Abstract

KUA (Kantor Urusan Agama) Kecamatan Rajeg sudah memiliki website, tetapi KUA tersebut belum menggunakan sistem informasi yang secara khusus menangani data pendaftaran persyaratan nikah di KUA. Aktivitas penginputan data dan pengolahan data masih menggunakan sistem manual. Sistem tersebut berjalan tidak optimal karena kompleksitas pada prosesnya, mulai dari pengisian data diformulir pendaftaran oleh calon mempelai dibuku, proses pengolahan berkas-berkas pendaftaran, sampai dengan proses untuk menghasilkan laporan. Hambatan atau kendala saat pembuatan laporan terjadi karena berkas tidak tersimpan di satu bagian saja, akibatnya pihak administrasi mengalami keterlambatan dan mengalami kesalahan saat pembuatan laporan karena berkas yang tersebar. Setelah meneliti dan menganalisa permasalahan yang ada dalam sistem saat ini, user pada KUA perlu difasilitasi sebuah sistem informasi pendaftaran persyaratan nikah berbasis web untuk mempermudah calon mempelai untuk memperoleh informasi dan pendaftaran nikah, maupun pihak adminitrasi dalam mengolah data calon mempelai. Dengan object oriented methodology menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language), peneliti menspesifikasikan objek-objek apa saja yang diperlukan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan user.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang berbasis komputerisasi berperan penting sebagai alat mengarsipkan dokumen salah satunya surat masuk, serta dapat membantu memecahkan masalah. Bahwasanya kehadiran teknologi komputer sangat dibutuhkan oleh para pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Penyimpanan arsip yang dilakukan oleh para manager secara komputerisasi lebih efektif dan efisien dari sebelumnya dengan menggunakan penyimpanan secara manual. Penyimpanan secara komputerisasi ini dapat diproses dengan cepat dan dalam pencariannya tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama, sehingga informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh para manager dapat segera ditampilkan. Selain itu, penyimpanan secara komputerisasi dapat merawat dokumen karena penyimpanannya yang secara digital. Proses pengarsipan yang berjalan saat ini bersifat semi komputerisasi masih menggunakan buku agenda dan Microsoft Excel. Adapun kendala yang sering terjadi yaitu adanya beberapa kesalahan fatal salah satunya yang sangat krusial adalah redudansi yang mengakibatkan penomoran tidak sesuai dan lama durasi pada proses pencarian dokumen, resiko ruang penyimpanan yang tidak aman akibatnya berkas hilang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti melalui tahap observasi, studi pustaka, dan analisa (SWOT). Maka pada akhirnya rancangan sistem yang telah diciptakan dapat membantu karyawan dalam proses pengarsipan, serta dalam pencarian berkas jauh lebih cepat dan ringkas maupun ruang penyimpanannya terjamin aman karena karyawan saja yang dapat mengakses sistem tersebut. Kata Kunci : Usulan, Pengarsipan,SWOT,perusahaan.

Abstract

PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara merupakan salah satu industri tembakau yang ada di dalam negeri dan memproduksi beberapa jenis varian rokok bahkan merk rokok yang beredar dipasaran. Dalam proses pendistribusian, rokok akan di distribusikan oleh sales menggunakansepeda motor dan mobil box untuk diantarkan langsung kepada customer. PT. Surya MustikaNusantara melakukan pemeliharaan kendaraan operasional sales yang masih menggunakansistem manual dan masih kurang maksimal, sistem tersebut belum dapat melakukan monitoringkendaraan setiap harinya. Jika terjadi kendala atau kerusakan pada kendaraan operasional makasales akan mengisi sebuah formulir lalu formulir akan diberikan kepada kepala kendaraansetelah itu kepala kendaraan akan memproses formulir laporan kerusakan tersebut untukdilakukan pemeliharaan oleh mekanik dan jika sudah selesai hasil laporan akan diberikan kepadamanager. Hasil analisis dan dilakukannya observasi penulis pada PT. Surya Mustika Nusantaramenemukan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada dalam sistem yang berjalan, maka penulismengusulkan untuk dirancangnya sistem pemeliharaan kendaraan operasional sales yang baruberbasis Web. Menggunakan metode analisis PIECES. Perancangan sistem menggunakanmetode analisis berorientasi objek dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML), Dengan adanyausulan pembaruan sistem pemeliharaan kendaraan operasional sales pada PT. Surya MustikaNusantara, proses pemeliharaan kendaraan operasional sales yang berjalan akan lebih efektif danefisien.

Abstract

Penggunaan akses internet saat ini sangatlah berketergantungan, baik untuk keperluanpribadi maupun dalam bekerja.Pemakaian akses internet oleh pengguna atau client yangseringkali digunakan secaraan bersamaan, dengan adanya perihal tersebut dapat mempengaruhikecepatan yang didapatkan oleh pengguna atau client. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannyapenyesuaian bandwidth, agar tidak terjadinya ketidakadilan dalam mengakses suatu jaringaninternet. Untuk penyesuian bandwidth tersebut, maka diperlukannya management bandwidth.Dengan adanya management bandwidth, paket data internet dapat mengelola bandwidth padasetiap pengguna atau client. Metode yang akan digunakan pada managementbandwidth adalahdengan menggunakan metode Hierarchical token bucket. Dengan metode tersebut, dapatmelimitasi kebutuhan akses internet sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Hal tersebutsangatlah penting dalam suatu perusahaan, dikarenakan dalam penggunaan akses internet tidakhanya menggunakan komputer saja tapi ada pengguan internet dengan menggunakan laptop atausmartphone yang status IP nya bersifat dinamis.

Abstract

This research is aimed to investigate the effect of (1) interpersonal communication, (2) trust, (3) loyalty of teacher the vocational high school in Kemayoran.In the data analysis, this research uses causal survey method by using Path Analysis Technique. This study uses the sample from 95 teachers in five vocational high school in Kemayoran who are selected by using Slovin formula.The result of the study reveals that: First, there is a positive effect between interpersonal communication and teacher loyalty to the school. Second, there is a positive effect also between trust and teacher loyalty to the school.Third there is a positive effect between interpersonal communication and teacher trust to the school.

Abstract

Tuberculosis or better known as TBC disease is a disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. This disease can be suffered by anyone, both young and old. Karawaci Medika Clinic, located in the Karawaci area of ​​Tangerang, is a clinic that provides health services for individuals and company employees by providing basic and / or specialist medical services. Karawaci Medika Clinic has handled various diseases, one of which is TBC. Currently, people do not know much about the spread and consequences of TBC disease so that the number of people affected by this disease continues to grow every year. The current TB information delivery at the Karawaci Medika Clinic is still using banners and brochures. The delivery media did not make the public interested in knowing information about TB. The community only read briefly and then threw away the brochures that had been given by the clinic. Based on the existing problems, a motion graphic video about TBC was made so that it could help the Karawaci Medika Clinic in conveying information about TB disease. The method used in making multimedia-based information media is data collection methods, media design and the concept of media production. The applications used in this research are Adobe Premiere pro CS6, Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Audition CS6, and Adobe Media Encoder CS6. The final result is a video information motion graphic health education about TBC.

Abstract

Education management is a critical aspect of educational systems, encompassing policies, planning, organization, and leadership. Understanding the research landscape in education management is essential to inform evidence-based practices, guide policymaking, and enhance educational outcomes. This research employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer to examine scientific publications on education management. The analysis quantifies scholarly output, identifies influential works and authors, and explores collaboration patterns within the field. Key findings highlight the significance of leadership, education management, and entrepreneurship education as prevalent themes. Moreover, the analysis underscores the growing interest in promoting self-management skills and sustainability in educational contexts. These insights can guide researchers, educators, and policymakers in shaping the future of education management practices and policies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Return On Equity, Debt Equity Ratio on Stock Returns. The statistical method used uses multiple regression analysis. The type of data used in this research is secondary data whose data source was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The population in this study were 18 companies that entered the LQ45 period 2019 -2021 on the IDX. The results of this study indicate that Earnings Per Share has an effect on Stock Returns, Return On Equity has an effect on Stock Returns, while Debt Equity Ratio has no effect on Stock Returns. But Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Debt Equity Ratio simultaneously or jointly affect Stock Returns.

Abstract

Recording the lecturer's attendance at each lecture is a routine that the lecturer must carry out at the start of the lecture. This is proof that a lecturer has carried out his teaching duties and is a determinant in several other matters such as remuneration and lecturer discipline in carrying out lectures. FO AO (Front Office Attendance Online) is one of the management systems implemented by Raharja University, designed with the aim of improving the quality of service information for admin lecturers, heads of study programs and leaders and making it easier for receptionists to operate the system in accordance with the SOP implemented by management. There have been many applications created in previous research regarding lecturer attendance records, including using Android and QR codes. This research was built with a different view using data collection methods and SWOT as a system analyst. The FO AO design implemented uses an analyst system, design system, constructions and testing implementation system. The results of testing that have been carried out show that the FO AO management system in this research can make it easier for officers to provide attendance services to lecturers as a record of their attendance at Raharja University and produce real-time digital information with good data validation

Abstract

The aim of the research aimed at this research is to clarify efforts to increase teacher capabilities with the title "activator school". This type of research refers to a qualitative descriptive approach carried out at one of the activator schools, namely SDN Cibaga 2, Serang district. Sampling used purposive sampling. The primary data collection carried out was obtained from observations accompanied by discussions with several teachers. Meanwhile, the selunder data uses previous references from various sources in the form of articles indexed by SINTA to internationally. In conducting interviews, it is carried out by providing a semi-structured form, after which the data results are analyzed using reduction and drawing conclusions. This research obtained results showing that activator schools strive to develop learning activities that embody the character of Pancasila for their students. One element that needs to be improved is the teacher's ability to innovate lesson plans that contain the character of Pancasila. Online training steps carried out in a short time are a concern for activator teachers, because they limit training possibilities for the development and application of indicators. Schools are encouraged to seek information from relevant educational institutions.
