Abstract

TINGKAT KEPUASAN SISWA BINTARAPADA PENYELENGGARAAN MAKANANDI Depo Pendidikan dan Latihan PertempuranRindam IX/Udayana TNI-AD Buleleng, BaliABSTRAKKepuasan merupakan perasaan seseorang mengenai harapan dan pengalaman sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu aspek yang dapat menentukan mutu suatu penyelenggaraan makanan. Aspek yang dinilai dalam penelitian ini meliputi citarasa makanan, penyaji makanan dan alat penyajian makanan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa bintara yang mengikuti pendidikan di Depo Pendidikan dan Latihan Pertempuran Rindam IX/Udayana TNI-AD Buleleng, Bali dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 65 sampel siswa bintara yang diambil dengan metode simple random sampling. Dari 65 sampel siswa bintara yang telah diteliti, sebagian besar merasa puas pada penyelenggaraan makanan di Depo Pendidikan dan Latihan Pertempuran Rindam IX/Udayana TNI-AD Buleleng, Bali namun terdapat satu aspek yang yang dirasa tidak puas oleh sampel yaitu petugas menanyakan kepada siswa mengapa makanan yang disajikan tidak dihabiskan sehingga penyelenggaraan makanan mendapat skor rata-rata tingkat kepuasan 94,87% dan sudah melebihi standar yaitu 90%. Berdasarkan analisis kuadaran yang telah dilakukan terdapat dua aspek yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam penyelenggaran makanan di Depo Pendidikan dan Latihan Pertempuran Rindam IX/Udayana TNI-AD Buleleng, Bali yaitu rasa makanan dan petugas menanyakan kepada siswa mengapa makanan yang disajikan tidak dihabiskan.Kata Kunci :Tingkat kepuasan, penyelenggaraan makanan, siswa bintara

Abstract

Elderly susceptible to diseases associated with aging process one of them hypertension. This study aims to determine the pattern picture of macro nutrient consumption and blood pressure in elderly in Sibanggede Village. The type of this study was observational with Cross Sectional design. Based on the results of research on 79 samples, amounted to 58.46% the amount of energy consumption has more abnormal blood pressure. 70.76% of the total protein consumption has more abnormal blood pressure. 72.30% of total fat consumption has abnormal blood pressure. And as much as 67.69% the total consumption of carbohydrates more have abnormal blood pressure. A total of 78.57% different types of foodstuffs in both categories have normal blood pressure and equal to 84.61% different types of food in the category of either have abnormal blood pressure. Approximately 35.71% of the recommended feeding frequency had normal blood pressure and 72.30% of the recommended feeding frequency had abnormal blood pressure. In relation to the largest proportion is the sample with abnormal blood pressure levels with macro nutrient category consumption more than the amount of energy consumption, protein, fat and carbohydrate. Therefore it should be given counseling about setting the right consumption pattern to keep blood pressure to stay normal.Keywords: consumption pattern, blood pressure, elderly

Abstract

Some nutritional problems are still experienced by school-age children in Indonesia. School snack contribute to the daily energy needs of children, which reached 20% - 31.1%. This study aims to determine the pattern of consumption of snack foods and nutritional status of primary school children. Data collected using 24 hour recall form performed 2 times. Descriptive analysis of frequency distribution tables and interrelationships among variables were analyzed using cross tables. Most of the samples had normal nutritional status (62.5%) and (55.3%). Type of food snack in SD N 17 dangin Puri is in the category less (75.0%), while in SD N 3 Penatih most are in good category (65.8%). Energy consumption in both schools is in good category (57.5%) and (73.7%). Protein consumption in both schools was in good category (62.5%) and (73.7%). After analyzed descriptively obtained result at SD N 17 Dangin Puri that is tendency there is correlation between type of food snack and nutritional status. While in SD N 3 Penatih there is no tendency of linkage between type of food snack and nutritional status. Results in SD N 17 Dangin Puri and SD N 3 Penatih showed that there was a tendency of interrelationship between nutritional value of snack and nutritional status. There are still nutritional problems in both elementary schools, so it is advisable for the school and parents to better control the food intake of children.Keywords: Pattern of Food Consumption, Nutritional Status, Child in Elementary School

Abstract

In Indonesia based on data from Riskesdas (Ministry of Health, 2013) the prevalence of the risk of chronic energy deficiency (CED) in pregnant women (15 - 49 years) was 24.2%. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of consumption of nutrients and infectious diseases in relation to the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women conducted for 4 months, 2018 in the working area of the Puskesmas Selat, Karangasem regency. The design of this research is cross sectional. The research sample of all pregnant women who examined their pregnancies at the Puskesmas Selat was 53 samples. The data collected are CED data, consumption patterns (different types of food ingredients, the amount of energy and protein consumption and frequency of eating), infectious diseases (environmental sanitation and personal hygiene). Furthermore, the data is analyzed descriptively using frequency tables and cross tables. The results of this study found the prevalence of KEK pregnant women 18.9% and normal pregnant women 81.1%. The average energy consumption was 1989.4 kcal (SD 333.5), the result of energy consumption was 54.7% moderate, 28.3% less and 17.0% deficit. The average protein consumption is 66.3 grams (SD 10.1), the results of protein consumption are 54.7% medium and 45.3% deficit. Data on infectious diseases 15.1% have suffered from infectious diseases and 84.9% have never suffered from infectious diseases. Environmental sanitation of CED pregnant women is 80.0% good and normal pregnant women are 90.0% good. Personal hygiene pregnant women with CED 80.0% are good and normal pregnant women are 97.7% good. The tendency of low energy and protein consumption will increase the incidence of CED. Therefore it is needed nutrition counseling and counseling about balanced nutrition, danger of KEK for the mother and fetus they contain, cross-sectoral and cross-program involvement to reduce the prevalence of CED.Keywords : Chonic Energy Deficiency (CED), consumption patterns, infectious diseases and pregnant women

Abstract

The prevalence of low consumption of vegetable and fruit in population age 10 years is 93.6%, and the number in the province of Bali is 96.5%. The same prevalence in Badung Regency as much as 95.9%. This research aims to discuss the consumption of vegetable and fruit and nutritional status. This is a cross sectional study using 82 samples. The study found that 95.1% samples had less of vegetable consumption, and 56.1% had enough consumption of fruit. Most of sample about 71.9% had normal nutrition status, and 3.7% were thin category. However there were 14.6% samples fat and 9.8% were in obesity. Vegetable and fruit consumption should be increased in teenagers to prevent the occurrence of cancer.Keywords: vegetable and fruit, consumption, nutritional status

Abstract

Antioxidants are necessary when the amount of free radicals is very excessive, excessive physical activity triggers the increase in free radicals in large numbers. Antioxidants that are coming from outside the body is found in vegetables and fruit, this research aims to know the vegetable and fruit consumption patterns, sports and nutrition status of Ranting Bayad Martial Art Unity Members at Bayad Village Tegalalang Gianyar. This research was carried out in Ranting Bayad Village, Tegallalang on April 2018 with the kind of observational research and draft cross sectional with total sample 40 people aged 11-25 years. The data collected with measurements of nutrition status of height and weight, dietary data collected using SQ-FFQ kuisioner, frequency data collected by sports interview. The results of this study the majority 97.5% of the sample have normal nutritional status. Different types of vegetable consumption 65.0% reasonably vegetable consumption, number of 92.5% less vegetable consumed and frequency of 43.5% quite a while different kinds of fruit consumption 80.0% enough fruit consumption, total 52.5% good and the frequency of eating fruit 57.5%. The frequency of 55.0% sports match. There is no tendency of linkages between different types of nutritional status with vegetable and fruit consumption, nutritional status with a number of vegetable consumption, nutritional status with the frequency of consuming vegetables and fruit, nutritional status with the frequency of sports, and there is a tendency the link between nutritional status with the amount of consumption of the fruit.Kata Kunci: Nutrition Status, Vegetable, Fruit, Sports

Abstract

The regulation of fat and fiber intake plays an important role in the blood cholesterol level of diabetes mellitus patients (DM). Excessive intake of fat, especially saturated fat with low fiber intake in patients with type 2 diabetes can increase cholesterol levels. This triggers cardiovascular complications. The study aimed to determine the relationship between fat and fiber intake with blood cholesterol levels of type 2 DM patients. The study was an observational study with cross sectional design. The subjects of the study were outpatients at Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes as many as 97 people. Data included total fat intake, saturated fat and fiber with a 1x24 hour recall method and total cholesterol levels using enzymatic methods using multicheck parameters. The results showed that 52.6% of the subjects were female and 47.4% were male. The average total fat intake was 52.1 g / day, saturated fat 15.0 g / day, fiber 22.5 g / day and an average cholesterol level of 210.4 mg / dl. Subjects with fat intake exceeded the recommended requirements of 77.4% total fat and 55.7% saturated fat. As many as 55.7% of research subjects with less fiber intake than recommended. Subjects with highcholesterollevels ( 200 mg / dl) were 56.7%. There was a significant relationship between fat and fiber intaketocholesterol levels (p 0.05, ? = 0.05).Keywords: fat intake, fiber intake, cholesterol level, type 2 DM

Abstract

Satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment of a person as a result of a comparison between the perceived and expected product achievement or as a customer response to a discrepancy between the level of prior importance of the actual performance perceived after usage. Important components used to determine the quality of services so that the level of satisfaction can be determined that is, Realybility, Responsive, Assurance, Emphaty, and Tangible. The components assessed in this study include, food menu and food presentation. The type of research used is the type of observational research with cross sectional design. The sample of this research is all of the first grade students who live in Akper Kesdam IX/Udayana Dormitory who have the criteria: registered as a first-degree student Akper Kesdam IX/Udayana Denpasar, male and female, are not ill, willing to be researched. Based on the 72 samples studied, most of them stated that they were not satisfied with the food service provided by the dormitory, with the score of 81.23% satisfaction level, which is still below the standard of satisfaction level ?90%.Keywords : Menu, food presentation, level of satisfaction

Abstract

Posyandu is one form of Community Resource Health Effort (UKBM) that is managed and organized from, by, for and with the community. One indicator of program coverage in Posyandu called D / S is the number of children under five who come to Posyandu in sharing with the number of children under five in the area, indicating the level of community participation in Posyandu activities. The aim of research is Correlation Between Knowledge With Participation Level At Posyandu Orchid With Children Under Five Nutrient Status in Village Ped Nusa Penida sub district.This research is an observational research with cross sectional design. The sample research is mother of toddler who have children aged 12 - 59 months. Relationship test analysis used is Rank Sperman Test. The result research is knowledge level with the participation of mother of toddler is enough knowledge with good participation of 53 mother (31,1%) with ? = 0,036. So it can be concluded is a relationship between the level of knowledge and participation. Whereas for the level of participation rate both with good nutritional status is 88 toddlers (51.8%) with a value of ? = 0.034. So it can be concluded is a relationship between participation with nutritional status of children.Keywords: Knowledge, Participation, Nutrient Status

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of community action for healthy life is related to dietary change to increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits. However, they are is still very low in the society. National Basic Health Research found that consumption of vegetables and fruits in the category of less in 2007 until 2013 showed that there was no significant change from 93.6% to 93.5%. This number similar in Province of Bali in 2007 and 2013 also found that the high percentage of less consumption of vegetables and fruit about 96,5% and 97,5% respectively. The study aims to determine knowledge, attitude, and behavior about consumption of vegetables and fruits in government officer of Badung Regency. This is a cross-sectional study using 60 samples. The study found that thare are 55,5% samples had enough knowledge about vegetables and fruits consumption. Most samples classified as having good attitude is as many as 55.0%. The behavior of consumption of vegetables is considered low that almost all samples consumed vegetables in amount 250 grams in a day about 98.3%. According to the type of fruits can be seen that most samples consume 2 types of fruits in a day as many as 45.0% with less category.Keywords: knowledge, attitude, and behavior, consumption vegetables and fruits
