil registration service to improve data security. This research uses a system development method with a case study approach. Researchers implemented the RC4 algorithm on an existing reporting information system and analyzed its impact on data security. Data was collected through interviews with Population and Civil Registration Service officers, observations, and testing system functionality. The applications built are tested using blackbox and crackstation. The results of black box testing show that the application produces the desired output and is in accordance with the function of the application program created. The results of the crackstation test show that the RC4 algorithm was not successfully solved. The research results show that the application of the RC4 algorithm to the reporting information system of the Central Sulawesi Province Population and Civil Registration Service can significantly increase data security. This algorithm is able to encrypt data sent over the network, thereby preventing unauthorized access and misuse of information.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand how Local Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund affect Regional Expenditure, and to explore the Flypaper Effect Phenomenon in districts/cities in West Papua during the 2016-2020 period. The population studied included districts/cities in West Papua Province with a sample consisting of 13 entities. The data used came from the Budget Realization Report (LRA) issued by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance for all districts/cities. The research sample was obtained through a total sampling technique. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study indicate that Local Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund have a positive influence on Regional Expenditure, and the Flypaper Effect Phenomenon was detected in district/city governments in West Papua.

Abstract

Tindakan tidak aman adalah suatu kegagalan (human failure) dalam mengikuti persyaratan dan prosedur kerja yang benar, sehingga berdampak terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya perilaku. Faktor internal seperti motivasi dan persepsi, serta faktor eksternal seperti pengawasan, ketersediaan APD, komunikasi, peraturan, dan pelatihan K3. Kecelakaan kerja sektor industri paling banyak disebabkan oleh tindakan tidak aman dari manusia dengan persentase sebesar 88%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tindakan tidak aman pekerja. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode observasional yang bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 95 pekerja. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 48,4% pekerja berisiko tinggi melakukan tindakan tidak aman dan sisanya berisiko rendah melakukan tindakan tidak aman (51,6%). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara motivasi (p=1,000) dan komunikasi (p=0,316) dengan tindakan tidak aman dan terdapat hubungan antara persepsi (p=0,000), pengawasan (p=0,000), ketersediaan APD (p=0,000), peraturan (p=0,027), dan pelatihan K3 (p=0,000) dengan tindakan tidak aman pada pekerja di PT. X Jakarta tahun 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of re-realization of bureaucratic reform through the implementation of bureaucratic simplification in the BKPSDM of Bali Province and the obstacles faced in realizing bureaucratic reform in the implementation of bureaucratic simplification. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the study indicate that the process of reactualization of bureaucratic reform has gone well by referring to regulations that are oriented towards results and are applicable, the implementation process is measurable, synergistic, so that innovation of the apparatus and its implementation are monitored. In fact, several aspects such as the efficiency of resource use, the effectiveness of adaptation of new work systems, the realism of hierarchy reduction and the consistency of preparing individual employee skills and expertise have not been implemented optimally. The obstacles faced are the lack of competency development for functional position holders due to equalization, bureaucratic simplification regulations that still need to be reviewed and evaluated, there are still functional position holders with old work pattern mindsets, and limited implementation time targets. Implications for further research can use more complete aspects of bureaucratic simplification and can conduct research in several other Regional Devices (PD) in order to get more comprehensive results.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The administrative and final project service submission system is an information system that will be used at the Information Technology Department of Tadulako University in terms of carrying out the administrative process and final assignments for both lecturers, education staff, and students. SIPENDEKAR is designed for lecturers, education personnel, and students SIPENDEKAR is designed to integrate all administrative processes and final assignments. This research uses the heuristic evaluation method . The heuristic evaluation method is a method used to identify problems in the use of interface design, so that usability problems can be corrected through the redesign process. Through the application of Heuristic Evaluation, we can find obstacles and receive suggestions for improvement from experts based on usability principles that apply to websites that have 10 principles, namely Visibility of system status, Match between system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Error Prevention, Recongnition rather than recall, Flexibility and efficiency of use, Aesthetic and minimalist design, Help users recognize, Dialogue, and recovers from errors, and Help and documentation. The questionnaire testing involved 37 respondents, the results of the validity and reliability test were declared valid and reliable.This research uses 6 research stages Identification of problems and literature studies, determination of evaluation methods, preparation for evaluation, and preparation for evaluation.

Abstract

The digital transformation era has fueled enthusiasm for digital living among Indonesian society, driven by the surging use of internet and smartphones. The digital economy has unlocked new opportunities for businesses and entrepreneurship, significantly boosting national economic growth. In this context, MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a pivotal role as the backbone of Indonesia's economy, holding immense potential to drive national progress. The year 2024 has been designated as the year of digital transformation for MSMEs, with a target of integrating 30 million MSMEs into the digital ecosystem. Sigi Regency, with its 30,554 MSMEs spanning diverse business sectors, is a key focus for the local government's efforts to digitize the MSME sector, aiming to enhance product quality, services, and global competitiveness. To achieve this goal, an integrated web and Android system is proposed, empowering MSMEs to independently manage product data and business profiles, creating a digital gallery to showcase the Sigi MSME catalog.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of three main factors, User Generated Content (UGC), Brand Image, and Hedonic Value on consumer Purchase Intention towards Salted Egg Milea products. In today's digital era, the use of social media has become one of the main tools in product marketing. UGC is content created by users to recommend or reflect experiences with certain products, increasingly becoming a concern in marketing strategies. On the other hand, brand image is also known as consumer perceptions of brands that can influence their purchasing behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach method and data were collected through a survey of 113 respondents who are active social media users and have knowledge about Salted Egg Milea products. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the study indicate that User Generated Content has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention of Salted Egg Milea products. In addition, brand image is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. The managerial implications of these findings are the importance of utilizing UGC and building a strong brand image to increase consumer purchase intention towards Salted Egg Milea products. This study contributes to the understanding of the influence of these factors in the context of marketing food and beverage products, especially salted egg products.
