Abstract

This paper aims to understand simulacra, hyperreality and symbolic diffusion of social media content presented by fashion influencers on the Instagram fashion influencer @farhanabodi account through case studies of social media content. Social media influencers are ideal role models for consumer society in the digital era. Manufacturers manipulate the utility of a product by creating advertisements or campaigns that use social media influencers to display images related to the product. Jean Baudrillard, French philosopher and postmodern cultural theorist, reads social phenomena under the influence of a new era of digital products, which he calls consumer society. Based on Baudrillard's thoughts on media and technology criticism and human behavior, there are two problems in studying fashion influencer social media content, namely first, what is the form of simulacrum, hyperreality in fashion influencer content and second, what effect does it have on followers' consumption behavior? This study leads to an investigation that the social media content of fashion influencers varies from the form of a simulacrum mechanism to the emergence of "Origin Reality Obfuscation" hyperreality, which affects the consumptive behavior of their followers. They are also found to impersonate characters, thereby creating a "virtual" pseudo-identity, causing an identity crisis in which the real identity is just a romantic past story, there is only a false identity, and everything is just the character it relates to. another character.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide information related to identity politics not only occurs at the election and election level but also occurs in the nagari wali election or abbreviated as PILWANA in Nagari Silantai Tahun 2019. Italso aims to discuss the main forms of identity politics of candidates or political elites. a way to gain power in a position. Therefore, the study revealed tribal emblems, regional identities (jorong) using the community tokoh network and the winning team that had the same place of birth and raised in the election of wali nagari.

Abstract

A well-designed, prepared, and evaluated marketing strategy is the basis for determining the success rate of a business. The purpose of this study is to describe the Marketing Strategy Analysis of Betta Ornamental Fish Farming Business Perspective of Islamic Business Ethics in Bendiljati Sumbergempol Tulungagung Village. Researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods to describe the marketing strategies applied. Data collection techniques in this study include; interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data source triangulation tests with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study stated that Bendiljati Village succeeded in increasing sales of betta ornamental fish with a 7P marketing mix strategy; product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process, which are combined with the principles of Islamic business ethics. The products sold are betta ornamental fish with attractive prices and purchase bonuses, clean, comfortable, and easily accessible cultivation places, using offline and online promotion strategies through social media, providing training program facilities for fish farmers in order to maintain and improve the quality of the fish produced, a good cultivation process so that they can produce good fish quality, Beautiful shape, various shades of color and size, so that it can attract consumers and make sales continue to increase every year. There are six principles of Islamic business ethics applied; honest in quantity, selling good quality goods, not using oaths, being loose and generous in serving buyers, building good relations between colleagues by maintaining friendship between sellers and buyers, and setting prices transparently; conveys the price according to the actual state of the fish.

Abstract

A significant increase in toll road fares will be implemented on the Surabaya-Gresik Toll Road in 2022. The policy of increasing the tariff for the Surabaya-Gresik toll road is carried out when inflation is high and there is the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a normative research method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach related to toll roads and the concept of public interest in the imposition of toll road tariffs. No research has been conducted from the point of view of the public's interest regarding the policy of increasing toll road fares. This study aims to analyze the policy of increasing toll road fares against the public's interest. The results of this study show that the imposition of toll road tariffs is a source of state revenue that does not come from taxes. In addition, the construction of toll roads is in the public's interest. However, the increase in toll road fares when inflation is high and there is a COVID-19 pandemic cannot be justified because the burden on society will increase. The toll road tariff adjustment should be waived or reduced if investment feasibility has been obtained and the minimum service standards are not fulfilled and/or reduced for economic development.

Abstract

The existence of the application of a transformational leadership style by the leadership of the Malang City BKPSDM has made various implementations from the management side of the State Civil Apparatus now having to start adapting to the programs that have been made such as the implementation of the ASN Management Application System. One of the obstacles faced by the implementation of the ASN Management Application System is that there are many elderly ASNs who did not yet have technology in their era, so they still do not understand the ASN management application system. From these reasons, the authors wanted to compile research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the contribution of the Malang City BKPSDM transformational leadership in increasing employee motivation and discipline through the ASN management application system. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method. The results of this study are that the transformational leadership contribution of the Head of BKPSDM Malang City in increasing employee motivation and discipline through the ASN management application system has been going well and as it should. Apart from that, there are also several obstacles such as the adaptation of employees who are still not good and the application system which crashes several times, there is maintenance so that employees cannot use the application.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the involvement of civil society (Civil Society) in the participatory surveillance of the 2019 General Elections in the South Sulawesi Province is specific in the Takalar district. Another goal is to find facts thanks to the development and implementation of participatory surveillance models and forms of civil society involvement in the 2019 general election in Takalar district. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach. Data in this study uses primary data and secondary data. Data is collected through several methods such as observations, interviews, and library studies. The results of the research showed that this research concluded the development process of the participatory surveillance program through the involvement of the civil society in the Bawaslu district of Takalar from the 7 (seven) dominant participatory monitoring programs through the formation of the Election Awakening Forum which then networked to form the village/environment or village of the election surveiller through three stages, namely a) the stage of socialization; b) the formation stage and c) the development stage, the three processes are implemented in the Bavaslu District of takalar as an effort to enhance the participation of the community involved in performing surveys. At the stage of development of the Model of Participatory Surveillance implemented by making the pilot project of the Village Aware Election and Anti-Political Money in the Village Massamaturu district of Takalar, through the Government of the Municipality of the village Aware Forum of the People's Party and Anti Political Money is estimated through the Village Fund Anggran with the Nomenclature of Socialization and Legal Protection for the community This Program is submitted to the Forum Aware to be further managed and focus on socialization and protection of the community related to the rules and the Election Law. Another finding from the results of this study is that the participatory surveillance development program of Bawaslu is oriented on Prevention through socialization and political-democratic education to society for the realization of integrated and dignified elections.

Abstract

The results of the research conducted by the researchers through the dissemination of the list of interviews of seven organizational cultural indicators described through the statement of the informant on the research site, namely in the environment of officers of the Police Unit of Pamong Praja district of Pohuwato, can be explained as follows. In response to the innovations and courage in taking risks, the leadership of joint officials in the environment has had the ability to innovate in the framework of the implementation of tasks in the Police Unit Office Pamong Praja Pohuwato district, for example in terms of the arrangement of the PSK-PSKs in a certain cafe-cafe that has been considered to have innovated against the handling of this problem where they were initially affected by the raids collected in the Satpol PP Office to be given to the builder as well as guidance by the head of the Office in particular by the fields in relation to the problem then returned to its place of origin, but a few months later they re-acted in the café-café so that there was no effect they were conducting on the case.

Abstract

Ms Glow is a beauty skincare manufacturer that has many agents spread throughout Indonesia. In the midst of lots of competition with similar products, Ms Glow managed to score high sales on the Shopee marketplace. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and promotion partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow's products at Ms Glow's Tulungagung branch. Theoretically, there are various factors that can influence the decision to purchase Ms Glow products including price, product quality, and promotions. The population in this study were consumers of Ms Glow Ngantru's products, which were taken using non-probability sampling with an accidental technique. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula at a 95% confidence level so that a total sample of 95 respondents was obtained. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and simultaneously with the f test. The results of this study indicate that partially price, product quality, and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow's products at the Ms Glow agent Tulungagung branch. Whereas the simultaneous test shows that price, product quality, and promotions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Ms Glow's products at the Ms Glow agent Tulungagung branch.

Abstract

The development of the business world is currently growing rapidly from time to time. This can be seen from the emergence of various business sectors. Thus business actors who have long needed a special strategy to be able to maintain their business. One of the staple food stalls that has been around for 12 years is Kios owned by Mrs. Puji at Berbek Market, Berbek District, Nganjuk Regency. The kios requires a specific strategy in order to maintain customer satisfaction and create customer loyalty. This research tries to analyze customer satisfaction factors that can create customer loyalty at Bu Puji's basic food stall. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources obtained from interviews, observation, and literature study. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that Bu Puji's basic food stalls have succeeded in providing customer satisfaction so as to create consumer loyalty. The factors that cause customer satisfaction are product quality, price, service quality, emotional factors, and convenience.

Abstract

Bakpia Ahmad's Family is a company engaged in the food production sector. Bakpia in the form of food or cake with the basic ingredients of wheat flour, currently this food is widely known by the public. The emergence of other companies producing the same type of goods encourages the improvement of strategies to face competition and maintain customer loyalty for the continuity of the company's operations. To maintain customer loyalty, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is implemented to realize the company's goals. CRM is a strategy used in business to manage and improve the quality of good relationships with customers. Establishing good relations with customers will create trust in the company. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in maintaining customer loyalty in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations of UMKM Bakpia Ahmad's Family in the city of Trenggalek. Data were analyzed using data condensation techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of CRM is very important in maintaining customer loyalty to MSMEs. CRM helps MSMEs understand customer needs and preferences, and provides a good and consistent experience. In practice, MSMEs can implement CRM through several stages, namely acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and growing the most profitable customers.
