Abstract

File archiving now needs to be appropriately managed so that it is easy to find and manage. File archiving in question is how to help in the process of finding data with a considerable number, to facilitate the work following the aim to reduce the time the search data can be integrated with the system created. Archiving itself aims to facilitate the management of data that is very diverse and with a large amount, to facilitate the management and also the control carried out. The problem with filing archives, in this case, is the lack of management regarding the correct filing of archives. Controlled archive file management makes the amount of time that is passed only by searching files. By looking at large amounts of data, it is necessary to use methods to be able to manage and search, with Alphabet, Numeric and K-means Clustering methods designed and processed, it is easier to manage existing data searches so that the work doesn't take too much time. There needs to be further development of the analysis carried out at this time to further improve the effectiveness by creating a system following the analysis rules made at this time. Abstract

In the early history of the development of the system of attendance in Indonesia known as system orally. After the system delivery attendance orally, began to apply paper and media system is still applied in basic education, particularly in the SDN Sukanagara. because it is still present the information with the media system of paper it is need for thoroughness rekapan a comparison to measure attendance information on each subject takes time, whereas its data storage medium using the application Microsoft Excel. Plus, teachers are quite busy with improvements so often forget to fill out the list of absences and less effective for dealing with students who are truant at school subjects. In order to make it easier for the teacher to do recording and measurement of the student's attendance at any course system, teaching and learning-based R + is a system which helps teachers and homeroom present information in the form of absentee form with web feature i.e. can run through mobile. System R + also uses a mobile-based website because of light. The existence of this study it is expected that this attendance system can improve the quality of attendance in the learning process at SDN Sukanagara.

Abstract

In this globalization era, the use of technology is very influential in every activity we do, including communication activities. Technology has provided so much convenience for us in communication, including communication in the field of education. At Raharja College, every student, staff, and lecturer is given a facility that can be used to communicate, an email called Rinfo. In addition, the Raharja College also provides an online learning system called iLearning +. With the online learning system, it requires an online communication media to accommodate communication between students and lecturers, so that the learning process can run effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the development of Rinfo Apps is very much needed as a communication medium on iLearning +. Rinfo group is a Google System that can be used as a communication medium in the iLearning + learning process. By creating a forum called the mailing list at Rinfo Group, students and lecturers can communicate easily and everywhere, lecturers can provide material, assignments, or other announcements through this mailing list, as well as students who can easily ask the lecturers . With this, indirectly can increase the activity of students. The authors used 2 (two) research methods, that are observation and literature study. The results of this study are a communication medium for students and lecturers on iLearning + which is expected to increase student activity in the online learning process.

Abstract

Rapid technological advancements provide many conveniences, including the ease of buying and selling activities. At Raharja College there is a sale and purchase transaction facility, Raharja Internet Cafe (RIC), which is provided to meet the needs of its students. In this facility there are print, scan, ATK, accesoris, computer and even install iPad services. However, because at this time the transaction process was still conventional where students had to come directly to the RIC to make transactions and had to queue up to be a problem because it was considered less effective. Therefore, an online transaction is needed that will make it easier for students to transact and meet the needs of lecture activities. So in applying online transactions using e-commerce website (electronic commerce) in the process of buying and selling in RIC. In this study will be explained by researchers 2 (two) problems and 4 (four) research methods, namely: observation, analysis, literature study and implementation. The results achieved from this study are an e-commerce website (electronic commerce) that can be used online by students at any time and anywhere, and can be via a computer or even a smartphone. With the implementation of e-commerce web sites, it is expected that students do not need to come directly to RIC and queue to be able to make transactions because they can be accessed online.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments in the current era of globalization have provided many benefits in progress in various aspects. Besides being used to process data and store computer data, it can also be used to support the application and utilization of information and communication technology. At this time in the Tangerang Al-Husna Vocational School the processing or scoring system of student grades has been running semi-computerized but is still limited by using Microsoft Excel. This will result if the student value data occurs unintentional changes will affect other data as well and can cause loss or problems in the student's assessment recorded and stored in a conventional way. The purpose of this research is to change the student assessment system which is currently running semi-computerized into a system that is fully computerized, namely a web-based system and can be accessed online so that the value processing of students does not take a long time and is expected to run effectively and efficiently. The method used to analyze the problems in the research is by using the SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) while for the system design method using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and for programming languages ​​using PHP and MYSQL in making the database. Abstract

Every person who has completed his formal education will certainly get a certificate, the certificate is very important to continue to the next level of education or to find work. However, there are still a handful of people who take actions against the law that is falsifying a certificate for a specific purpose, so that it will produce workers who do not have the quality to occupy a certain position. Where certificates are indeed very easy and inexpensive to fake but are expensive enough to prove their authenticity. Using blockchain technology is expected to overcome these problems so that it can be difficult for someone to fake a certificate and can help companies to prove the authenticity of certificates from prospective employees in just minutes and without having to pay a number of costs. It is hoped that the existence of this blockchain technology can continue to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Crowdfunding as a social program in the technological era is a new breakthrough for raising funds for people who need or to capitalize a particular project quickly through the internet media. This research aims to study the benefits of blockchain technology with the concept of smart contracts as a medium of transaction in a crowdfunding platform, as well as how this technology can solve the problem of public trust because this platform uses transactions that use money. By implementing blockchain technology on crowdfunding platforms, it is expected to guarantee data security and approval in each transaction, so that there is no falsification of a project for personal gain.

Abstract

Android is an operating system that is open source, so that it can be developed by users. The development of android applications on smartphones encourages the creation of a smart house system that is used to control and monitor household appliances such as water tanks. Water tanks necessity that must be met today, the difficulty in controlling water in a water tank obstacle that is currently felt in the community. With the help of current technological advances, IoT can reduce the problems that exist today, only using an Android smartphone and microcontroller. Android smartphone functions to send and receive information signals to and from the microcontroller via the internet network. Information is obtained from the microcontroller in form of a Mini D1 Wemos placed in a water tank. Then the LDR provides the cleanliness of the water level based on the incoming light and the LED signals when the water a high degree of saturation. This application uses Bylink which can monitor the water tank by obtaining notifications from the microcontroller that has been implanted in the water tank. With this, the community can enjoy a healthier life because it can control the cleanliness of the water tank easily and practically.

Abstract

In the current industrial era 4.0, technological advances are inevitable, with so many information and data needs that are very fast requiring innovation in displaying data that is processed into information that is accurate, fast, quantitative and relevant to support a decision obtained by the current user . Garbage banks are commonly used to sort and recycle to become a useful value. But in practice, the transaction process and data flow in waste bank management is constrained by the absence of recording and storage efficiently and effectively so that the loss of data is very risky for the seller. Therefore an information system is needed to be able to accommodate every sales and visitor update so that the seller does not need to record it manually. In making this dashboard use the Yii Framework tool because this viewboard uses the website as a media for its appearance. This research was made using the method of analysis, planning, design and prototype, the design of the e-marketplace dashboard is intended as a container of information from the data available for each sales transaction, so that it will display accurate and up-to-date information and facilitate monitoring.
