Abstract

Pollux Properti Indonesia merupakan pengembang proyek properti, termasuk pengembang, investasi, perdagangan, dan jasap enyewaan properti. Sistem penagihan yang ada masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitudengan sms dan telepon secara manual. Hal in imembutuhkan sumberdaya yang banyak dan kurang efisien dalam waktu, disamping pembayaran tagihan masih menggunakan satu fix virtual account sehingga kurang fleksibel bagi pelanggan untuk melakukan pembayaran. Pada penelitian ini, menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis web sistem informasi transaksi tagihan layanan purna jual, dengan menggunakan framework laravel. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan software adalah waterfall, dimana metode ini dimulai dari analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem dan software, coding, testing, dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah dengan diimplementasikannya aplikasi sistem yang telah dibuat pada PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia, sebagai sarana penagihan dan pembayaran yang berjalan secara otomatis, serta memudahkan pengembang untuk menagih, pembayaran, serta melakukan pemeriksaan pembayaran yang masuk. Serta memudahkan pelanggan dalam membayar tagihan dan memeriksa riwayat transaksi yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Knowledge about ideal body weight at this time is very much discussed, ideal body weight is certainly a good thing for health in themselves and appearance, For women and men weight is one thing that is often the main focus for health, those that are does not care about his weight so that he does not control his food patterns or irregular eating patterns, then see developments in this digital age all things are easily accessed through digital applications, with that basis we combine the android system with the calculation of ideal body weight, to find out body weight through the application certainly makes it easy and includes a fast way with it we made an android-based application to calculate whether the weight is ideal or not, so not only is a calculator, we also provide tips in it, with many methods of calculating body weight we chose to use the method Brocca and MIT App Inventor tools in making the application, because this method is simple enough to be used as a reference in the calculation, we hope that by making this application can facilitate the public in calculating the ideal body weight.

Abstract

All companies want a better attendance system which can increase the level of employee discipline in attendance. In this case, a problem must be sought for a solution and requires facilities or design in the form of a presence system that can facilitate attendance and reduce the occurrence of errors and fraud. This research develops the system as a solution to the problem of the presence system that already exists today with the presence system with face recognition. Raspberry Pi is used as a microcomputer to perform data processing to activate a webcam that will detect faces when motion has been detected by the PIR sensor as input and design using the Python programming language that is run on the Raspbian operating system platform. Abstract

Information technology is now a top priority because of its effectiveness and efficiency. However, with the ease and effectiveness of technology that is vulnerable to its security. For this reason, security management is also a priority after the existence of information technology / information systems. This study aims to measure and identify risks using the FMEA method and ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 standard. The analysis shows that there are 22 cause failures that will cause a risk to the security of IT assets in the Domestic Trade (PDN) Department of Trade and Industry of the XYZ Provincial Government. There are 11 cause failures that have a high level with a vulnerable value of 400 - 175.

Abstract

Current technological developments have an effect on the use of software which is always growing rapidly. Currently companies, agencies and others are required to work faster, more precise and accurate and of good quality in the process of managing data and presenting information. Raharja University is one of the tertiary institutions that always improves its quality, especially in the academic field in order to produce excellent students. In carrying out the input of KKP titles, TA / Thesis still use office-based applications, namely using Microsoft Excel, causing sub-optimal performance results due to the length of time required to input and the existence of errors in inputting data. Then a laravel-based online title input application system was built. In research design, a method is needed in order to see the development of the design, the method used in this research is the waterfall model SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method which is expected to be able to easily determine the achievement of a system, where a title input system has been designed. using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as programming language. In designing the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. Abstract

The corona virus (COVID-19) has recently shocked the whole world, including Indonesia. even Indonesia is included in the 30 countries with the most spread of the virus in the world. The rapid spread of the corona virus (COVID-19) has made educational institutes stop imposing face-to-face learning, so students have to study online at their respective homes. In the new school year students who have graduated from the previous school must choose the school to go to next. however, many schools are still not ready to deal with the buildup of prospective new students and have not fully implemented the daily COVID-19 protocol. Therefore, a new online student registration system was created at SMK Miftahul Jannah Cikupa to avoid physical contact and the accumulation of prospective new students at the school location. In this study the authors used several research methodologies, namely data collection methods including observation, interviews, and literature studies, analysis methods using SWOT analysis, system design methods using prototypes, and testing methods using blackbox testing. The results obtained in this study are that new prospective students do not need to come directly to the school, simply access them via a smartphone or laptop at their respective homes to register online and fill out the forms that are available on the website, and upload the required files. Abstract

In the era of development of information technology at this time, the use of computers at PT. Pacific Paint which is located at jl.bouraq lio baru no.33 rt.004 rw.001 batuceper city tangerang province banten post code 15122 is very important to support all information needs at PT. Pacific Paint, especially in inventory activities. The methodology used is a growth system of a life cycle approach starting from analyzing the running system and the final results achieved from the report, namely the formation of a system procedure and designing an inventory information system using php and mysql which is expected to improve operational performance of employees at PT. Pacific Paint so that the information obtained will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Current promotional activities are very important to introduce a product or service to increase the appeal of the wider community. Previously Roofpark Café & Restaurant only used simple video vlogs, websites, and used several printed media in the form of brochures, banners and newspaper media. So that the promotion media is not right, the information is still incomplete in informing the latest developments. Roofpark Café & Restaurant is a café that has an instagramble and garden concept. Roofpark Café & Restaurant is located on Jl. Raya Cimacan, Palasari, Kec. Cipanas, Cianjur Regency, West Java. Current problems require the design of promotional video media with more complete, updated and interesting information. So there is a need for promotional videos through social media and YouTube, so that it can increase the target of visitors every year and can be known to the wider community. The research method is to use data collection methods, SWOT analysis, media design, and the concept of media production (KPM), namely pre production, production, and postproduction. The results of this research are in the form of promotional video media for Roofpark Café & Restaurant which is expected to attract public interest in Roofpark Café & Restaurant. Abstract

ABSTRACT Technology now makes the world of work like companies, other agencies looking for new and quality human resources in the world of work. The Manpower Office helps workers who have just graduated or who want to have skills through training organized by the Tangerang City Manpower Office, which is located on Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan II No.1, Cikokol, Babakan, Tangerang, Kec. Tangerang, Kota Tangerang, Banten. Problems faced Training Center, namely, the lack of media in disseminating information, training seminars given BLK, so the need for the media to convey information in an interactive and engaging. The purpose of this research is to SDM workers who are ready to compete or who are ready to enter the world of work. Benefits that can be tasted Tangerang urban community that is easy to obtain profile information Manpower, Training Center as a training ground. The research methods are: data, SWOT analysis, media design and media concepts, namely: pre-production, production, and post-production. Abstract

Bhayangkara is a work unit for Education to channel interest, develop talent, increase knowledge, abilities, skills and experience of Scouts in various fields. One of the activities of the Saka Bhayangkara member is Traffic Krida which aims to assist the police in traffic including regulating traffic flow. Traffic Management in certain circumstances and the use of roads other than for traffic activities using hand movements, sound signals, light signals and other aids in certain circumstances. The purpose of this study is to design a robot as a learning media for Arduino Mega based traffic control movement with a remote controller which is expected to be a learning medium and is useful as an interesting visual aid and can add interest for members of Saka Bhayangkara to learn regulatory movements traffic. The development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The results of this research are a system in the form of a robot learning movement learning Arduino mega-based traffic control with a remote controller that has gone through the unit testing stage and shows all the features running well.
